Functional Disorientation
At times, I let disorientation-exercise to be on the loose
Allowing mind toward relaxation-muse
Imagining bursting colors of varied hues
Creating designs from beauty-clues
Brightly transforming frustration blues.
Awesome kaleidoscopic moment
Grasped me in radiant engagement
Beholding varied wonderment
Bringing joyous amazement
Midst functional “disorientation” involvement.
When viewed at another perspective
Disorientation means “You’re not attentive”
And judged as missing directive
Along efforts to stay

Disorientation
Drunk in love, red wine, a celebration
turquoise touch, my mind disorientation
losing track of teal time, in your embrace
racing heart of mine, in chocolate kiss taste
Fill me like a teacup, keep me hot
Imbalanced in love, ashamed I am not
I am a glutton for your amber attention
Push my button, sends another dimension.
I see the sea in your

Disorientation
My distant spirit is dying,
disheartened, disintegrating and self deprecating.
Defenceless, as hope disappears,
emotionally shipwrecked in deep waters,
yet to be discovered.
In the sadness of sentimental sighs,
silence is the sinister sister of separation.
Abandoned in an abode of unfairness,
my heart shimmers creating a crepuscular crescent,
emanating into an emotional eclipse -
in splitting darkness I've become invisible.
I've

Disorientation
I’m racing down flights of stairs.
More and more of them appear
as I search for something recognizable.
I run back up them
and then to the opposite side of the building.
The room I want – wasn’t it on the northeast side?
But it’s not there.
After what seems like an interminable amount of time
racing around this giant building
which

Disorientation
darkness plummets on twilight’s peak
cascading like a gentle creek
veiled by the night, I must confess
I’m puzzled by shadow’s caress
at times, confusion stills my hope
like climbing a slippery slope
fetches doubts that bring nervous stress
I’m puzzled by shadow’s caress
perplexed by the depth of my fears
feels like I’m lost when the smoke clears
drowning in the black, such a

Disorientation
The sands of entropy the wheel of chaotic time churns,
settle on the stratified shelf of the disorganized life.
In moments moving with the dispersed dust of perturbation,
the truth of trust oscillates on the ruffled ripples of disorder.
In the bewildered efflux of errant disarray,
everything rumpled changes, except for change.
The mystifying alchemy of metamorphosis
reveals the real façade

Disorientation
You have raided my night again,
as the burst of a sudden storm,
sneaking into my loneliness,
at the most unexpected hour,
plunging me into swirls of pain
too deep for expression,
leaving me in utter disorientation.
I now drift aimless with muddled thoughts,
through the dingy avenues of the past,
never once able to sever the chord,
that binds me so tight to those

Disorientation
Somethings are best
said through blank
scriptures in sheer
silence, but pulling the
violin strings of
a poet strumming
to personify pain,
with tempests of
torment rushing
through thin veins,
would only widen
twisted tunnels for
ink to bleed in
vermilion lines of
broken thunder.
For these lungs have
long thickened
from scraps of
pretend promises,
to dress them
with mountains
of flawed flowers,
oblivious to

DISORIENTATION
Ever since you came into my life
I have been in a constant turmoil
My head is afloat on a wave crest
My heart trying to leave my chest
And all around me, emotions coil
Disorientated thinking is now rife
Since that time I haven’t breathed
At least not deeply, to understand
Why everything is spinning around
Yet no helpful answer have I found
I’m

Disorientation
Disorientated means spinning spiral
you feel your life out of control.
Disorientated sounds like weeping late nights
when you know you can't fix what was messed up.
Disorientated feels like an elephant sitting on your chest
when you are doing everything to escape and improve.
Disorientated smells like burnt popcorn
when you are trying to host a party.
Disorientated taste like sour milk

Disorientation
Themed distractions, affairs a boulevard,
as elbowed are divided from their minds.
Aloof, queues succeed a ship calling card,
as untrained get on, moons all exit signs.
The General Slocum, dressed to the nines
--churchgoers being passengers adorned.
Petite girls, bulky boots-dresses confines,
a spark burning as the captain is warned.
Crew-covered ears as the shrieking arose,
clung rails ... faith enables those disabled,
backing

Endless Cycle of Disorientation
Us humans usually degrade people’s actions,
Until we find ourselves following the same actions of those people.
It starts from just a
“What can they possibly be depressed about? We’re young.”
Then we find ourselves in the mirror.
Low eyes,
Weary clothing,
Messy hair,
Disoriented.
Then, people degrade us next.
Sooner enough, we degrade ourselves.
