Premium Member Stitching Ruin into a Heart Broken

the heart flinches closed,
rejecting every mending
forged from steel shadows—
no blade, however precise,
can bring love back from the hate

suturing the heart
with a Black Excalibur
needle of sour spite—
each stitch rips the heart open,
tearing the wound more open

bitter threads pulled through
despair, knots every longing,
regret draws them taut—
anger jerks the trembling hand,
tearing what you hoped to hold

Sometimes there’re no words
To describe amethyst angst
Discard broken heart

Premium Member My Heart

My Heart

my heart
lies broken at
your feet. It is damaged
beyond repair. Your love has
left me

Heart-broken-

Flourescent shimmering stain
Purposeful muddied water touch
A multifaceted kissed fabric soaks through
Bleed up the lines towards the heart
Yellow, orange and eventually bursting red
Stretch, higher and higher

Talking to myself again
A sadness unique to now
A deserved solitude
Unequivocal
Shared ringing under lonelinesses umbrella

Heart Broken

Tears descend quiet
Essence of your touch remains
Heartache echoes still

The reminder, waking me from
my reverie, the shattering of the
 cup of glass
This put paid to my revered sleep
 as a gloss
It was only the relationship that
  was broken
Even though my heart ?? had
  me earlier for token
I have since gathered my self to
 avert more loss.

Heart Broken

I love you baby, forever and a day.
I'll always be here you would say.
Up on this pedestals where I sit,
looking like a fool for believing that .
The signs were there right from the start, I
just couldn't see them because of the love in my heart.
You couldn't let go of the ghost from your past,
but hid it will behind the mask.
So many times begging crying down on my knees,
open your eyes, see me please baby please.
No matter what we argued about,
I loved you still without a doubt.
I can give credit where credit is due,
for the best actors award that titles for you.
You played the role and played it well,
but now that it's over you can go to hell.
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust
Feelings were hurt and my heart was crushed.

Figment

I want to but I can’t
I should but I won’t
I had it but I lost it
Who knew it’d be gone in the blink of an eye
Just as fast as it stopped by

As if it was some figment of my imagination

Gone like those before
Broken when they left
Shattered heart turned comotose

I don’t want it but I could
I shouldn’t but I will
I lost it ‘cause I never actually had it

For it was all just a figment
Just like you

Glass Heart Broken Into Pieces

Broken into pieces
my heart was shattered
this love I once knew
has now been fractured
cuts upon my soul within
bleeding from your lost love
I trace these thought’s
as my mind wonders
wanting to heal this pain
lips now gone to another
life will never be the same
Why did you smash this heart

Into pieces

How can a bird fly without wings
How can a flower bloom without the sun
How can stars shine without the moon
How can I breath without you
How can I touch you without my hands
How can I see you for I am now blind

You have gone like the wind
You have disappeared from sight
You have taken away my life

You have broken my heart

It seemed as if the air was sucked
out of my lungs, my breathe in tatters
I heard my heart break into a million pieces
The sound of it shook out my tears
Like shards of glass falling, each memory
etched in every drop that fell out of love
Can I ever revive those butterflies that fluttered
each time you were close?
All of those nights of stars and dreams
Can I ever hold a hand in trust?
Walk away if you must, loneliness steadily
chisels away at my soul as I exist
A scar where my heart was, and a tattoo on my wrist!
One more heart broken, as you add it to your list!

A Heart Broken

Oh, while I with sorrow pine,
You my love, feign ignorance.

When you see a falling star
streaking through the night sky,
When you see flowers
wilt and wither away,
When you see leaves
fall to dust in autumn,
When monsoon clouds
cry over the barren desert…

Knowest thou not
they’re all aware of my hurting heart?
With me they all yearn,
With me they all mourn…
Each day long, each night lonely.

How doth thou be blind to my fate so dire?
Unbeknownst to my aching heart
you turned your back on me
forsaking me forever to languish alone.

I pray my dear,
Your heart one day will be broken like mine.

Whisper

She comes as quite as a whisper,
Behaving as calm as a snail.

Still somehow turns my world upside down;
leaving me in a chaotic game,
as if the whole world is shouting her name.

Unspoken Words

I miss her so much every single day.
Willingly wanting to talk to her but i couldn’t find the careful words to say.

She’s so easily mistaken for her gentle foul words that she has decided to play.
For they couldn’t hear the softening decayed tune in her voice, But rather so;

Observe how quickly and swiftly a round of choices and bullets can dissolve a touché game of Russian roulette.

Heart Broken

I will always love you, you are forever on my mind
Even though you are now gone, and have left me behind

My world’s been a mess ever since you've passed on
Every night I sit and cry, from dusk until dawn

My heart has been shattered and scattered about
I now spend my days in a shadow of doubt

Each day I will search, for each broken piece and part
I'll carry them all home, cause you’re always in my heart

Heart Broken

You're broke this season,
After she left your heart torn,
Cursing the day you're born,
Made you cry for no reason,
Having no shoulder to lean on.

Being sad after breaking away,
You had no role or part to play,
Sitting without nothing to say,
Your heart ain't made of clay,
Cheer up and enjoy your day.

Promises made now shattered,
Hell she forgot all that mattered,
Feeling alone after she departed,
Made you sad and broken hearted,
It's over before it could get started.
