Quote: "The brain discovers, but emotions replicate past occurrences forevermore." By Poet

I glide amid suspense as the air grows dense.
Through amber fractures that scrape the fence,
Still blazed for the thrill your shadows wore—
The anchored verdict, of evermore.

A silted shard of time daze,
A wire-mesh mirror that grate and glaze,
It scrapes the shell where the marrow tore—
A signal throbbing evermore.

Through gullies choked with a sullen scent,
Through spans of gloom where lumber's bend,
Your strobes ignite on the slatted floor—
A sizzling earth expanding evermore.

You lodge inside the strained strain,
A white-hot core that no veil can drain,
The pulsing pitch, I cannot ignore—
A sinew humming evermore.

And after the casing snaps its seam
When digits fuse in a blinding beam,
This vacuum slams on a rock-bound shore—
The engine stilled in evermore.

Though metal cools in the still space.
The spirit-volt is gone, without a trace.
A hissing heat on rusty shore—
the agony intensified, evermore

INACTION

The chubbiness of your dense casing
Is an insulator indeed
The small still voice is hindered permeate
The depth of a copious essence
A mind never regenerated
In new known ways to profit
Hence your way is wood as you cuddle it
Time’s river drowning dreams afar shore
As you trot in ways antique
With golden opportune wilting
Hence amity is fog

Shape Shifting Soul

"Here I am in human form but it was not always quite so
earth is not the only planet I’ve been to
through past life regressions, I definitely know"

I can hear the chiming of my soul at large
ding dong clang it goes all night and day
Cinderella in a pumpkin carriage
no glass slipper in this lifetime's array

I can feel the earth beneath my bare feet
it is the foundation of my courseted life
bound by body but not by soul design
I can shapeshift and loosen all my strife

I am made of flesh and bone but spirit too
so when it comes to lifetimes I can have a few
this outer casing one day I will surely lose
as I recall the move of an everchanging pew

I am zealous and devout carrying much clout,
but when I shapeshift, I always find another route.

Orange Blossoms

On a tree
Overcome by the scent of citrus
Sitting on a branch plucking fruit
With the rhythmic sound of grass below me
The wind blowing the grass like waves
Filling the air with musicality

The blossoms
Yellow and white
With the possibility to be greater than buds
Tightly closed but ready to open
Offshoots of the bigger, stronger branch
I have this quiet moment to myself
To admire nature at its finest
Chewing on honeysuckle

The blossoms are shaped like stars
Soft and round petals
But pointy,
Permeating through the casing they are trapped in
A star, that when pollinated, grows
Growing into the tangy fruit that we know

COMPASSION IN THE CYCLONE THAT IS LIFE

The twinkle of an eye
blinks in the same time span as a bullet fired
and the casing hitting the floor

Birds’ wings flutter at different speeds
but a hummingbird’s wings are much faster
a cow’s skull hangs suspended from a vein from the gut of a cat

But a good life is found wherever one can find it
as flowers can grow anywhere
I like gardenias best, my favorite

In Las Vegas two crows sit on a well lit sign of a casino
a child asks his father do we have enough to eat
the father huddled in a drainage pipe says, “Yes, we do.”

A child in Ethiopia asks his father
will I have something to eat tonight, daddy
his father answers, “No, maybe tomorrow.”

Life in general is full of anomalies
Americans' world knowledge of real life is limited
And so it seems is compassion in many of its citizens.

GEMUT APOCALYPTICUS

GEMUT APOCALYPTICUS

Terrain to thy welcoming, clapsing
As the sky in fear of the rage, gasps
Oh to devour the devourers tasking
Prepared for thee Oh apocalis

The blue in time so lovely
I could feel the touch firmly
On the contour to thine rays
To light the path to thine rains

It's about time she smiled
To the spat tornado filed
At the shooting of a rock star
About the end to make this war

Vent in the anger roaring
To the spiteful will of war
As it rolls down ocean of wants
To the desires that can't be quenched

You asked for love, It offers hate
Asked for peace , offers war
Asked for flower, offers it with viper
Wrapped it in the vase of its casing

Who will tell the sky?, enough!
Who will say to Leviathian, rot!
To the waggling of its bumps
As it rolls the sea over its bits

To archaic! Lost battle to strength
To witty! Lost wars to the wise
The rolls of anger set lose await
Yet the world will not remain same.

Caress the earth in her warmth
Don't consume her in her rage
Make her a better place to her hosts
Her end shouldn't be the heart of apocalypse

Premium Member Trail of Tears

Mind
silent,
storm
ruins
deep-set soul.
In dark
vale
flows slow
sorrow stream.
Memory flakes
glide with dreams
on trail
of
dry tears,
etched beneath
collapsed
eyes,
casing
hope.

Poetry Soup Second To Just Nobel

Before me sight I Halting Dump
And I need to over it jump.
If my zeal be crushed into powder,
You wouldn’t see a face prouder.

Just asking that you retain The Lamp
That makes A Champ of An Agreed Tramp;
A firm will gives one to start chasing
After what Life holds in its casing.

Three years back uploaded not a verse
And the picture now a sweet reverse;
What if I’d lost to The Tightening;
Last air suck in face whitening?
Troublesome corpse after interment,
Quarrelsome Grave of heard rude comment,
The sky causing to be cloudier,
Disorganized systems rowdier…
Poetry Soup: second to just Nobel!
Why should I care if others rebel?

Juted Jealousy

He quaked and recoiled
At the thing he beheld
Unwilling to sing, he uttered
...sound, forbidden

Why did he believe all was beauty
And power would come to him
....the one creating
He was the CREATOR
Wasn't it obvious

She...she's a she
Can't even carry a vibration
Much less a man of great status
Plain, not an ounce of attraction
To yield men at her feet

I, me, I will NOT sing
I will SPEAK

STONE, the very stone unsung
Became his casing
As greasy fibers pierced the ground
Reaching out to his creation
Building the war to end all rebellion

against LOVE

Along street’s he’s casing, unseen in control
Sickles and Scythes, double edged swords
One hooks the young, other catches the old
And for winding up days, gets a tidy reward
Not diamonds or rubies, platinum nor gold
But fruits, and candies, his Halloween hoard

Softened attention

Why would we dispose
fragrance of a rose,
uplifting spirit,
judging not merit?

Yet it is clinging,
to echoes singing
meanings we infuse,
as of our heart's muse.

Memory recall
stifles the bliss squall,
since we interfere
with love sparks that spear.

Though with feet on ground,
as free soul unbound,
each pulse we cognise
sans the urge to size.

Rapture all the time,
with bliss currents rhyme,
which we celebrate,
in monk-mode sedate.

Gratitude oozes
without excuses,
as we so entwine,
with bliss beats divine.

Grace fortuitous,
yet continuous,
signals we're a mist,
casing to resist.

Dance within our form,
takes us by the storm;
nodes with joy gyrate ~
we collaborate.

Our vaporised self
sings hymns to itself,
one with That oneness,
in staid gentleness.

This world of space-time,
is where gongs love's chime,
throbbing day and night,
for our soul's delight.
