Dudes and gals,
Don't roll eyes,
Be a surprise,

Focus on talents,
Yours and mine, keep on shining,
Sustaining future.

I'm The Head Not The Tail

I stand tall, a champion of unyielding might,
A winner, not a quitter, in the arena of life's plight.
A victor, not a victim, with a heart that beats like gold,
A conqueror, not conquered, with a spirit that never grows old.

I'm blessed, not cursed, with favor that overflows,
The first, not the last, with a destiny that forever

Moonlight's Bright Tonight, Part 1

Moonlight’s bright tonight.
Let’s go outside and play
In the fields of the village.
Morning’s far away.

Still crisp air holds its breath
In silence as we watch
Moonlit shadows creeping west,
Forever out of reach.

We try to chase the shadows
Running through the trees,
Standing tall like rocket ships
Against the lonely seas.

Come along and run with me,
The fields await our gaze.
There lay mysteries

The beggers prayers

Ye barron lands
I take a glance
Might the whispers
Accompany me
Winters may come
I stand
I fall
My troubled soul
What untangles me
Some may wish
Some may pray
In this world
What do the troubled say
Look to thee
Might the nought undermined
Sweet the gesture
Which appeared warm 
and kind
Look to the rainbow
If thyn believes
To morn the fallen
To let folk grieve
People long
From generation to generation 
Suffer not

What's in a Star Sign

I'm often asked what sign I am
Leading me to answer best I can
That while I know that signs exist
I try my best to cheerfully desist.

But there again if truth be told
My interest piqued this subject old,
So with new fervor I travailed
The results of which I here detailed.

My secret was I did ensnare
Those I knew well

With a Gentle Hand - Mystic

With a gentle hand I will comfort you
A promise I’ll keep till my life is through
Baby as you grow
I will love you so
The world is yours, so much to pursue.

Nurturer, mother of world
Red river life flows through
The womb monthly flows
Utero holder of life

     The whole idea of a ‘leisure class’
        is not as distant as it seems

     when students prep for life with courses 
        ~ like ‘Meditation and Recurring Dreams’

Feast of the Few

Hunger walks barefoot through the streets,
while ministers gorge on stolen meats.
Children suck silence instead of bread,
their futures pawned, their dreams half-dead.

The unemployed queue in endless chains,
their sweat dismissed, their labour drained.
Degrees rot in forgotten drawers,
while power laughs behind locked doors.

Corruption fattens on every deal,
their pockets swelling, ours to steal.
Contracts vanish, truth is sold,
justice buried beneath

Mega church earth

Mega church Earth,
Now's the hour, humanity,
Fills days with love, hope,
Peace bonds unite,
Foster futures now....

It’s Life, It’s Time

It’s life
It has to go on
Until we are gone

It’s time
You can’t hold it back
You can’t move it forward

It’s life
You can’t predict the future
You can’t change the past

It’s time
You can’t make everything right
You can’t make everyone bright

But Truly
Things will settle down
When they will find the way on their own
Life happens
When you own your moments

Saw you standing in the club door,
not my normal kind,
something I you just grabbed my stare,
tumbled through my mind.
Had to come and buy you a drink,
had to know your name,
I just want to skip right ahead
past all the foolish games.
All the thing I could do to you,
keep you busy the whole night through,

I am the rot beguiling the saccharine summer hue
I am the self in selfish sorrow, sullying the morning dew
Sickened with the mortal blips of emotion
To fall with the fragility of flesh hipped erosion 
Hipped bone beneath browned bandage
Honed the hand hither, 'ncase fickle flesh cannot manage
T'stand aground the mortal vantage 
Health t'sickness, worn to wear,

Be clear on your goal

all decisions won't be easy
who knows what lies around the corner
be true to your ambition
