A slimy heel slippery eel
tho' no feared he'd take the fall(s)
he lost his breeks on the course

Working class…but VIP pass…standing sentry for cricketing gentry
Towering injury tarnished Talisman penury
Revarnished..primacy rebooted for his mooted destiny and legacy

India rue what Stokes does imbue
Hadn’t got a clue what to do
Trepidation…procrastination..then damnation
Stewed…then skewed..eschewed..slewed and screwed by the

Midnight chimes unveil in cascade,
glances of your shimmering face 
engulfing me in a transient dream...
As if you never went away!
As if I didn't wake up to see you're gone!
As

The spell of chimes and jangles

want to hear from you
not with you laying it out
but in clangs and chimes
that evoke my own response ~
easier to write that way

Not only chimes 
moon bear with my speechless crutches 
Not only chimes
with brass scarred by June fireflies,
storm's echoes fade from my hutches —
your ghost another side touches

Big Ben chimes Bazball Zen

Big Ben chimes again
With Bazball zen
One of those men
From special stock
Shepherd of the flock
Hewn from strewn Volcanic rock

From New Zealand's Southern Isle
But only there for a wee while
Mighty flame haired flair laird 

Without doubt more about Blighty's North East
They forged this bellicose beast
Ripsnorting sporting cavorting squire  
Glutton & gourmand gorged feast

Midnight chimes unveil in cascade,

The nap limit per day the 
front porch chimes have put on 
me leaves a 
very bad taste in 
my mouth! Oh they’re all 
totally UNFAIR rules. Their rules ULTRA ache 
my brain!

Silver Wassail of Chimes

 bird’s beak
in stirring melody arouse
silver wassail of chimes
breathlessly bound
to bough

to bow
at angst of wind
reverence of two feet
bird’s claws clinging to the true branch
unbound

bird’s praise
of appraisal as Autumn leaves
red and golden linger
whirligig and
arise

surly
and duly tossed
to the cold cruel surface
where children wait to kick and stomp
throw wings

God sees
impervious backbone of leaves

Symphony Of Sunrise

Sun at dawn! A sight so spectacular
I wake up and gaze... surreal, stunning, sensational!
Ultramarine sky, a hue of crimson in the east,
A red dot growing bigger and bigger turning the horizon ruby-red!
Mesmerized me! A gush of lavender emotions run through my veins,
How do I describe this kaleidoscopic vision!

Bells ring

Zen loving chimes,
Our exquisite times,
Spring chickens reborn,
"Still awake?" We yawn.
Basically harmless, you see,
Dreams are fantasy.

Soft gentle winds
Wind chimes dancing 
So gracefully
Heavenly melodies 
Surrounded by eurphoria 
Tree leaves swinging in motion
Along with the wind chimes 
Tranquility arises by an orchestra 
Narrated by soft gentle winds
Captured by bliss

or were told the time in tolls of local church bells.

Chimes Befalling

You confused  the situation
by alarming the guests
saying close 
but no cigar
You always gave quaint encouragement
by virtue of your factuals
We sweetly sang out of tune
to deflect the despondency
On the chimes befalling
you set the table for many guests
but could ill afford the meal provided

Wind Chimes

Wind is blowing through the trees
Bluebird, are you in the breeze?
Have you come to comfort me?
To soothe my lonely heart? To see
Me smile because it's you?
I think I hear your wingbeat through
The bending of the leaves and branch 
In everything you have carte blanche
I've made a nest for us to live
