Ivory pilots night's idyllic sighs,
like timely climbing sky--untying cries,
lights espying irises gliding rise.

Evening lean sleeping,
beacon competing,
concedes pleasing keen scenes,
appealing leaping,
sincere esteeming,
green treat sweetly redeems.

Trailing rays draping shapes,
maple framing trace,
claiming plains facing lakes,
bravely wades gauged space.

Green fields teasing,
--thieving seething,
weeds beseech release,
feel they cheated,
leaves defeated,
ease sense peaceful wreaths.

Yellow roses,
showy floats,
potato groves,
grown rows notes,
tomatoes hold,
closely wove,
flowering show,
sloping globe,
drove lonesome road,
banjo tone,
broken myPhone,
coasting home.

Reeling breezes freely sweep ...
weakened peels, eternal sleep ...
green trees reach needed relief,
complete healing frees fig leaf.

Humans muse Cupid,
blew flutes,
spooking unicorns,
smooth tunes moody blooms,
grew blue,
jewel unique forms.

Severe events fleecing green dreams,
precede teaching seeding extremes.

Goodnight

When I see your fantasy,
My heart is filled with ecstasy;
Roses my eyes do see.
When I set them to lie,
Over night's terrors they can't survive
But in your beauteous light do rely.

Goodnight to our sleepless souls,
Which linger not in holes;
But with endless oaths, stronger than poles:
Wherewith loving dreams can't help,
Espying the daily memories kep'.
We'd play in the downs
When the morning wears sweet-love gowns.
Indelible in the dark.

Love is stressed happiness:
That though it aches,.
Strengthens confidence of plain hearts.
Lo, Love be sickness:
To heal or let die away
Like a night turned out unto a day.

Premium Member The Monarch Butterfly

Dedicated To: Joe DiMino

An ultimatum flight giving fancy, to monarch wings
of beauty and grace.
Towards the blazing sun she travels deep
into the bowls of heaven, a fearless painted lady
etched *gold *orange* red*, with a touch of black
She becomes a chiaroscuro angel, a Monarch of lace.
Such utter perfection that even Picasso cannot duplicate
Ignorant of endemics of earth her soul is a warrior
through and through, she flies on and on ...
like a Monarch of old to the moon and back she goes,
espying every private room of angels and demons alike.
When God gives you your final ultimatum dear friend,
I pray that you choose well and like the Monarch,
you will choose to go where He leads you,
without ever asking, why ?

In Your Dreams

There come a day
Surely espying this happenstance
of soldiers spoiling your sleep
and poets stealing your dreams
When the light went out
Pain was all you knew
but I am thinking of your cause
Peace be in your breathe
amongst those trees
and your sigh
and in your keeping

Joy

Watching the sailboats go by without a care in the world
gazing at the stars at night after their lights have unfurled
Viewing earth from a celestial window keeping an eye on
gaping at tiny babies in their infant nurseries calling mom

Feasting on nature, flowers, trees, and mountain peaks
following love wherever it leads when it lovingly, seeks
Eyeing life from a joyful point of view without regret or rue
Espying the spark in my lover's eye as he whispers I love you

Beholding faith with a clarion soul that trumpets all it entails
A mellifluous moment whole as the sun with nothing that ails
A hug, a caress , an embrace, tracing the lines of a favorite face
Day and weeks of appropriate deeds without a thing out of place

What brings me great joy, is sharing time with family and friends
Admiring the change of season and being grateful for its extend
Being able to go for walks, sing, write , and cook a great meal
Owning a contented heart that nothing on this earth can steal.

Premium Member Once Familiar Perfume

The wind from the south,
as rich as whispered voices,
nudges my heartstrings to roam
those timeworn keepsake places;
espying aged filaments of true hope,
numbered and nearly as delicate
as a man hungering
for the once familiar perfume
of old-fashioned hymns.

Contagious Aggressiveness

What might be the matter
With our next-door Martha,
Her rash mischief steady
And she, by choice, heady;
Content to seem an Eddy,
Her gross slaps often ready
Last week, the cheeks of Freddie?

And her guy who is intelligent
Keeps betraying more The Belligerent
Our own share of Satan’s Sergeant,
For his weapons include detergent
And maybe, tomorrow, A Reagent!
A huge surprise they call him agent,
Who thinks and acts like an insurgent.

I keep espying an aggressiveness
Of catching sureness and silliness

Peering

''Profound into that blackness peering, long I remained there, pondering, dreading, espying.''

Premium Member Goldilock's Little Dears

She peeked through the keyhole espying a messy cool lair
she ate up the tiniest bowl she could find
disheveled, disarrayed, disordered were they with wild hair

She chose a tiny seat and turned a bears world upside down
smash went the wood, and he howled
grungy, grimy and grubby were they and sadly they frowned

She cleaned up there mess though she caused them distress
come the night, the little wee bed fit just right
muddled, mussed and mussy were they but also such bless

She learned how to live in a world full of bears in plain sight
though she called them all "dears, "
it was the baby bear she called, beautiful, beloved and bright

Perfect Magus

Though sapient vision limps short,
And digs no eye into nirvana's fort;
Albeit most vivid dream’s flips stop,
Instinct excels where iffy triers flop.

And that sharper divining seer tells
Sweeter tales no deft lyricist's bells
Ever rung a one bereft of Love's ting,
Who jilts fine gold to hear a bird sing.

He needs no fumbling eye to behold
What yet lies beyond horizons’ fraud,
Nor flimsy ear's wit to sweetly divine
Blisses and nectarous lickings mine.

His are all-espying orbs steeled in hope;
Netting honeyed things before here pop
Tangible sights for showy ears and eyes
To grab and boast and stir belated sighs.

Known to him are times of lost rest
From lonely stints icily cold at best,
Thrills discerned many days before
They stir faint ears and eyes below.

Companion

Memories will always lasts forever
As we'll all be together and forever
To invent our own life's meaning easy
But it's still allowed and we'll be happy

While the futile keep espying at us
As they loathe and blabbed about our oneness
And the garrulous prolonged to be taciturn
We equitably annulled their vision

We're united for an authentic purpose
And never be diverged sans purpose
I hope and wish this company to last forever
And we'll be the last ones standing ever

Survival Of The Fittest
By: Miracle Man

The sun plays peek a boo through a mottled sky,
And a Red Hawk circles in it’s lofty search.
Espying no movement in the grass from on high,
It returns from aloft to it’s dead tree perch.

Most times it searches from a high altitude,
Constantly looking for its next unwary prey.
It spends endless hours foraging for food,
In hopes of surviving for another day.

Survival of the fittest is the name of the game,
The Red Hawk kills striving to stay alive.
I suppose all creatures were gifted the same,
We do what life requires to just to survive.

Drinker's Mother

I found poison sweeter
Than to be called Drinker's Mother
It was second time You came home
Caprenetoid and open buttons
When you came home like this at first time
I haven't slept that night
I was thinking and thinking
Where my nurture not went right?

I think you have forgotten
those painful and hurtful night
Yeah, you have forgotten
Your mother's all pain and tear
because of your father's bear
I have heard those torturous words
"look, Drinker's wife walking
there on the road "
I fathomed myself -
"If I am Drinker's wife
It's not my bloomer "
But, if I am Drinker's Mother
Ovio I am the offender
Now, I have no more power
to tolerate dual agony's shower
I am committing suicide
without espying your wife
Don't repeat my hellish life
with that girl
It's my last wish

A Trite Nihilistic Occasion - Part Two

endowing superlative creature comforts
reduce wretched survivors scant band of bare naked ladies
beastie boys, foo fighters espying counting crows
ready to buzzfeed toe kin *****sapiens
bereft, expunged, faux invincibility kickstarting
learning basic survival skills
forced to rescind twenty first century trappings
shifting paradigm sans primacy
pitting dishabille helpless imps against killers
who do not shrink from ethically principled

but give full reign to selfish callous deleterious foibles,
gruesome harmful indiscretions
sprouting with mushroom rhizome rapidity
ousting the omnipresently
(well nigh since time immemorial
virtues cultivated, futilely integrated, lending oomph
residentially, scientifically tendering ubiquitous DNA
foisting gabled, heralded, instilled,

justified kneaded love thy neighbor motto
lyft ting in one fell swoop delicately
embroidered, finely graven, heavenly ideals
no more patent leather shoes reflecting up
nor doodling Yankee staking claim to fame via feathered cap made of macaroni
thus such jingoistic, holistic, fabric ripped retroactively
ramping atavistic simian base,
thus leveling the playing field.
