I walked out to a cottonwood
Who lives out in the hay
And since he had no livelihood
Decided I would stay
A root of his became my chair
He sighed and gently swayed
As silently he cleaned the air
I rested in his shade
I told him 'bout my neighborhood
The miles I walked each day
But if he cared in all likelihood
I knew he'd never say
Though it was just a short affair
His kindness was displayed
And as I left I was aware
A new friend had been made

I gather up each word, each thrown away,
putting my poetry back together;
words "thrown" to wither and decay,
this garbage- I love forever.
My poems called worthless,
my poems so breathless;
poems never- wordless,
making a gem out of garbage;
is my endeavor.
My pen will bleed with my dark surrender,
writing my poems like a rose bouquet;
praying this sad pain will leave someday,
I gather up each word, each thrown away;
and weep- making a gem out of garbage.

The world was silent as they died
The victims of a genocide
Armenian blood considered cheap
Dehumanized, their wounds cut deep
Starvation in a desert land
A naked, bleeding, hopeless band
The relocation just a ruse
A Death March of rampant abuse
Few decades later, Hitler said,
“Forgotten are Armenian dead.
Perhaps I too can do the same,
for who remembers them by name?
I’ll kill the Jews, yes, every one!
The world can’t stop me till I’m done!”
Another genocide took place
For Jews, no favor, mercy, grace.
These horrors haunt humanity
But who can stop insanity?
Now Jews are on the killing side
They claim it’s not a genocide
Poor Gaza has no wailing wall
the bomb blasts made the strongest fall,
and wailing’s heard on ravaged streets
where children lie in bloodied sheets
From rubble rises stifled cries
a mother dies with open eyes
her arms still clutching baby tight
while blasts light up the Gazan night.
A father faints beside the grave
of children whom he could not save
And those who manage to survive
Must fight for food to stay alive
Though Israel forgot its past,
the truth of what they’ve done will last.
The word they use? Retaliate!
The proper word? Annihilate!
Get rid of every single one
The work of vengeance must be done
A freedom fighter? Terrorist?
The slaughtered ones can’t answer this.
Instead of useless rhetoric
Protect the dying, wounded, sick
Wake up and stop this savagery
Please do it for humanity!
No matter what my choice of word,
I grieve for those who died, unheard
I groan with shame for what I see
The death of human dignity
To you who did not raise you voice,
Who claimed you really had no choice,
one day the genocide will be
of loved ones in your family
Before you go down to the grave
Cry out for someone’s help to save
But silence will reverberate
For lesson learned was learned too late
When your life bleeds out on the ground
The world will watch without a sound.

Introspection
suspends in dark blue amnion
as rainwater blooms a reflection pool
an oasis of energy for contemplative embryo;
in stillness I grow.. my pulse a flowing stream of raindrops
my body the rhythm maker
my mind the artiste
in a cocoon a rhythmic womb —
a primal nest gestates my om
b r e a t h i n g i n
b r e a t h i n g o u t
saturation of breath
soaks and stretches my cortex canvas;
within the indigo sphere
I paint a mural
upon my sacred temple walls
a self-portrait
with a benevolent brush dipped in starlight –
I surrender staying and portraying within the lines
uncaged colors roam
beyond my human extremities and Earth’s edge
gouache-plashes of teal and fuchsia
fraternize with fibers of flesh and marrow
conceiving abstracts as airy as sparrow dreams
as I - a mindful explorer flies an inner cosmos
beyond the confines of the canvas white
outside the frames of physicality and reality
to throw open window panes to the unlimited
to banish pains of the limited — free
my meditative spirit making art with the universe

letting go of fear
dandelion seeds flicker
into the sunset
There’s fire in the way your eyes do smolder
with lust your gaze caresses every curve
of my body making you grow bolder
to trill and pluck and tingle every nerve.
Arousing touch awakens my desire
as waves of passion roll like timpani,
ravished by your rapture takes me higher
our movements in sonata symphony.
Your bow - my violin we do unite
on rhythmic notes of ecstasy we fly ~
entwined our heartstrings vibrate through the night
emblazoned love songs burn across the sky.
In Stradivarius intensity
crescendo joins your virtuosity.

As lovers tethered to the sandy shore
Who feel the soft motion of smoothest waves
As love's warmest lips meet for love and more
In wondrous desires this our moment craves
Beneath the changing sky, our love will find
A sensual realm of dreams we will view
In a world of tenderness so aligned
To wet the quiet eyes from love so true
We'll hold the gentle hand to bond as one
And watch our footprints vanish in the sand
From the night removing red from the sun
Then fill the sky with a stary concert grand
To feel the waves upon love's warmest skin
To save this moment, watch the dawn begin

I meander down a path sublime
Running fingers through sands of time
I come to seek the universal truth
While reminiscing upon my youth

Sometimes you have to make the best,
Of the bad luck thrown your way;
Get on with your life, to heck with the rest,
And just enjoy your day;
I was having me a terrible day,
Everyone grumbling at work;
No one had anything nice to say,
And my boss was being quite a jerk;
I went to my office and told myself,
I wouldn’t let it get to me;
I grabbed a book off the shelf,
And went to work, plain as can be;
I smiled at everyone that was around,
And went out of my way to be nice;
It was strange for me to be so profound,
Giving everyone advise;
I figured that was the best way,
For me to get back at them;
By wishing them a happy day,
And not being hasty to condemn;
I have never been more happy,
I’ve sure got it made;
Cause you know when life gave me
Lemons, I made the office lemonade!

Ohhhhh Electic touch shock my body awake
Arched back and gutteral moans
Shivers sweep my skin like circling tongues
Ohhhhh scream beautiful wild sounds
I can not lie still, nor think
Thoughts escape me and I - I - I - ohhhhhhhh
Ohhh Rapid touch
Torment me till I am begging
No, no, no more I can not take it
I shake my head in mock protest
Unable to contain, control -
I have no control and ohhh
Oh yes, oh yes, yes, yes
yesyesyesyes oh yes, ohhhhhhhhhhhhh
Toes curl and eyes squeeze shut
Tingling body my face is flushed
My head dizzy and I am ohhhhh
Ohhhhh, ohhhhhh, I am high
Inibreiated on your touch
And ohhhhh, ohhhhh you have not yet
Even entered my warmth with your
Ohhhhhh, your touch drives me to the edge
The edge of sanity,
Shattering the world into a jaged blade
And I forget whatever words I am about to say
Ohhhhhhh, mmmmmmmmhhhhhhh, ohhhh I am blabbering
I am ebullient, I am oohhhhhhhh - overflowing
Quickly you slide between spread thighs
Slick and wet with sweet ambrosia
Hard your pelvic hits mine and it is ohhhhhhh
Ohhhhh I am losing my mind
Rapidly I am approaching - approaching - aahhh
Ohhhhh, ohhhh, God yes, God,
Head thrown back, nails pulling your hot skin closer to mine
You ravage my body over and over
Waves flooding my senses - so overwhelming
You pound into me faster and faster
Till it is impossible to tell where one ****** begins and another ends
Ohhhhhhhh, my brain is numb with hot sexual desire
My lips are wide with laughter, sweet bubbily giggling,
Bottomless, Abyssal moans - voluptuous and husky
The squeak of lascivious screams piercing the night
Wanna make a baby?
Here's how it goes....
The ***** enters the vagina.
Then out comes a flow.
Meanwhile from the ovary,
down the fallopian tube.
A tiny egg is swimmimg
and plops into the uterine lube.
After a fierce battle
the fastest sperm wins.
Brakes through the egg's shell.
Then multiplication in ovum begins.
Oxygen and nutrients flow
through the umbilical cord.
From after birth on uterine wall.
Or placenta as it's sometimes called.
A little baby is growing fast.
Nine months to be exact.
The womb then contracts.
These are the facts.
Out pops a baby...
Simple as that!
Upon the winds whispering so gently a love story unfolds
Under soft beautiful clouds with rainfalls splashing love
With two lovers holding, caressing, and kissing one another
The radiant azure sky fresh with recent rain and a rainbow
Gives way toward evening to a cold moon face wishing to
Take the two lovers to a faraway special place full of sunshine
This magical place is where the sun shines forever beautiful
And the feelings, desires, passions, and emotions of love are
Always together true as ONE of a much bigger love portrait
This young man and woman walk hand-in-hand very much in
Love while listening to the far distant echoes thundering from
Surrounding cliffs while near the ocean dream seagulls cry aloud
As the man opens the gates of this paradise with his special lady
They both experience at once blinding tears of warm joy, and he
Just wants to fulfill immediately her every wish to be happy in love
The young man tells his sweetheart with a most earnest passion:
“Dearest One, I want so much to make you happy my precious love!”
Our love My Sweet unites our bodies and souls so complete and whole
These two lovers have found their paradise fulfilling their dream of being
Together always walking under a wonderful star-filled sky dazzling pure
Sharing their love and seizing their very destiny now—Two now as ONE

Chef 's Winter dishes are simply delicious, not too much oil or cream.
Rich or plain, taste tested to perfection, tiny portions sometimes steamed
He starts the day with freshly squeezed orange juice,coffee and toast.
And embarks on a fitness journey along the seaside in Adelaide.
Today he is going to create a seafood bisque inspired by his walk.
This morning whilst walking along the beach he noticed the outgoing
Tide and outlet left a long groove with definite honeycombe indentations
snaking parallel to the shore for a distance near a giant swirly starfish.
From an aerial perspective it looked like a Christo dragon , hardened ripples
representing the scales and the sometimes swirling patterns here and there
where the giant Sea-dragon moved, slithered or shifted about in the sand .
The Sea-Dragon must have laid there for some time before he disappeared
as his scales were deeply impressed and clearly embossed in the firm sand.
A clear body of water flowed in the center of this outlet echoing the scales
shimmering and gleaming with sunlight smoothly on the groove's surface.
Upon seeing this ,Chef etched it in his memory and began to mentally gather
ingredients for his creation.How could he give his bisque the dragon flavour?
Grilling the whiting, prawns and scallops with butter laced with honey , chilli,
cardamon + crushed nuts , garlic, a dash of brandy.......
then adding chicken stock , lime , thyme ,cracked pepper , rock sea salt and
finally pureeing the lot with a splash of coconut milk.
Spooks were making love their bones were clattering
Fresh in after death sex they were a prattling
They missed the first session
How to spook the passion
And slipped to their graves skulls down saber rattling

When you're walking
Scuffling along in trouble's shoes
Head hanging low
Mumbling moody blues
Well me, I'm making lemonade
Why can't you
Taking bitter adding something sweet
Maybe a smidge, no a heap full of hope
Heck, by days end I'll mix it up
Movin' straight to, getting crazy in root beer floats
When all you see is red
Awful thoughts pound your head
"Honey do this, honey do that"
I'm sitting back
Feet up, sipping lemonade again
You look my way and say
"Boy, he's got it made"
Not so my friend
I just taking my lemons
And making me some lemonade instead
There's so much "other time"
To have your little gripes
Or your petty cries
But, now let's toast away the grind
And partake in some lemonade on ice
You've come this far
"And guess what? You've got your health"
Check your pulse you're still alive
So change your ways
Brother, embrace the lemons
Squeeze fresh into winner ala mode
And "live baby, baby live! in lemonade days
"Ahhh ... such sweetness"
