This summer found men mortal
I’ll miss the better nature you find at the beach,
but goodness isn’t always a physical thing.
In the scene wherein we played,
—earlier this summer—
the sky was an azured theatre of taming heat
all colours seemingly washed too bright
and true to the ramping prophecies of science,
vital waterways shrank, and forests burned
with the devil’s own violence
Equal scales weigh though
both on the world’s beauty
and the miracles of men
though one’s a lower brand of perfection.
I know things of relative value when I see them, hold
and feel them, like the indisputable metric of gold
While nature has sand and majestic suns,
men, as sovereign masters of base elements
invented air conditioning, and Fruity Pebbles.
Should summer be invited back next year?

A song for this
the boys are back in town by thin lizzy
You are, you are to me
As beautiful as can be
All others have a plate that's full
Trying to be as beautiful
As you, that's quite a task
A task no one should ask
Of anything or anyone
A contest that cannot be won
It's indisputable, you're
The most beautiful
It's often been conjectured, though I've seen no one prove it.
What do we need, from our lexicon, to remove it?
To disprove it, it would be sufficient - more than ample,
simply to supply a single counterexample.
Now, thank God, we have it, and it's indisputable.
A question who's stupidity is immutable.
So now, friends and colleagues, I offer this suggestion:
let's no longer say, "there's no such thing as a dumb question".
Advice has no use to the ‘know all’
But pride often precedes a fall
Crass indignation when questioned
Denying each truth that is mentioned
Evidence he calls refutable
Facts, he says, aren’t indisputable
Grey is the colour of dubious knowledge
Hark at the novice as he enters college
If one week of lectures makes him feel all knowing
Just grin politely at ignorance showing
Kith and kin revel in such peace and quiet
Life is so peaceful, it’s almost a riot
Motor mouth’s gone for a couple of years
No doubt he’ll grow something between his ears
Or will he just come home as bad as before
Pounding our eardrums until they are sore
Quoting past monarchs that once held dominion
Recited - ignoring conflicting opinion
So if you know someone who ‘knows more than God’
Tell him that learning’s no sprint but a plod
Utter confusion may darken his face
Vitriol, soon will take confusion’s place
“What do you know, you’re so uneducated,
X-Ray your brain; you’ll find you’re overrated.”
Yet, when it’s back off to college tomorrow
Zero shame shown when he says, “Could I borrow…..”
My love,
In a different world,
a world with no borders;
no politics or pious pretense
of what is right and wrong;
no shackles of duty or regret;
no heaven or hell, but only
the divine insistence of now;
In a world that knows not
of possession, but only
the right and natural order;
the ancient, indisputable laws
of gravity and attraction;
the push and pull of the tides
as commanded by the
goddess moon herself.
In this world, if no other,
inevitably,
I am yours.
I have always been yours.
The stars
have known Us
all along.
Winter spirit immediately uplifted
When eyes alighted on yellow delight
From gloom to joy my mood just shifted
Daffodil heaven wonderful, beautiful sight.
Along hedgerows in golden clusters
Thick swathes abound before my eye
golden aura nature has mustered
spellbinding magic that will flutter and die
Take comfort from indisputable fact
Spring is a time of glorious rebirth
Return it will with magic unwrapped
When daffodils spring from Mother Earth.

I swore that was you at the show yesterday
Chatting in line, bright young smile on display
But of course, it can't be
Now you'd be old like me
Yet I'm still glad you don't just fade
No one ages in our memory
They stay the same though old they may be
It is indisputable
No one stays as beautiful
As they were once when young and carefree

March's dreariness looms
when no pigeon coons,
it grieves at spring's doorsteps
not willing to pass the baton,
resisting to give in until its frown
vanishes into the brightness of sun rays!
March is wilder than storms,
it can retain its brutality,
even being mean to Nature
which knows how badly it behaves,
letting lose its frightening madness
that viciously destroys wilderness;
how vile is it to withdraw from mindfulness,
continuing the brief journey
into time swifter than a hunted creature!
March has no time for debates,
it wrecks everything in its path...
scattering branches on faded meadows
that await stillness, not chaos;
when icy winds blow hard, it's a threat:
stay inside, grab a pen and write poems!
March is fierce and increases fears,
its awareness of limitations is indisputable;
it chooses viciousness and pretends to be invincible;
March snatches your umbrellas, chuckles, and sneers!
March's dreariness looms for very long,
it can be broken with a cheerful song!
More creative than the wildest schemes
Power released in sudden splendid splashes,
Determined to succeed in gushing streams
The human spirit like brilliant lightning flashes.
Indisputable and determined against assault
More creative than the wildest schemes,
We see it in the smallest child and oldest adult
Heart and soul of all their imaginative dreams.
Seen clearly in most underprivileged extremes
Who frequently struggle to overcome their fate,
More creative than the wildest schemes,
The indomitable human spirit will always elevate.
Uplifting the soul to acknowledge its Maker
Sometimes appearing unexpectedly, it seems
But always there, deep inside, a mover and shaker
More creative than the wildest schemes.

One of these days some good some bad
But I made it through unscathed
These days happen every once in a while
No reason to walk round in a daze
Tomorrow is always a bright new world
With a fresh new perspective it seems
What dragged us down is so less important
A new day's always filled with new dreams
If we approach each exciting new tomorrow
With these positive happy thoughts
Life will be filled with sunshine and joy
Over each new hurdle you'll vault
This may be a bit altruistic in nature
But trust me it's really quite doable
It's simply a matter of always being positive
Your joy will be indisputable
One of these days some good some bad
But I made it through unscathed
With definately more good than bad
So much aggravation I save
Summer days so bright and beautiful,
Lift our spirits and make us feel freer
We are happier, clearly indisputable.
Even the birds find summer suitable
For frolicking, and simply being here,
Summer days so bright and beautiful.
I am convinced warmth is immutable
With summer comes a change of gear,
We are happier, clearly indisputable.
Such an argument, I think irrefutable
I shall not expect ski-lovers to hear,
Summer days so bright and beautiful.
In colder climes, true, living is doable
When the warm glow of sun is near,
We are happier, clearly indisputable.
This is a matter that I find inscrutable
My argument is made with good cheer
Summer days so bright and beautiful
We are happier, clearly indisputable.

There is good in the heart of Man;
yet it gets overshadowed by evil
when envy feeds His insatiable greed.
Man will conspire, coerce, and bully
to take what He wants.
Death is an effective threat,
and war is its fulfillment;
Man revels in dominance and brutality.
So much so that we proclaim it "Man's finest hour,"
celebrating a potent mix of blood, bravery, and fear.
Politics and the color of our skin separate
those that we view as them from us;
we're right, they're wrong—that is how it is.
Man instinctively attacks what He fears;
but what He fears isn't always straightforward.
And although some may be hesitant to kill,
they'll eventually bend the knee
and invent a justifiable reason.
Everyone has the inalienable right to exist;
and yet, Man's indisputable aggression
leads one to question:
how can God and the Devil coexist?
Man has a penchant for committing atrocities,
unfazed by faith or moral ethics.

THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE without grammatical symbols the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and respond thus making the form a two way interplay and often a unique interpretation by the enigma so derived
My firstborn's face was ever beautiful,
and, try as it might, nothing will compare.
Its light has my heart--indisputable!
A blessing I try to share with great care.
With awe, I find new blessings in the air
