   Vivid scrolls,
   in tantalising yarns,
    fantastic that reveal,
  exotic envelopes of vista,
  that have me transfixed,
   and transported,
my brown hazel eyed,
     gladsone gaze,
           oe’r lush depiction,
    bold brushstroke of,
        myriad science fiction,
   vibrant character snapshots,
       that dispel monotony,
       douse mundane patterns,
         gap-filler of trite,
         vacuous daily plod,
   as I clasp otherworld,
    enchantment in a dash,
      novelists who exude,
       endowed flourish with,
     pockets of fly plots,
    misleading labyrinth,
convoluted and intricate,
          shady, cagy, fly-by-night,
      side routes veering off,
          adding riddles shadowy,
    step by echoe’d step,
    in hair-raising soundscape,
        rushes of exhilaration,
        stoke and fire,
       iridescent wonderland,
 escape into mythic mists,
  entwined flames of romance,
      laced with sumptuous,
    dream moon flotillas,
         a swooning heart march past,
        yet I bystander engrossed,
     by segue after segue.

Beaming eyeballs,
   and orbs,
       from first blush,
     offspring frolicsome,
   as they dot,
geosmin odoured pavement,
       whilst shrieking impishly,
        with infectious,
          cuddly cheep,
     parents shepherd,
     yet they exude,
      at bounce captured,
   cordial conducive,
    in electrifying,
         picturesque swathe,
    orange-scorched oriole,
     with coal-black plume,
       on urban shade tree,
townscape as hub,
      endowed cosmopolitan,
   brimful brio, ginger, dash,
     kundalini wakened,
 as sultry vault,
        vigilant ambience,
             ample alignment to,
           ice tea mint gust,
     aroma mediating,
        splash of amber sun wash,
         neath navy welkins,
       that taunt and sketch,
      wooing ambit,
         extracts of,
           aroha’s
             indigo index

Premium Member Let Joy and Laughter Exude

In this world a continuing monstrous feud
Men women and children's lives constantly hued
Environmental vandals a desire to denude
Extinction seems likely one must conclude
Unless from within self love we must include
Pray that joy and truth and laughter will forever exude

scattering ash

uteric fire rises glowing across
  sacral waters, delivering
    umbilical vibrational luminosity
                                    to crown —-

I am Phoenix from Golden Sun
  arriving black vulture feathered
    scattering ash you lovingly
                                      sowed …

crimson mirrors my pupils
  pierce each cell
    penetrating what is to
      transmute as Rubicon awaits not
          rabid roaring apricot black ____

veined breasts exude milk
                        for next
                                    i l l u s i o n ~

Premium Member Mesmeric May Panorama

“May, queen of blossoms, and fulfilling
flowers, what pretty music shall we charm
the hours” – Lord Edward Thurlow

Lucent sky turns to blue canvas of silk,
buds burst colors in fresco of flowers,
designing regal lattice of grandeur.
Petals exude luster of spectral hues,
as fragrance flows with the rippling zephyr
on fairy wings of floating butterflies.
Spring sings to the music of balmy breeze,
joy suffuses me in mesmeric May.

Premium Member Up Oozed Oil

Up oozed a fossil fuel, a greedy fool,
"Pleased to meet you, my name is Oil,
the same.
In this town, I'm the only game.
Believe me, I'll make you see
I'm a monopoly,
and though some folks say I'm crude,
and greenhouse gasses, I exude,
fouls the planet
ever since I ran it.
Solar, Wind, and your brothers,
I'll shut you down and any others.
Every elected official
answers when I whistle."

Premium Member MISERY

Misery loves company,
That's one thing for sure;
And counting curses as you moan,
Won't bring about a cure;

For thinking 'bout unhappiness,
And things that make you frown,
Aren't gonna help a single thing,
It only brings you down.

Don't sit and feed this sickness,
With worry and distress.
Don't sit and mull it over,
Thus causing self duress.

Your woes will seem so heavy,
That you can scarcely move,
And life won't seem worth living,
Your whole manner will exude,

A kind of awful bitterness,
That eats you up inside,
So count your blessings 'stead of curses,
Cultivate some pride,

In all that God has done for you,
And all the He will do,
And thank Him every day that dawns,
For all He's given you.

You'll find your heart feels lighter,
And you'll smile instead of frown,
If you'll turn your face toward The Son,
Stop staring at the ground.

Premium Member Faerie Dust

Friends of fireflies and damselflies,
Ageless and graceful as ballerinas,
Ethereal and dainty as hummingbirds,
Raindrops and dew only make them glitter.
Infinitely more beautiful in their pristine element,
Exuberance is what faeries exude.

Daffodils guard where pixies sleep at night.
Utopia revealed once the sun rises ceremoniously
Seducing with generous sprinkling of faerie dust
Transient tableau… today tonight tomorrow.

The Waterside

As the lights shimmer on the water
A rippling cascade of beauty is caused to exude
With the glowing sheen provided by the dockside glow
Making a brilliant natural interlude
When the waves ebb to and fro
And lap at the waters edge, gently
I can hear a voice in my distant mind
Whispering I love you, so pleasantly

With the white and blue lights in the distance
I walk slowly, thinking of you, and your smile
And it reminds me constantly
I have missed you for quite a while
So my mind drifts in and out of true love thoughts
Just like the waters with their Rainbow glow
And I send a message on the wind
To say I love you so

Petals of gladness bloom
cascading down to exude iridescent smile

nature’s pure bliss
transcends at heart’s space a long while

a fortune from trees’ crowns in file

We are as we choose to be,
mostly bound to the mind tree
and with no silence buffer,
bound, we needlessly suffer.

What fragrance can we exude,
if we’re yet to ego glued,
oblivious to soul’s light,
shining in our heart so bright?

Premium Member Zen mode

dwelling in blissful awareness self-aware
vibrancy in aloneness our claim to fame
rapturous bliss which we are ready to share
among all in whose hearts God-search is their aim
so all we do is exude fragrance of love
reflecting God’s light as blessings from above
imbibed in an instant by hearts which are pure
with ego exhumed and persona demure

Excuses are an accessory to power

Motive:
jealousy twisted into a desire for power,
Systems built from broken trust,
Superiority sourced by those who exude it,
Blood spilled from the hands of those who are black
Empires built from false prophecy
Lies cultivated from the weeds of projected self-hatred
Motive - the white man to appear as the superior race

Alibi:
The fragility of whiteness,
The acidic tears of the white woman,
The weaponisation of power by the white man,
The homemade, home-baked stereotypes - to divide
Propaganda pieced together with the glue of prejudiced policies -
Weaving deceit to narrate harmful ideologies of blackness
The portrayal of victimhood, for the picture of white innocence,
The abuse of power, to abuse black people
Alibi - racial killings masquerading as self-defence

The defence rests
Prosecutors sweat
The judge, blinded by bias
The jurors , all white

The verdict:
Not guilty -
By reason of fear of colour
Acquitted
Now freedom awaits -
For the white man, now he can do it again
