Heart Broken Eternally

A sorrow sets in deep in the soul,
To love and not be loved back,
Is aa shattering agony deep within the soul spreading,
A poison that clenches at the soul,
Forming a pact to never love again.
But to let bitter hate control every day of your life.

Fooled, Broken and Dumped

The aircraft landed in Nigeria,
The day, 27th December, year 2018
And the airport taxi brought him home,
Mornings and afternoon's
Filled with sounds and sunshine
Amongst the family.
The affluent splendor of his foreign accent herald the days
Yuletide season! He's come from abroad, well, Europe.

As the dying day dies beautifully
In the tender glow of the evening,
The hope of an epitome of the African beauty
Rose gracefully from its catacomb.
She is a lovely maiden
that looks good in a broken mirror,
Oblivious of an awful and implacable approach of doom,
She craves money and an abroad based dude for a groom.

Tall and handsome like an actor
Was the deceitful Casanova.
The village stream paved the fate of their meeting,
Like magic, her heart paused for him,
Cellular numbers exchanged,
Undying love promised,
Later, three dollars and a one dollar sweater,
Lip gloss, perfume and skirt given,
Her day , made worthwhile.

Driven in a Venza car,
To a home far away from home,
Bottles of Fanta, Galla and stories for compliment,
Minutes were spent , the bar and hours in room.
Her caring local boyfriend now a heap of rub-bish,
She wiggles as the iPhone
Pictures her worthless frame,
Little does she know, it'll be deleted soon.

The day, 2nd January, year 2019
Maintained the ceaseless onflow of time,
"I came back from UK, to this village, to marry a wife, you my perfect choice"
Lie old as time,
Sinking deep in her heart like steel thrown in an ocean
Words made her legs wide,
Gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia infested,
Chill of the night, he left for UK,
Memories of her forgotten,
Too cheap a girl she was
Sadly, all which glitters ain't diamond.

She was fooled, used, dumped,
Impregnated and broken,
Now she means nothing to him, she was
Only filling the blank
Left for a white abroad woman.

Heart Broken

Four years filled with Happiness,
suddenly ripped away,
When coming home from work to find out,
your not the only one he seems to want,
she was suppose to be your best friend ,
 your beloved sister,
It turns out she was only your competittor,
to get your first and only love.
A heart so broken,
 a soul not at rest,
or contented to ever love another.
Only to be comfortd by people who are considered your brother.

A Heart Broken Past

You were a hot little Hispanic man.
And I was your infatuated fan.
Your love for me was cheeky,
Dreams ended very bleakly.
Now, I’m happy ever after, God’s plan.

Never Good Enough

She is twelve years old
  No one to care
  No one to hear
  The screams of her heart
But we turn our noses up

  She is six feet under
  A knife in her back
Praying for the pain and suffering to end
But we turn our noses up

  She tries her best
  They break her heart
Can’t sleep at night with the monsters creeping in her room
But we turn our noses up

  She begs and plead
She gets down on her knees
  Trying to hold on
  They see her pain
But we turn our noses up

  Two years later
Lessons learned, and new scars made
She changes who she really is
But we turn our noses up

Heart-Broken Into Pieces

You left me there
Alone
For my heart to tear
On my own
I shouldn’t have shown
How hurt I was
But the smell of your cologne
Was still so fixed into my mind,
Entwined within every cell of my body
Because I thought nobody could come between us
Until that girl you brought to bed
Who looked good at a club

She probably had a cute curl in her hair
That dangled perfectly down her slim shoulders
And a pearl
That made her eyes look calm like the deepest oceans
But that shouldn’t have mattered
Because if you loved me
You wouldn’t left me as shattered as glass,
Into little pieces
And now whenever someone tries to put me together
They will hurt themselves
Cutting themselves on my razor edges
Most will give up at this point
But the ones who stay
They will not find all of them
Because there are too many pieces to repair
All because of a stupid affair

Premium Member Heart Broken By Karma

So many gents-in-waiting of very fine physique
For a lady to choose from, a princess, fair and chic,
But with each she displayed a cool air, nonchalant,
As none were unique enough for her highness to want.

She had about her a finesse to taunt and stir desire,
That kept each gent enticed, just hoping to acquire
At least one chance with her, a romantic rendezvous
Of ecstasy reaching beyond their imaginative purview.

One day a truly handsome gent rode in on his fiery steed.
Instantly there burned within her, a deep, intense need.
Capturing the lady's heart with his ever charming style,
He would acquiesce to her wishes, each feminine wile.

Blinded by her own snobbish, self perceived charm,
She fell into a precarious state that would disarm
Her instincts to, her sassy heart, keep protected,
And Karma would repay to her in a way unexpected.

After she'd fallen so deeply in love with the gent,
Was she to learn what breaking other hearts meant.
For on the day before they were to be forever wed,
On his fiery, galloping steed, away from her, he fled.

All those she turned away, their true loves they had found
And the sorrow she bore became a mournful, haunting sound.
Searching for her lost love, gallivanting hill and vale,
She died of a broken heart and so, ends this tale.

Heart Broken

She sheds them tears every day
As she clings to the cold blanket
Longing for one who isn't coming
Abandoned by the one she loved

The father of her two children
One who bought her goodies
One who was always kisses
One who was so adorable

Now her companion is heart break
As she pictures the tyrant she loved
Romping with another woman
She tries to repress feelings of hate

The betrayal slices like a knife
Through her tender heart
And no amount of consolation
Can save her from pain

With her friends she puts on a mask
Pretending that everything is fine
Men are dogs - an overused cliche
She wishes her man was back home

Heart Broken

For all my life my heart has been beaten and battered,
But now im afraid the peices have scattered

Premium Member Heart Broken

Hard hit on the inside with a devastating impact
Ending a pleasure once enjoyed and cherished
All events in this situation presents with a heavy baggage
Rendering sadness to a degree nature avoids
To meet a turning point in life’s book of experiences.

Breathlessness, the soul suffers from a mourning mind
Ravaging condition from death, failed love or betrayal
On a heart on total submission to the vanquished blessing
Kicks, felt from the torments of good memories
Enslaving in thoughts, imaginations, questions and wishes
None giving an answer as the only way forward is to move on.

Broken Heart, Broken Bones

Bruised face, blackened eyes.
Many broken ribs.
Nights in the ER.
He makes promises
that he'll do better.

She believes him.
Never gives up,
hopes he will change.
She pushes through.

Broken heart,
broken bones.
She endures.

In the
name of

Love

Heart Heart Broken Hearts

He loves me
Enticing
All kind and nice
Rapidly growing
To exciting new heights

He's always there to wipe all my tears
Entrusted with my heart
All the life we may have apart
Realizing the fear
That loves not always here

But fear is dissolved into something stronger
Realizing that love is so awful
Opportunities are gone and so is he
Killing myself is all that’s I’d be
Eternal anguish fills tears in my eyes
No one had seen through all of his lies

He’s gone from my heart and he’s gone from my life
Everyone never saw he was nice
All night and all day
Regret courses my veins
Time is so slow
Suicides where I’ll go

Heart Broken

Just wish I die
I know you can hear my heart cry
Even if it doesn’t matter to you the length at which I sigh
But why?

You told me I was your groom, yet you took me like your broom
You told me I was your honey and made me spend all my money

I took away my pride just to make you my bride
I almost lost my life trying to make you my wife

I pampered you, yet you had me in your pampers
I decided not to let your dreams slip-off, yet you took me like your slippers

I bought you many phones just to make sure you never lose your tones
I even forsook the scriptures, believing that in you I could find the true picture of my future

I disobeyed my mother just to make you my first choice
I made you number one my merit list, yet you had me last on your supplementary list

I wrote your name with a golden pen in the widest tablet of my heart
And made you my priority, yet you had me in the minority

Like major networks, I made you glow with pride and rule your world everywhere you go, and now you are talking

Why do you disappoint my feelings and get me kneeling
You make my heart skip per second billing with no filling

My heart is failing me…
My kidneys are losing their bonds in covalence
My members are in search of a new beginning
For darkness has eaten up the silent chord of a gentle soul

If only I listened
If only I read the sign
If only I knew the season and time

If only I searched the scriptures
If only I saw the future
If only I could have another chance to make it better
But only if I waited…

Broken Heart, Broken Dreams

Standing quietly here
with an empty feeling
when all I believe in
are falling apart into thousand pieces

The sun is shining so bright
The flowers look as beautiful
Yet my heart is darker than the darkest night
as it falls apart into thousand pieces

The love that I adore
is the same love that smashed me
cut me deep in my veins and my bones
breaking me into thousand pieces

My heart
My soul
My dream
Fly high and fall, crashed into thousand pieces

Heart Broken a Thousand Times

My heart had broken a thousand times
It was never fix ever since
They are memories of everything in your life
They are the punishments of my deep sins

Shattered to pieces
Broke me apart
I burst into tears with pain
On the moment you broken my heart

I kept my pain hidden everytime I see you
Hoping my heart will be fixed once
Hopes were just hopes
It had never came true once

How long can I stay alive?
How long can my heart stays at its place
My heart had been broken a thousand times
And these pieces of memories could not be erased

Dying without happiness
I took all the sins you had
I took all the pain you gained
And threw it away
In the end, you broke my heart in return
This heart that stays in my life
This heart that had been broken a million times
