Mr Wonderful

A broken promise, demoralized man who is incapable of being true,
A thoughtless coward, oblivious clown, this is what I think of you,

A woeful chicken, a runaway guy is how you're now portrayed,
A selfish critter, a prideful morsel is the reputation you have made,

When flesh spoils in a slaughter house the smell of you comes to mind,
For your manipulation has made you completely colorblind,

In your mothers soil you were the bad seed,
As you grew up we realized you were just a weed,

A fragmentation, with no revelation is who you really are,
A scab that stopped healing, the beggar who keeps on stealing, now just another scar,

A predicable cycle, a sick little mess, a hidden agenda that isn’t well dressed,
A miserable liar, disposable fool, too bad you weren’t like an infertile mule,

Just like a wolf, you would consume your own,
For apparently humanity was something you were never shown,

Just like wild animals that abandon their first litter,
You fit right in, you unoriginal quitter.

Premium Member Rose In the Garden

I am far from enamoured by the Rose.
The colour most gifted is often red.
Unoriginal it is mostly chose.
Men lay soft petals upon lover’s bed.

Do women not imagine so much more?
Other flowers that will not prick their skin!
Instead perhaps bright Sunflowers adore.
Neglecting other blossoms is a sin.

Select a yearning yellow daffodil,
or single splendid Poets Narcissus.
With these a glass vase I would rather fill.
Could they not garner a passionate kiss?

I’m enamoured by her in every way,
as I watch sweet Rose in the garden play.

Gift Horse(Second Hand Christmas Tree)

Christmas tree full of lights
What is the problem with your center?
darkness, darkness just like nights

starless, lightless tree center
unholy curses escape, unholy lips
murderous thoughts enter

branches remove and assemble tips
try and connect an electrical
circuit, help, help light the eclipse

unoriginal, typical, abnormal deal!!

Well Here We Are

at last he knows what
has been kicking his ass all these years
living a slow trauma smelling of empire
guardians of civilization on strike or asleep
concluding that non-conformists are all alike
but wait I am harsh this is all from memory
must have been the Kristalnacht last night
the simple concept fire is hot
does not have a subjective alternative
I tell you this with both lips
eyes watering from the smoke and prayers
in an instructive grand demonstration
of just the right amount
at just the right time
fortunately the farm subsidies
kept his garden of delight
in full Amsterdam trim
until Dr. Schnitt opened his skull
in a state sanctioned inquiry
involving all manner of pageantry
gave me a jolly good boot up the spizzerinctum
I'll tell you that right here right there
tweetering bluebirds now circle my head
the hum of life in there somewhere
most thoughts are unoriginal anyhow
you don't need a text balloon to survive
but it's a lot more contemporary
makes the aerodynamics a little smoother
my geneticist says I must be careful
several members of my family
have perished from documented cases
of spontaneous human combustion
must have fallen off the chameleon ride
but no matter they love you one day
hate your ashes the next go figure
not all internal signal input is valid
for this reason scalpels have been handed out
a National Dissection Day special
Nurse Lefty in her lightning bug suit
was just trying to get the job done
after the renunciation of befuddlement
and the realization she had fingers
that were much different from her toes
oh boy we're on another subject already
rhyming crocodile and Nile somehow
fighting fire with smoke see above
partially eaten in spite of the effort
even the effort was eaten
cough cough

While you waited, he slipped comfortably into her panties.

Sometimes less is not more, it's just short of enough.

Rather than saving for a rainy day you should buy an umbrella today.

If you are reaching for the stars you can be pretty sure you're standing outside.

He felt a bit irritated when he had to jump for Joy!

He was on the highway to hell, fortunate for him his motorcycle broke down.

She wanted one on one time, sadly she had someone else in mind.

Of all your personalities I like this one the best!

Every time I make a judgement about you, I learn something about myself.

If you want to be seen, sometimes you need to stand by yourself.

Speaking louder does not make you right!

When you walk with your head in the clouds you're more likely to trip.

Original sin has become somewhat unoriginal!

I want to one day be as smart as he thinks he is.

Everything old is still old even if the new stuff looks old.

You can take that to the bank but it will cost you!

If a coward dies a hundred deaths, he should be extremely well prepared.

The poor cat got ripped off, he only had one life.

The man who talks the least has the best hearing.

Never ever underestimate the power of your own stupidity.

Not all who appear friendly are friends.

The one who loses brings another much joy.

Hallucinatory Prayers

Fallen upon knees in ashes of pipe dreamer’s infatuation
chimera's collective stardust reigning through macrocosms,
world spins counterclockwise unrealistically bound hiatus
stained glass mirrors fracture in rhetorical opposition,
earthly beings condensed to mere commonplace residue
threadbare allegiances written on worn out constitutions,
idly spinning cogwheels from premier breath to closer exhale
angels hark intensely attempting to assuage inevitability
whilst calm winds yield to maelstroms' imitative gesticulations
forfeitures of human activity sacrificed in sins' germinal vices
banal platitudes reinforcing an elusively unoriginal existence,
dancing 'round the fire tween inquisitions' reluctant commendations
preparedness on conventional suspension of ill-advised reiterations,
awaiting surrender 'neath an incoherent vigil's unorthodox rite of
incarnate passages' disconnected resolve mid consequential rationale

 thereupon...

timelessness is but a variable symbol
    factored in mankind's hallucinatory prayers

Premium Member James Cameron

James Cameron made it big with Avatar
Again and again he raised the bar
The film was tremendously beautiful
But the plot was unoriginal

But of course who could forget Titanic?
Lenny plus heartbreak equals a classic!
I've seen the ending, but that's not the point
My girl swears that it won't disappoint

Like or smite, have to admit you crave more
Jimmy's is where it's at whether you're
A fan of trees that store mem'ries aglow
Or Leonardo DiCaprio

Bring Me To Life

All I need is a coffee and some Advil
A little selective remembering will help.

Caring is far too inconvenient.
Your indifference is startling.

Your beauty is unoriginal
And it unoriginally takes my breath away.
When I saw you, our eyes did not meet
Creating
Manic ripples of uncontrollable fears
concerning my shortcomings.

Your beauty
		as it goes
Allows you a life free from expectations
Selfish lovely thing.
Attaining forgiveness with your thick lashes
Who could stay mad?
You are driving me mad.

Customarily unaware of your power,
My body explodes when strands are swept from you face.
Millions of my little pieces sticking to white walls
Slowly sliding down
Creating red roads
And yet your world is undisturbed.

I wait
Religiously
Possibly knelt down . . . if you so desire
For your words.
As if they could gain me admission
When they fall from your mouth with delicious unattachment,
Such distance.
And
I scurry around you catching them with a sieve.

But you are so beautiful
That I wait for your acknowledgement
Of my own worth

Man's Own Boring Useless Clichets

Light at the end of the tunnel is an old clichet that imparts wisdom
to words that are usually not too appealing.
Clichets describe thoughts with no new original feeling.
Saved by the bell will only apply to a boxer's career.
To have the courage of a lion only describes a person who is unwisely
without fear.
The pen is mightier than the sword, simply implies that a well recieved
publicized report, will have a much more final all powerful effect by a
printed word.
Clichets will always be around as long as unoriginal words crop up
in the English vocabulary.
Civilized gentlemen will rely on old worn out phrases.
To this final assumption there is a well documentation under that theories basis.

The Separation We Create

As unshaped as water, as filthy as streets, as hard as rocks:-
The separation we create
I remember our memories, I turn in pride
I remember the days…, how we used to pass them by
I remember the times…, when you wouldn’t talk
And I would drive the words out of you
I remember the plays, I remember that place
The place of where we acted, the place that played with life
I remember the jokes, I remember the silliness
I remember all pride
I remember the closeness, I remember the smiles
But I remember the jerkiness, I remember and ask why
I look at the pride
I forget the memories, they’re all in line
I remember the thoughts, the separation of some filthy joke
Told by an unoriginal friend, as silly as snake, as separating as earth
I miss the memories, I miss them deep
None of this would happen if we just swallowed our pride

Leading Lady

Red lips I see them in dreams
Bare chest I wish I felt it here
I wish I could have everything with you
A connection spiritual, and also one in the physical

I want to be the one you call
Name whispered on your lips
Desperate pleas, I could be the one
To treat you as a good man deserves

Trust me, I'm an actress
I could be anyone you request
But I hope you would need me
And not some woman playing parts
And memorizing unoriginal lines

I want to be the girl you see
In dreams, not just the one that
Stands aside, watching others
Take the stage with you as
The leading man

I don't want to be the girl behind the scenes
I want to be your leading lady

Premium Member run to fun

My daddy—he once told me
don’t ever play with nuns
they’ll hit you with their rulers
it won’t be any fun

I snuck out of that prison
and now I’m on the run

Once freed from that schoolhouse
I sunbathed in the sun
I stayed out late, I went on dates
looking out for number-one

When I think of what I went through
of all the tired repressive lies
I keep running wise, in slick disguise
my purpose is renewed

Don’t ever let ‘em tell you
you can’t have any fun
If they preach that hackneyed drivel
grab some things and run
.
.
Songs for this:
Cold Heart (PNAU Remix) by Elton John & Dua Lipa
I'm Still Standing by Elton John

Webster: hackneyed = uninteresting, unfun, dull and unoriginal.

*stolen almost directly, in spirit anyway, from that freewheeling rebel, Johnny Cash

**My first 8 years of school were parochial

Problems

Problems

So many problems came to me
Like a sea of unbound mystery
Bushwa of unoriginal thoughts
Flooded my own soul with
trivial sights
I ve seen the minds speak all
the void
The void has lost it's way for
words
Problems become the night and
day
When I was young my life was
fair
But now I am grown, went
through the pain
My heart is heavy, no delight
This panic, fear, pain, and dark
Have wrapped their hands
around my heart
The voiceless voice of many
counts
Tells me," hang on"My dear
friend
We shall breath fire to the day
These problems that flooded
me
In them I saw my destiny

Rice Bowl Retribution

Rice is necessary for eating Chinese food, at least in America
So, if you have intention of stealing my rice when I am getting seconds
face my rice bowl retribution

You use so much make-up I cant tell the difference between you and fried rice
You are so entitled that you think Mexican rice should just cross our border
You have caused so many problems for me that I had to eat Indian technical rice
You are so cheap that I can buy two microwaveable rice packets for less
You are more corrupt than squid ink rice in my stomach
You are more unoriginal than Chinese rice
You think you are the best, you are like rice in North Korea
But news to you, you are less than the rice in my stomach
This is my rice bowl retribution
ALSO, WHO EATS RICE WITH SALMON SLICES
