Lemonade is easy, I keep the lemons on my hat
We liked this enterprising chap, gnome named Matt
I pull them off when I need them if I start to run out
Smart gnome for sure, selling lemonade on the parade route.

He was a gumptious enterprising chap
To his monetary endeavors, I gave a simple clap
He developed a brand-new computer app
It pointed out a lucrative treasure map
Why didn’t he go broke? Asked my pal Hap
Because he then invented a tasty wrap
And a guard dog that gives you a zap
He was a gumptious enterprising chap

Despite the fear mongering
(phony news) (Socialist Blues)
American's economy is doing
well – not, in a hand-basket,
going to hell. Today's new
jobs report, 228,000 created,
America being resuscitated --
(Sorry for tariffs, no other choice)
(Capitalist’s again have an enterprising
sane voice)
(Despite Socialist Boos, by adopting
Free-trade World Economies will all
prosper~ and not lose!)
Those corrupt closer to home,
The little man is no-longer your
manipulated cash-cow – we had
sense of being ripped off~ Musk,
is only showing us, by who and
how.

ROLE REVERSAL
A most enterprising canary
Always found the cat very scary
So to turn a new page
Shut the cat in the cage
It’s the cat’s turn now to be wary

Enterprising monkeys bought six tents in all.
We formed a circus, they all would call.
Tried to peek up under the tents of course.
Were chased off by a cow, pig and a horse.
You’ve met our security team! They are all right!
Monkey smiled so hard, his teeth looked overly white.
We have tricks you have never seen before, he said.
Their prices were outrageous, over my head.
We forked over the cash, went inside to have a look.
Tired lion was yawning, his proximity had me kind of shook.
If he takes a giant leap he will be in my lap! I said.
I could mmediately be declared dead.
Didn’t stay for the show, wanted our money back.
It’s not that kind of a circus said ringmaster, Mack.
Does anyone stay? I had a valid reaction.
They usually get chased out, so you should have some satisfaction.

The musical was near ready to start
When someone let off a rip roaring fart
The smell was horrific
All had a sniff of it
‘Twas a bummer of an ass drummer’s fine art.
The show opened with a trumpet fanfare
As the audience were gasping for air
The one that had farted
Had finished what started
Loose poop ran everywhere from the goofs chair.
It was certainly a roof raising poop
Putrid poop much too watery to scoop
A runny stream of yuck
Those sent to mop upchuck
So uncouth for the enterprising troop.
The show stopped when cleaners needed a drink
They had to quit work because of the stink
Pooper was shown the door
But he farted once more
And the audience had tears on the blink.
So then the music commenced and played on
But the spell was broken, magic was gone
One by one people left
With hearts sadly bereft
Gone with gust of a flatulent gas bomb.

BOLD
So what now you were told
That you were to be bold
courageous, confident
courageous, confident, and fearless; ready to take risks.
To show- showing or requiring courage some bold plans.
Adventurous. Are those the thoughts of man
Audacious. I never conceive that I am
Courageous. Only in the arms of Jesus
I now shall be daring, fearless, heroic, bantam
Resolutely I do say, I am just a man
Confident when in doubt cry-OUT Jesus
Straight forward unto God
Speak His words out Be in His love
Be gallant assuming all things are His truths
aweless dauntless enterprising intrepid
Be unafraid for the Lord our God fights all of our battles
undaunted speak up, valiant valorous
Holy rest in His way
Be told, no you know not that’s not your way
For you are bold
You don’t have to be told
For you are bolder boldly boldness overbold Holy
Speak,
Speak,
Speak
You don’t have to be told
For you are bolder boldly boldness overbold Holy
Holy
Holy
I gonna be now
BOLD

The Withernwick Ramblers Skiffle Group
Not exactly an enterprising name
But we did however have
One unique claim to fame.
We accompanied Audrey Hepburn,
Famous Film Star, yes that’s the one
That elfin faced great actress
Now so very sadly gone,
The Six Five SpeciaL National Skiffle Contest
The only one there’s ever been
Heats at the Star Cinema Hornsea and
We were behind the Silver Screen
The film was War and Peace
Saturday afternoon Matinee showing
And our last rehearsal
Before the heats got going.
So, we accompanied Audrey Hepburn
But I don’t suppose she ever knew
About those four Yorkshire lads
Murdering Worried Man Blues
We came fifth out of four
But that was outdone by by far
By the fact that we’d in theory
Accompanied a Hollywood Star.

What’s happening? A bystander asked the McCormick sisters, unduly soused.
They lost a bet, Wilma and Lucille said as the other two grunted and roused.
You mean they must pull that cart all the way to Marshalltown today?
Yes, and the horse was so happy she did a celebratory sashay.
Do you McCormicks often make your siblings tow the line like this?
It will make them much stronger said Wilma, an enterprising miss.
Lucille kept quiet, because she knows the mind of women on the street.
And seeing her sisters struggle to pull their cart was an enormous treat.

Zillions of brown dead leaves cover my lawn
Forming a moldy carpet of my own making,
Most enterprising neighbors are up at dawn
Unlike me, they are industriously raking.
While I am content to see leaves piling higher
Relishing news reports that we should not rake
And much too stingy a few yard men to hire,
I say they’re nature’s mulch, for goodness' sake!

Many employees or professionals will say, "I love my job".
Yet, many other workers will exclaim, "I hate my job".
I've had jobs that I hated, but livelihood and necessity
demanded that I keep working in spite of its drudgery.
The meaning of work defines the purpose of work. *
Unmeaningful work often defies the purpose of work.
Then, the question arises; must work be meaningful?
We are all aware of, by experience or otherwise,
the reality of working on a 'dead-in job'.
Most people aspire and long for meaningful work.
They prepare, train, and pursue work that not only
matches their skill set but also work and careers
that value them as humans and reward them accordingly.
Many times, the rewards of work exceed 'the happiness factor',
often resulting in the need for changes that yield 'meaning work'.
Is my work enterprising and audacious or is it simply drudgery?
It's not enough to be paid handsomely; work must be fulfilling.

I have lived through
the greatest generations
of American achievement,
And it saddens me to read
how so many Americans
are in bereavement
For what they consider to be
the dying days
of our enterprising democracy,
While they live
in splendorous comfort
Because of our free enterprise—
such hypocrisy!

Elastic evil in encroaching European’s enterprising motives.
Level-headed land animal leaves African lowlands.
Eventually they are followed by those who shall not be named.
Private collector hopes tusks will not be a mismatch.
Horrific hunters hold hand-held machetes.
Active game wardens wait for the hunter’s hammiest moment.
Newly arrested poachers rapidly chew their pink mastiche.
Threat to tusks thwarted, wardens sit down to taste tasty tzimmes.
