It's about to be the realist it's ever been
The gong is struck ringing the beginning of the end
All the want to succeed all the desire to win
Is being replaced by the final pretend
Whatever dream you had whatever felt this bad
It grabs you like a fad in all that you hoped you would have had
It's gone, its dust its mist its rusted away
The sun is setting it's the end of the day
No time to cry know when to play
Those moments are memories and there fading away
You could shiver in the night
You could ask for another fight
But you couldn't even handle it when there was light
So how you going to handle walking by faith and not by sight
You could pray for the rest
Or choose to run after the best
You can pound on your chest and demand another test
But the bell is about to ring
The angle of death is about to sing
And you're about to learn the hardest lesson
No one owes you a thing.
Hallow
divine evening
exalts children's promise
lasting visions household's delight
proclaim
I woke up on the shores of Sleepy Hallow
my head floating on the surface of the sea
with the surrounding waters smothered in my cold blood
leaving my corpse to become a loaf of Roman Meal bread for the seagulls
to devour their hearts out until their bellies become bloated like the sand dunes
The spooky truth about Halloween
will definitely make you scream
On all hallows night
when all is dark
Children are in their costumes
feeling carefree; filled with lark
As little devils get their candy
and babies sleep soundly in the night
the freaky shadows creep into
the innocent minds as they dream
to give them a terrible fright
On all hallows night
when all is real
how can we tell
which monsters are real?
The thing I dislike about ghouls
Is they act like a bunch of fools!
They don't trick or treat
But head for the meat
Especially family jewels!
the day of the dead
jazz cannibal festival
good food for the soul
eat much more music
drink from a skull cup holder
savor the flavor
celebrate all life
the end is musical bones
then into the crypt
Before the rise of the sun
just before breaking dawn has begun,
shadows haunt the hallows unfreed
where whispers slip in and out the trees.
The leaves step lightly along the paths,
soon, the trees bare their naked dances
as the wind rises to tease the last few branches
to release last leaves of summer aftermaths
to dance and race along the cold footpaths.
Alone, lost the wind begins to cry before the freeze
a whirling whine within the lower trees
announcing autumn 's end to the harvests;
hidden in between the skeletal figures alarmists,
a lonely howl that rises before the sun
and all the forests weeps at the end of season run.
Here it comes, the mighty bellow
of winter fall beyond the warm and mellow
screeching in the shadow of the hallows
whistling the song hung like gallows
of spring and summer lost to the darkened shadows.
Hello, moss-covered dirt suckers,
it’s a darkly new dawn
for a good autumnal leaf chew
Mulch to do ‘bout nothing,
Jack-o-Lanterns all want a toothy kiss
We’re living in tricky times,
so treat yourself to some hallow hubris
Mephisto risque morbid masquerade
sho’ got a gallows ballroom neon a-glitter glow
Disguised motives on a contraband traffic flow,
illegal cargo valet parked in the shade
Hollow pitch fork, pigsty pluckers ...
money parasitic leech suck, roll in the miry muck
Stool pigeon eyes pecking and clucking for a buck:
backward collar tombstone tuckers
Goodbye, vodka-breath, tart tongue demon twist,
lullaby to that crimson moon crypt croon
Falling debris of void entropy comes soon,
zombies on the chigger move to the hallow hubris
God calls every believer to obedience
part of that is to hallow his great name
but what does that mean in living reality?
this is so important so we can escape blame
Thinking that just to not swear or curse
is insufficient for that's just not enough
when one disbelieves, doubts and questions him
this is just as bad equally rotten stuff
Believing in God won't necessary hallow him
if one doesn't have knowledge that is true
especially when not recognising his character
or even don't know what one needs to do
Thinking good thoughts of God on a Sunday
that's not enough for what about rest of day?
even during the rest of the week too
must bring one's thoughts of God forever to stay
The psalmist says let's exalt his name together
in 34th Psalm to magnify the Lord with me
be sure to approach God's holy place
honour him there so forever to be
(And he said to them, “When you pray, say:
“Father, hallowed be your name.)
Luke 11: 2b (ESV)
There are hands that extend.
Crookedly they creep, their twisted branches reaching for me.
Decaying twigs resemble fingers, fingers that coil in midnight locks.
Ebony hallow, where the beast bay’s at the alabaster moon.
A scarlet cape tattered and worn.
The air is dense, it chokes with stench.
Things rot that lay shallowly buried.
Ebony hallow, where spirits wonder.
Aimlessly they moan with restlessness.
Petrifying specters.
In ebony hallow, blood runs deep.
Rivers of red, bedrock drenched in vibrant shades of rouge.
It numbs you, your senses heightened, the feeling of being hunted intrusive.
God rest your soul shall you ever enter the woodlands where foul play.
Ebony hallow, a cold October, an unforgiving fate.
It's Halloween, the stars excite
Cheery kids dressed as gargoyles black
Or a Luke, mystic Jedi Knight
With a sword to lash any Vader,
On one eve of trick and delight!
Pumpkins float through doors in gold sheen
As we tap our sticks on the fence
While I lead them as Moonlight Queen;
To beg neighbors for a rich loot,
And play with their candy machine.
On this beguiled October road
Our wand, a Disney fantasy
Of pretzels, trimmings,well bestowed
Through sweet wiggles from house to house;
Get-ups torn...forget the dress code!
Kelly Deschler's Happy Halloween
new poem---
10/24/2015
Just in a fraction of moment.
Days turned dark !
It was a time.
When,
Days were bright!
I know that you don't
want to be with me more.
Don't know!
What let you
To done it to me
How rude"
But I believe There is
a massive dark Valley.
which made you
It's native.
But I value,
Your choice.
That couldn't Be false,
That couldn't be wrong.
Cuz I believe.
That lady!
Who used to
stay with me.
I don't quiz,
Why you leave.
Cuz its already
quizzing me.
At Where I'm wrong?
All is left behind is
A hallow friendship.
A hallow,
But true,
A strong friendship.
Our love is died.
But,
Our friendship is alive.
Don't know how far!
It will be alive.
-A Sonnet Session-
It sees
It does
It does what it sees
It sees nothing
So nothing… is what it does.
I see
I do
I do to see
I see more
But the more I do… the less he sees
I am hallow
And hallow is how I’ll be.
Satan and the Hallow Oaks: The Pilgrims Road
Waking in the world of men
Cast down
Like the trash of low life peasants
On these mountains you woke
Now facing your challenge
Your travel
Your quest
Will leave you to find forgiveness
You mortal body is weak
Like everything it now grows old
It withers like these forests
Covered in ash
The ash of their brothers
The ash of their own body’s
The Hallow Oaks have been burned
And your father
He is lost
You’re all that is left from this war
You must go forward
Finding your path
On this road of redemption
This is where you will atone for your sins
Your sins against your brothers
Your sins against you kingdom
Your job was to fight and win
Your results were failure
But we will offer redemption
We are kind
We are the leaders of this place
We are your council
Now that your mind is clear and your body awake
You must go travel once again
Go fourth
This is the pilgrims road
Satan and the Hallow Oaks: A soldier’s bane
Now gone away from the world you once knew
Finding only that
You’re a faithful liar
But this is the cross you bare
The sin you follow
Fighting this curse
You only obtain burden
You learned that heaven is lost
The Hallow Oaks burned
You know you must stand
But alas you are weak
You’re broken
Your travels have left you weary
It’s funny
It never rained
Hot like a desert
But now you’ve fallen
Fallen from your kingdom
Here you do not rule
Here it snows
You’re far from the fire
But his reach is growing
And the world…
The world is only temporary
You know this
But your compassion has got the better of you
You feel as though you must fight for them
Them!
They who defiled your name
Ignored your wisdom
A common solder you are not
For now you have become the last hope
Following the wind you’re past fades future is realized
This is the solders bane
