The Mentor

"The more in science we advance,
The more do we grow," you say;
Still, Nature's love, abundance
Forgive us all in every way.

She lessons us to endure
Just like the green grasses do;
We, humans, can't all ensure;
We fail to remain pure and true.

Time's supposed to take all away;
She teaches all how to accept;
Rise and fall, the night and the day
Pass on, as per the global concept.

I can't breathe, I run, I run
In the lap of Nature;
"There'll be the moon and the sun,"
Tells me the Great Teacher.

Life must, must have turns and bends;
Life gifts us melody;
My frail heart now comprehends
There must be threnody.

DEEP WITHIN MINE SELF LIES
                     PURPOSE

Deep Within Myself lies purpose The Light in Me Shines so bright Deep within me is focus
 I am the lens my of my heart mind comprehends
Even through the deepest dark

Shallow waves momentum shifting blends as the title such
Unconscious bad laden stagnant vessels trying to breathe at naught

Fragrances being denied the breath of the fire has been doused
The cabbage is wilted and sourd there be no sauerkraut

And O' did I mention due to lack of attention I am being detained
Cloudburst gatherings the silver lining cracked not every drop of rain Falls circumspectively on the plains

My heart lungs breath
My soul sees
My arms and hands on praise
The light in me shines so bright
Deep within me focused
I am the lens of my heart's mind
Comprehends even in the deepest dark
 I am of I am
Deep within myself I am purposed

5417 Head

My son, a whirlwind, a blur of motion,
A heart of gold, but lacks all notion
Of listening ears, or a mind that obeys,
A constant test, in countless ways.

He'd scale the moon, if he had the flight,
A spirit wild, a mischievous light.
But "No!" is a word, he barely comprehends,
A stubborn streak, that never ends.

NEC's shadow, a constant fear,
Made me a softie, throughout the year.
No spankings, no harsh, or angry word,
Just gentle guidance, softly heard.

But patience wears thin, as the years unfold,
And "Little 5417 head," a story untold,
Escapes my lips, in moments of strife,
Reflecting the strain, on this weary life.

He'll grow, I know, and learn to see,
The value of listening, and empathy.
But for now, I cherish the chaos he brings,
This whirlwind of energy, that life truly sings.

World on Fire

I do not want to set the world on fire,
this world has always been burning,
you cannot add flame
when flame is all there is.

That which made this fire
sees the world consume itself
through a devouring lens.

That which watches, comprehends not
that it is the mind, the human mind,
that is the Firestarter,

only those who feed the fire
can quench this blind,
and long enduring,
burning.

Premium Member glowing heart

not merely willing but rather eager
to allocate time to hold hands
ego comprehends this not
but heart understands

alive in each moment
awareness of Self at rest
seeing all forms as God’s light
soul’s cocooned in heart’s bliss nest

if mankind ever comprehends everything ~ there will be nothing left

sighs god to satan i’ll be outed ~ and you can wave goodbye to theft

well i’m a psychopath smirked satan ~ so exempt from feeling bereft

yeah your greatest weakness said god ~ unable to bear genuine heft

and so creation burst forth ~ perfectly poised from that opening cleft

it simply had to turn out this way ~ no matter how f#cked up or deft

Mining for understanding

*_Mining for understanding*_

There is a mine for silver and a place where gold is refined.

Iron is taken from the earth, and copper is smelted from ore.

But where can wisdom be found? Where does understanding dwell?

No mortal comprehends its worth; it cannot be found in the land of the living.

The deep says, "It is not in me"; the sea says, "It is not with me."

It cannot be bought with the finest gold, nor can its price be weighed out in silver.

It cannot be bought with the gold of Ophir, with precious onyx or lapis lazuli.

Neither gold nor crystal can compare with it, nor can it be had for jewels of gold.

Coral and jasper are not worthy of mention; the price of wisdom is beyond rubies.

The topaz of Cush cannot compare with it; it cannot be bought with pure gold.

Premium Member FOR I LOOK DOWN FROM HEAVENLY PLACES -

Shallow Waters got me walking the top mountains;
In depth deep Waters got me standing taller;
Moistened air got me inhaling humid swallows;
I sit High and I look low I'm in heavenly places;
I have no shame no disgraces;
I am bound to God's truths;
And I am absolute;
Holy wholly to the lamb;
~
Deep dark valleys got mine visions clouded
Like the skies at night broken by a pin drop of light;
My brain comprehends the spark;
My Father has a massaged my harden heart
I sit High and I look low I'm in heavenly places;
I have no shame no disgraces;
I am bound to God's truths, and I am absolute;
Holy wholly to the lamb;
For I am an eagle and I sit on high
For I look down from heavenly places

~
Rivers ever flowing like a snake crawling;
I am ever beholden to the energies flowing;
Wide eyes open I see beyond the horizon;
I sit High and I look low I'm in heavenly places;
I have no shame no disgraces;
I am bound to God's truths, and I am absolute;
Holy wholly to the lamb

For I am an eagle and I sit on high
For I look down from heavenly places

Premium Member HURTING VISION-

My eyes sore
Redden in pains
Pupils dilated engrained
Blurred visions
Mind comprehends not bored
Should have been forgiven

I’m a witness to my mess
I am forgiven and yet
To my surprise I am
Light so soul shines
Energies lights so bright

Premium Member Deafened Art

you can't break what's already broken nor forsake what's been forsaken

every love song is a ghost story ~ when velvet skies dimmed our glory

no one really comprehends ~ how deep into the core it descends

cloaked with invincible clouds , afraid to let tear-stained ink pour and set

silenced tongues sing in solitude ~ knitting metaphors misunderstood

hushed voices echo amidst smoky lungs ~ tainted through deafened art

Premium Member Why Are We Here

Life is the epithet of unique existence,
the construct of divine elements almighty designs
with the heavenly essence suffused
in the coalesced trinity of body, mind and soul.

Trying to get released from the egoistic clasp
of karmic destiny, leading to loss of the sense of self,
the perception of the pervading divine conscience
transcends the space-time limits for inward journey.

Beneath the convolute layers of the clouded mind,
at its inner depth soul perceives the awareness dawn,
creating the holy linkage with the absolute,
and comprehends the meaning of existence.

As the divine lotus serenely unfurls within
with the perception of His endowment of nirvana,
beautifies the sublimated life with heavenly adornment,
the supreme then assimilates the undying soul.

Devoid of the body and with the acquired intelligence,
the liberated soul transcends the mortal existence,
reaches the realm of eternity to realign
with divine consciousness for which we are here.

Premium Member A Leader Can Never Be a Stolid Follower

A leader is, of course, solid not a blind follower
A leader is a true, real, genuine and patient analyzer
A leader usually leads the pack or the caucus
Follows common sense, the rules and laws of nature
Comprehends the consequences of having a failed procedure
The full process of achieving positive results at the terminus
After everything is laid, said and done, when nada is left?
A real leader has broad shoulders to withstand the storms
A brave man fears nothing, no man or woman on the left
Or on the right. A leader follows the principles, the norms
And the logic of things. Few men or women are natural leaders
Even if they were haphazardly elected or selected as such
Real leaders are occasionally as calm as hunting tigers
A genuine leader will fight for what is proper, not for the mulch
Which can be found in countless stores. A leader is strong
Bright, brave and humble. A leader admits when he is wrong
In our current unusual environment, men and women can lead
Effectively, since and hence the world has many mouths to feed.

What I Believe

I believe there’s a Being that dotes on His. creatures,
I believe that He holds the key to hidden treasures,
I believe He knows when we walk through midnight,
I believe He sees with perfect light.

I believe He comprehends the tempest in our chambers,
Though they permute in soaring numbers,
I believe He notices each door dawn brings to us,
And sees every loss.

I believe He remembers we’re feeble,
Even though we don’t come humble,
I believe He listens to our heart cries,
And knows the outcomes of life's dice.

I believe we're not on a lone flight,
He partners with us whatsoever the height,
I believe He knows why life is a battlefield,
For He bears the day's shield.

I believe He can aid us to unravel deep mysteries,
And uncover unknown histories,
I believe He sees through the dark,
Even though it hides the sought-after mark.

Sapience

Sage is the one
             that comprehends
             his limits
             and recognizes
             those of others...

Galactic spectacle, we name you
For a Greek mythic giant.
You exist in mythic realms of space
Dwarfing our Milky Way,
The largest yet known of your kind.
We behold your bygone light,
Your radio signal artifacts now only just
Arriving from what you were
Three billion years ago.
So humble our instruments for
Detecting you,
so simple our data collection
about you.
Gargantuan star ellipse drifting and yawning in
Vacuous void.
A hosting galaxy, embedded in cosmic web strands,
Two hundred forty billion times
The size of the Sun,
With a massive black hole nucleus,
Four hundred million times
The size of the Sun.
We measure and record like
Ancient Babylonians,
And still, no one comprehends.
