Best Vengeance Poems
Time for my vengeance to reign
Time for this fool to feel the pain
That he has caused unto me
No worries of "times three."
I call upon a power of old
One that will surely unfold
The power of a woman scorned
You were once so warned.
My daughter from me you took
Tis you, not I, that is the crook.
For this utmost heinous crime
I seek justice of the most sublime.
Spirits upon the Earth I seek
To make this mortal weak.
To curse him to a living hell
Worse than that of any jail.
Let him lose all his hair
And leave none to spare.
Let him feel only a chill
At the loss of his thrill.
Lose the love of the daughter
That thought you walked on water.
Lose your friends respect
And feel your wife reject.
See your life fall apart
And love from you depart.
The deed is done the spell is cast
Vengeance is mine at last.
I lay my vengeance upon thee 25 17
Forever is a long God damn time
If I'm going to love then am I not commiting a crime
Something gruesome so madly insane that even my mother would hate the very sight of me sublime
Evil lurks in everyone of us and moments of insanity keep the brain ticking and tocking while the devil designs
To think of stabbing a man or a woman and watch blood pour out of them no mistaking in their death was your fault and your soul becomes ruined and dark even putrid slime
Madness I have seen with these two eyes as humans have an instinct to be killed or kill this is how the world defines
Why to destroy brings so much pleasure and power to armies and countries watch as the play taking innocent but inconsequential minds
You believe that conspiracy cannot corrupt the many but many caused this virus into our lives to end a power struggle between the haves and have nots does it feel pointless to go to work when we are slaves of no love of reason or rhymes .
Dark skis over head
The fiery pit underneath
When she walks into the room
All light is pushed from me
Striding up to me she opens her mouth
And from it flies the insults and curses
That turns me cold in my soul
Why do I deserve this?
What crime did I commit?
I have given my soul
And she retuned it in shreds
This is the last day
For should she return
I’ll give her a little black box
And when she opens it
All my wounded and torn soul
That has mingled
With hate despair and frustration
Shall be set free
In all is godly fury
It shall all be contained in a note
That will tear out
The very fabric of her spirit
And justice shall be done
I ask the Lord's blessing to fall upon you,
I look back with thanksgiving and trust.
The worst of my foes has not broken through
my Jesus is joyful and jealous and just.
I look back with thanksgiving and trust
when your condemnation comes past my gate
my Jesus is joyful and jealous and just
though His vengeance may sometimes seem late.

A "Ruthimus Divisa", taken from my poem, "I Ask the Lord's Blessing to Fall Upon You", written March 08,2011
Vengeance
Life. A precious gift
breathed into the body of man by God,
the Father of all creation.
Life. The perfect gift,
Taken by the hand of a sinful man.
Five bullets to the head
a mother of four dead.
Baby boy lying near her bosom
when home sweet home
became a war zone.
Motherless children
devastation is their reality.
Mother's shed blood
drapes baby’s body,
like a scarlet overcoat…
Malefactor’s sinful heart continues to beat
pumping putrid blood into icy veins.
Minion of the devil,
violator of all that's right
How do you sleep at night?
You sit in court with your head hung low.
ruthless villain, surely you are not ashamed.
Remorse knows not your name.
Apologetic vomit spewed out the holder of lies
situated on your aggravated face.
Life. Snuffed out by your hand
like a candle struck by a mighty wind.
36 years to life, the sentence you must serve...
Step right up vengeance,
your room awaits
Blood in my site as I go for the kill
Better calm down and take another pill
All the rage surges through as I lose control
The minute I black-out I could lose my soul
Negative reinforcement saturates my mind
Leaving all the crushed up pieces behind
Destruction reigns upon me, seeking to destroy it all
I know once I’m done you can only want to fall
Left in the wake you will only feel the burn
Just the idea of it can make your stomach churn
The image of taking you down sends pleasure to my brain
Best not to mess with me for this terror I will reign
I have you in my vision and I keep a close eye
When you try to sneak away I’ll say, “nice try…”
I’ve got you in my clutches, I’ve got you where I want
I’ve trapped you in a frenzy, a place where I can taunt
Don’t you try to run, don’t you try to hide
This revenge is bitter sweet and no one is on your side
You make my bones ache and my body squirm
I would love to knock you dead and make your life short term
I can hardly believe you have any life at all
I know that you can't achieve anything more than a cat call
Pathetic and pointless you are, just wait and see
I laugh in this ugly face of yours because you are nothing compared to me
The moment is righteous the minute I strike
Time slows down to bask in the glory
The time is now for something to like
The scene is oh so gory
I don’t have to make it up by submitting to a penance
I’m just glad I have made you suffer with my vengeance

the sack cloth lay
black as ash upon the mourners
the sack cloth lay
tears could not soften or defray
rods could not break its rough corners
upon witnesses at vespers
the sack cloth lay
Revelation 11:3
And I will cause my two witnesses to prophesy
a thousand two hundred and sixty days dressed in sackcloth...
Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves,
but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written,
Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Vengeance
And I’ll get mine in glorified splendour
And you’ll get yours in the torture
Punishment I can’t wait for
As I sit back, all smugness
Praying for the day when the wicked and the weak
Harvest the fruits of their labour
While I will reap my reward
My cup runneth over; for me
And I will get mine in self-sanctimonious
And you will get yours in denial
And I will be saved
And you will not
For heaven awaits all those who are conceived in hell
I have been chosen
And you have not
Yet by blood and life
We walked the same path
For I am righteous, holy and good
And you are so obviously
Not
Men who fear to cross a road
which leads out of the dark
will never know the light that shines
upon the truth writ in these lines.
To give offence to the offender
Is not the true intent,
but more to place a lamp that glows
where immorality sorely grows.
How can one be blinded thus
and stub a naked toe
when someone dares to point the way
for all to see as clear as day.
No doubt, anon the world will frown
if nighttime comes too soon,
wondering why you snuffed the flame
that burns the crooked path of shame.
I crossed the road in darkness
and never saw the light,
from darkness into darkness
embracing horse and harness.
The fool is always guilty:
broad the road he chooses
but somewhere in the night,
there is a shining light.
A man was standing by the road
unnoticed in the dark;
the darkness was as light to him
his light had never dimmed.
Accused by death itself,
I confessed that I had sinned;
a man came in our presence
and spoke in my defence.
"I'll serve his crime
and pay the price
whatever is imposed."
Thus the case was closed
In the depths of hellfire, his spirit ablaze,
Johnny Blaze rides out, the Ghost Rider's craze.
His penance, to serve vengeance on the guilty,
Flaming skull, chain whip, his methods filthy.
His roar echoes, through the night,
Burning sinners, till they're out of sight.
A force of reckoning, he leaves no trace,
The Ghost Rider's fury, you can't replace.
Beware his wrath, if you're a wrongdoer,
For he'll leave you, with your soul in the sewer.
A Marvel hero, with a demonic twist,
Ghost Rider's tale, can never be missed.

How much bloody carnage and rubble
is required to atone for sins of a few?
How many eyes must be gouged
to extract desired justice?
If wronged, is exchanging one eye enough?
What about two eyes for one? Or ten for one?
Is twenty enough?
How about a hundred?
Such revenge might feel like justice,
but it fuels hate’s endless cycle.
Can we exit this interlocked sequence
of oppression and reflexive violence?
Can we struggle toward implementing
a radical, restorative, improbable alternative?
Remember what a crucified carpenter taught
about loving enemies and turning cheeks?
Do such ideals seem impossibly wrong
when gushing anger from our wounds?
Yet, as he stretched on splintery beams
no carpenter would willingly build,
he said, while gushing blood for all our sins,
“Forgive them for they know not what they do.”
always remind me
Vengeance is mine saith the Lord
for my bones do ache
That Pentecost Sunday in Owo
As worshippers assembled
For the rain of Holy Spirit
Men of the underworld
Wielding the tools of their ungodly trade
Rained satanic bombs and bullets on innocent congregants
And two scores lay dead
While many more injured
Leaving families devastated
Dreams brutally cut short
And reign of fear foisted on
The hitherto peaceful community
All in the name of extremism
And misguided religiosity
What a sacrilege in God’s temple?
What a desecration of His sanctuary?
What an audacious confrontation with God
In His terrestrial abode?
The wicked will never go unpunished
Vengeance is of the lord
At His time they will reap
The fruit of their wickedness
Mine is a road that has no definite ends
Mine is the truth that always bends
Mine is that terrorising expectation that transcends
Mine is the unspeakable news that every sign portends
Mine is a sun that shall not shine bright
Mine is a group of stars but yet no light
Mine is the hurtful feelings that all shall incite
Mine are the flames of chaos that shall ignite
Mine is the sorrows, the horrors and the pain
Mine is the pandemonium your tomorrows will not contain
Mine is the evil from which I shall not abstain
Mine is the iniquity that will be instigated with might and main
Mine is all the damage that cannot be undone
Mine is the intensity that shall exceed that of a scorching sun
Mine is the moment that shall and WILL be the only one
Mine is the one left after all is said and done
Mine shall extend from the setting of the day through the break of dawn
Mine is the disquieting atmosphere that your violence shall spawn
Mine is your innocence that the fury of my conflict shall descend upon
Mine will be done over and over and over again until I am gone
You, born of flesh without knowledge.
You, born of flesh, molded by love.
You, in time became one with another.
Gave birth, flesh without knowledge.
You molded flesh with love although not of its penchant.
Flesh took a path, different from you and failed the ordeal.
Flesh inclined others they also followed his ways.
When your box is ready, put away are you,
May ceremony be your wishes, and have someone to follow through.
You died, boxed and put away, without ceremony as wished.
Vengeance is not mine even when you're one with another
Is ceremoniously declined.
