When we avoided eye contact

When he didn't step on my bag,
(What he never did),
When he let me first finish,
(What he always did)
And when he helped me,
(What he always did),
why do I have the feeling I for the first time pay attention to it,
and try to remember it,
why do these actions of him,
Not seem self-evident?

When Our Eyes Met

Call it yours, Call it mine,
The tale we wrote was glorifying.
I was a driller ,
Your eyes were the mine.
'Excavated until I could see through them,
The mesmerizing light was the love with shine .
Light wet eyes with high hopes charm,
The cold beat I got when it met mine.
The skipped beat and the heartily terror,
Brought a smile not of fear.
Our eyes were talking mouth hardly said a word,
'Cause it was enough for the bashful us.
Beats were fast I could not resist,
I had them on the first place when you saw me.
But kept them aside so no one will know ,
Stopped saying 'cause no word could rhyme.
The moment was over but I loved the past,
Past was the journal and I could not stop encoding your thought .
All I had was this tale as mine,
And now I stopped cause no word could rhyme.

Premium Member Do Not Make Eye Contact

Do not make eye contact my new boyfriend warned me.
I knew immediately which waitress his mother was.
She’s the one staring this way with a huge grin, I guessed with glee.
She sat down and entertained us with a happy buzz.

If you wait and put in your order in fifteen minutes, honey.
I can sit with you and get to know your guest, his mama said.
Let’s wait! I suggested. His mother was so incredibly sunny!
To this day, we are great friends, even though to another he is wed.

Eye Contact That Releases Sweet Hello

Eye contact that releases “Sweet Hello”
And as many times “Sweeter Cheerio”,
Budding love sung with optical stereo
The kick started by A Romeo.

Eye Contact that says “Nice to Know you”
Though I’ve yet to be told “who”
Wires of love spark in her eyes,
Speedy request for his names wise
A longing to have her number
His first call to be sure a Bomber!

Eye contact praying for the others E-mail
And this goal achieving without fail
Plus the Spellbinder's residential address
One’s first visit in adorable dress.

But suggest I won’t eye contact
By Adam and Eve disdaining Tact;
Mine happened to have been a rushed pact
That Lord God and Christ lacked…
To soon a relationship enter
With libido at its center;
A love affair start having,
With a precious lot waiving…

Chiefly, knickers, dropping on the floor
Just beside a hurriedly slammed door!

Eye to eye contact: A Stratagem

Sneak a glance to test reception.
Try several times.
Once fleeting contact is made, ramp it up.
Move your gaze in a triangle.
Focus on one eye, then the other, then the mouth
Repeat and repeat this, over and over again.
You can't make contact with both eyes at once,
so triangulate.
Any eye contact shorter than two seconds long is considered rude.
Contact longer than five seconds is far too intense for most,
except for lovers who can endlessly
stand the stare right into their inner being.
Failing to make contact when prompted can also be seen as rude or submissive.
Keep your blink rate normal.
It's OK to break your gaze from time to time,
to share a break in contact.
Look away, to the side, not down,
as this is too submissive and shameful.
There you have it!
How to have touching eyes that make contact.

wide-eyed
      a transition
to tenderness:
entangled
           lines
of transparent
         shapes
          dropped
liberated
  now
       interlaced..

Eye Contact

eye contact
she was so beautiful
her smile keeps me humble

I never forget the first
day I set my eyes on you

oh baby you were so outstanding
I knew instantly have seen
an angel

my heart beat so differently
when you replied my hi

your voice hmmm so innocent
oh baby you killed the ego
in me oh yes
I can't let go off you
I can't leave if I don't know you

what a beauty
what a diva
what an innocent creature

I remember how share I was
yet I step up my ego
I buried my pride
cos that all I need to create
an attention that brought
those smile in your face
those little tingling of hands
those little legs move
while you still standing
with me

oh baby you drive me insane
with your humour
is all same till date like
the first contact that
brought us this far
and that was the
eye contact

Eye Contact

eye contact.
who needs it?
like when i try holding my anger
and you tell me to look up
out from behind my knees.
i hesitate. i know i'll cave.
when i look at you,
when i see your eyes,
i lose my train of thought.
a spark goes off
and my soul catches fire.
so you start smiling
and i cover my face
and i can't remember
why i was mad in the first place.

Premium Member Avoiding Eye Contact

We've all seen it and most of us have done it.
What is it you may inquire?
It's the funny things people do to avoid eye contact.
First we have " The Scan." That's when someone trying
to avoid eye contact will look at you from head to toe with
finally orchestrated up and down rapid eye movement,
there by avoiding the allotted time which constitutes actual looking.
Then there is what's called the " Look Back." Yes, you can already guess,
this is when you pretend you heard someone call your name behind you
or you suddenly wonder if you left something in the store you just left.
Have I picked yours yet? We next have a classic known as " Phantom Calls."
Isn't it amazing that just when someone is looking at you, you remembered
that important call you needed to make or your sure your cellphone just rang,
so of course you need to check it.Then we have the " Head drop." It's
mind boggling to calculate the chance that your neck muscles without
warning turn to jello and your head drops at precisely the time someone looks your way. These are some of the skillful ways one can avoid making eye contact. I hope you've enjoyed them.

Eye Contact

Some said he had those scary eyes,
unnerving, somehow seeming to look
clear through, capable of seeing the
truth – of you. They didn’t stare at
you, just sort of found you and held
you in an eerie embrace. There was
a glint to the eyes, a sharpness to
the edges, a weary, and wary, wiliness.
And yet, they drew you in, these cold
and smoldering, blue-gray questioners
of all they see. Tight lines rimmed the
edges of the pools, white tipped lashes
fanning and refocusing the laser looks.
And then they smiled, as if something
had just reminded them of a pleasing
sight, a soft sunrise rose across his face,
a gentle fox to kit wink, an unguarded
moment on the parapet of life.
