one second before creation :maybe:

if mankind ever comprehends everything ~ there will be nothing left

sighs god to satan i’ll be outed ~ and you can wave goodbye to theft

well i’m a psychopath smirked satan ~ so exempt from feeling bereft

yeah your greatest weakness said god ~ unable to bear genuine heft

and so creation burst forth ~ perfectly poised from that opening cleft

it simply had to turn out this way ~ no matter how f#cked up or deft

And so it began .................7 days or 7 trillion years, it depends on ones perspective of creation. For what was before creation and If we understood about death, and knew exactly for where we were destined, 'there would be nothing left', God says to the devil. Has Heaven always existed, did God create man, so that Heaven could now have a mortal meaning, merely to be accepted but never understood, until the grim reaper arrived. Have you ever watched the series Lucifer, your Monoku writes above remind me of the interaction between the two, God and the devil - Fantasy, comedy and drama. Life and death, and heaven and hell are complicated. Blessings, Jennifer.

Heya Jennifer, insofar as I’m concerned or aware, creation started when I became self-conscious, but truth is nobody can say for certain if anything preceded creation, I do agree with the concept a god would make man to give heaven a mortal meaning, as immortality would eventually become nightmarishly boring, and perhaps led me to the conclusion life simply had to turn out as it did for better or worse, thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on this piece, hope you are keeping well, cheers David

I enjoyed reading about your Monoku writes. Could heaven be what was before??? We go back to heaven, so heaven was first??? Maybe one day we will know, if at that point we even really care. Cheers to you as you write away..........

Heya Paula, so many questions, one must ponder why we have them in the first place, I’m pretty certain something preceded creation, the very concept of it just happening without cause does not sit right with me, and you could be right if one day we do know, it’s possible we won’t really care, but still no harm in pondering such things, thanks so much, cheers David

Knowing all we know now, conversations between God & Satan only seem humorous, to me. The rest is biological, I suppose. A divine order comprehending all men, is what the dictionary says. I'll go with it in terms of God & Satan's existence. God's choice? "let" us comprehend all. "perfectly poised" I like how you define us or is it He who is perfectly poised. Cheers David!

Very true, we simply have to be here, choice was never an option, yet here we are ailments and all the other madness going on :)

Perhaps that's why we come into the world without knowledge? Looks like we are not given a choice, even if we knew everything, we still couldn't afford to buy the cures to our ailments! lol.

Heya Anaya, to comprehend all with man’s mind is a tempting prospect at first glance, but then what would we do with such knowledge, become gods perhaps, and create some new life forms with the same caveats, Hey maybe that’s what happens and the perpetual cycle continues? Cheers David
