Frankie was flying with her owl on Hallows Eve Night
Enjoying the breeze, singing a song loudly with might
Loving her life, but not paying attention like she should
Uh-oh! She suddenly realized she was down in the hood
Where the poison spiders catch witches and their broom
She felt the sticky substance, and she thought of her tomb
A black widow spider began crawling down to get her
She began to panic, when suddenly there was fur
A large rodent with big teeth gave that web a big bite
Suddenly Frankie and her owl flew off in the night
It was too dark to see what the spider did to the rat
But she was always grateful to all rodents after that
Towards thy very best
I project a saving nest
To save the wordy test
From the earthly pest
And to luck, leave the rest
As pure as a blank page
That gets poets' hearts into cage
The worries and bubbles of age
Get some disengage
And others enrage
Don't mind them-- every open tongue
Measuring the troubles of failed lung
Restrains those awesome lines unsung
Drown those swimmers so young
Without a practical provisional aqualung
You, be sure thy laboring sight
Travels horizon beyond their plight
And relinquish to ignite souls' lights
Poked amidst truth and lie to benight
Before thy ever gracious sprite, alights
Thanks for the nomination
I enjoyed all expressed intentions
Though there are some to mention
Dragging my contentious attention
Projecting a consequential convention
The feared bounty hunter Frankie McGill
Was tracking bank robber , Montana Bill
Frankie caught him by surprise
Shot him dead between the eyes
Now Montana's on his way to Boot Hill...

Frankie MY FRIEND
________________________________________
Frankie is the only friend I’ve got
You can believe that or not
He’s always there when I’m feeling blue
Without him here what would I do?
We love just going here and there
Enjoying the day without a care
Eating our lunch in the park
Then going home when it gets dark.
The joys of the day in my memory I’ll keep
As I climb into bed and go to sleep
And I know my friend tomorrow here will be
Because my faithful friend is MY DOG FRANKIE!!

Frankie boy,
you’re so ghoulishly handsome
with your graveyard tan
My baby boy is
one Munster hunk of a man
With your strong and cold
cadaver Addams Family hands
You’re gonna make
your momma Morticia cry
And wipe the nightshade mascara
from my bloodshot, vampire eyes
Frankie boy,
tighten your steel bolts
and straighten that skeleton necktie
Your future bride,
with the electroshock hair,
said she’s gonna zombie stop on by
And your favorite uncle, my brother Festus,
with the light bulb bald head
Will be dating her Bewitched auntie Endora,
that’s what our butler Lurch said
My other mother’s daughter Lily,
and her husband Fred
Along with her Grandpa,
and your cousins, Pam and Ed
All will be coming thru to voodoo visit too
Frankie boy,
tell your two daddies
Vic and Gomez to come downstairs
Make sure they shut the lab door,
‘cause there’s a draft in the dank castle air
Frankie boy,
go get your sister and brother,
Wednesday and Pugsley
Tell them to come on down too
It’s our favorite night of the year, it’s Halloween ...
and we got a lot of scaring to do!
Frankie, Der Bingle and Perry must all be turning over in their graves
Have you watched or heard today's “singers”... for the good old days I crave
They no longer sing
It's like rhyme talking
Oh for those days of long ago, seems I'm living in the past today
Gracie and Frankie were frogs,
who were sitting on two ends of a log.
They met in the middle,
and started to fiddle,
now their tadpoles all swim in a bog.

Gentle, sweet and sagging smile,
No finer music than her snoring -
My loving English bulldog Frankie.
Just hate to exercise all alone,
Got Frankie to share my walks -
She does, to the end of the driveway.

Frankie Valli is the name we all came to know.
He was born Francis Castellucio.
Born in 1937, in Newark, New Jersey,
Frankie would become a well-known music celebrity.
He started his musical career in the mid-fifties.
It continued well into the sixties and seventies.
His groups would have many different name variations
until 1960, when they became “The Four Seasons”
With Tommy DeVito, Bob Gaudio, and Nick Massi,
they had a big 1962 hit song with “Sherry”.
“Big Girls Don’t Cry”, “Rag Doll”, “Walk Like A Man”, and “Let’s Hang On”,
were joined by “Opus 17”, “Big Man in Town”, and “Dawn”.
“Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” was a hit among many,
along with “My Eyes Adored You”, “December ‘63”,
“Who Loves You”, “Swearin’ to God” and “Grease” that would come later.
Very few other groups would have success that proved greater.
As a solo performer, he puts on a fine display.
His fabulous career continues right up to today.
I thank wikipedia.org online encyclopedia for information I obtained to write this poem.
For the past several years, you have not been around.
However, we can still hear your immortal sound.
Your humble beginnings were in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Show business began by singing with Tommy Dorsey.
Right to your duet “Something Stupid” with daughter Nancy,
you had been striking nearly everyone’s fancy.
For decades, your fans heard your velvety-smooth croon.
You made those forties bobbysoxers swoon.
Affectionately known as “Ol’’ Blue Eyes”,
your great success is something nobody denies.
You are now the brightest star shining in heaven today.
Frank, you can tell everyone “I did it my way”.
Francis Thomas Avallone was born in 1939.
This Philadelphian’s lifetime was destined to shine.
At the age of twelve, he appeared on television.
Skilled with a trumpet, he would make a huge impression.
He became popular with classmate Bobby Rydell.
As a teenage idol, his career started quite well.
Many hit recordings went up Billboard’s charts quite high.
The songs included “Venus”, “Dede Dinah”, and “Why?”
Frankie made some film appearances many would know.
There was some co-starring with Annette Funicello.
In 1962 occurred Frankie’s wedding day,
he would marry a beauty pageant winner named Kay.
This happily married man became a father of eight.
Up to today, Mr. Avalon’s life is still great.
