standing up in a class of fifty,
offering her answers, quite gently,
will the professor think she’s nifty,
or will he think of her differently,
she blushes, though she isn’t shifty,
discombobulation, incidentally,
answering, she mumbles – befuddled,
oh, no, her answers are muddled!

Walking home from class, gusts blow.
She feels her dress rise off her form,
Baring her rear, all red – she does glow,
Embarrassed as can be by the storm,
She hopes no one will see this show –
Oh, her cheeks do feel moderately warm,
Will anyone notice her mortification?
Her naked bottom brings quite a sensation.

when she reaches her destination, she finds,
not only was her bottom seen, but snapped,
by a sneaky camera, who always reminds –
those awkward moments, when unwrapped,
prompt the owner to turn shades of red in all kinds,
marking these days where there’s laughter to be kept,
so, at least, her embarrassment is a reflection,
often found in some comedian’s photo collection!

Razed You

Razed you, as the way I would my most hated enemy,
Ruined by my intended selection of words, with a consistent nonconformity.
Confusion continues to discombobulate, dominate, and eradicate a clear awareness consciousness,
Buried below the intellectual, to a place that refuses to be blessed, were there is only stress.
Imprecated thru and thru, over and over again, your suffering is of your own deserving,
Weak mind this is karma and it is a full serving.
Callous and cold, hollow and unemotional, calculated and diabolical,
Vengeance is now upon you, merciless and radical.

The Capybara Way

Meet the friendly capybara
Rodent large without a care, a
Chill companion, friend to all, for
Clearing any gloomy pall

Sitting still or hanging out, with
Capybara social clout, a
Being present in the now, who
Effortlessly lives the Tao

Showing up and just to be, in
Any opportunity, a
Doing by no action seen, this
Caviidae is deftly keen

Always ready to relate, to
One who’s discombobulate, a
Silent empathy it shares, our
Wordless friend who capybares

Without a Membrane

What’s a cell without its membrane?
A bulbous mass of uhck?
A strung-out sea that’s ever-expanding?
An ugly pile of gook?

Does it know where proteins go?
Are signals always mistook?
Do organelles discombobulate
And invaders overlook?

Can it feel? Can it fathom?
Does it know which way is up?
Is a formless blob of matter
Anything but gobbledygook?

Premium MemberThe Man Who Thought He Was a Clown

once upon a Time-
I knew a man who was a joker-
a funnyman a jester
a real buffoon

joking all the time

a wisecracking prankster
teasing and mocking everyone
a jester clown
he befuddled us with nonsense
always

even when it was a no-fun matter

a comedian
a comic actor
all the time
the cockamamie funnyman entertaining

with madness and insanity(I think)
his
constant ribbing
a comic mask meant to discombobulate

the jesting funnyman on
all
the
time with his gobbledygook

it got quite annoying to me(anyways)
    because not everything in
Life is funny-
                       there is a time
    and place for everything . . .

Premium MemberMy Valentine

My Valentine

It comes from out of nowhere
like lightening from the skies.
I can almost hear your laughter,
I can almost see your eyes.

My body starts to tremble
from my head down to my feet.
My minds it starts to race
and my heart skips a beat.

I start to perspire
where no one else can see.
Then I get this feeling
somethings missing inside me.

My palms they both start sweating
I'm filled with fearful hope.
I start to discombobulate
I'm not sure I can cope.

I called the doctor on the phone
he said I'll be just fine.
He wrote me a prescription
for you to be my Valentine.

Cause each time that it happens
that I start to fall apart.
My thoughts on you, I know it's true
I've got you on my heart.

We Got To Find Our Way Back Home

my rowdy cloud of hope has simmered
there is no sunshine only rain
there is not even a hint of shimmer
the only evidence is pain
can we slow it down just a little
we have taken this too far
the once strong bones of our love are now brittle
i still see you as my star
let me wipe the tears away babe
can we step back and contemplate
i am begging you to stay babe
i don't want this to discombobulate
relax and let me kiss your heart
please run your fingers through my hair
i know we need a new place to start
let's just slow down before we go there
sex is not always the answer
it take a lot more when it gets deep
before our bond turns into a cancer
let's smooth the road before it gets too steep
as long as God is Nucleus
we will gain strength to find our way
for God is never ever through with us
we make an effort everyday
in this here life we all have flaws
that we have to work ourselves through
i know you love me all and all
and in the same way i love you.....

Premium MemberBe Not Perturbed

My dear reader, please, don't be afraid
When I say stuff like discombobulate
I say big words
Because I'm a nerd
Not to label your intelligence as "up for debate"
