Best Implanting Poems
JESTER *''(] :-)
The best days come round and round
Follow the around the world
A Jester you are the crown
A Jester among the crowd
Searching for life from pole to pole!
A professional when it comes to clown
You got the soul to let it roll
Your too clever to hold a frown
Your parole has lost your control
A smile is all you know how to expand
You run - you play - you dance
Implanting a moment, so grand
Lifting the spirit with just one glance.
You are like a substance in high demand
You are the Queen to a blind romance
You stole the heart of a Nobel man
Jester we are at the feet of your command
Parted from the King, who does not understand
The crowd eating from the palm of your hand
No one knows what jokes you got planned
LADY QUEEN YOU HOLD THE SOUL OF A JESTER
Suited up in pinkish - purple - green polyester
Everyone bowing to you where you stand
Excitement towards the Queen, who plays the Jester
Jerking the kingdom of her land
Jester you play the role of the best mind molester!!

The Headless Greenlandic Horseman
A Meditation in 6 parts.
Avalanche
I.
The sky is starry
The night is scary
I'm very afraid
of the living dead;
On a mission; or Fugitives in the city
II.
The headless Greenlandic horseman
speaks Kalaallisut very well indeed,
plus Dansk and English! What a man!
A polyglot he is! Yes, sir! Although he
Is evil and wants to behead Mr. Donn
Oh! How horrible! How horrible! The
reason being, Donn owes him plenty
of money. More than 500.000 bucks!
Camera Obscura
III.
Mikko Donn (whose dad is Finnish) is a fugitive in the city
& Hansen, the cowboy from Kalaallit Nunaat, is his hunter;
500.000 U$ is that debt's figure, folks;
Oh! This is horrid! Truly horrid for sure!
I contemplate upon this very jittery and jumpy
Oh, I am scared! Oh, yes! I am scared!
Donn's head is at stake--because he's a debtor;
Another headless man? And multilingual again?
Isn't that whimsical? A headless man wants to
decapitate another man and both speak many
superb languages! That's admirable! Yes, sir!
Spasmodic Apostrophes
IV.
Ave Hansen, Morituri te Salutant
anthropologizing, vexillologizing;
Well, Donn's head is still extant.
Though, I dare ask, for how long?
Equestrian Interregnum
V.
Fear is what Donn feels
even down to his heels;
He feels he's gonna puke
even though he is a duke!
The philanderer's philter will save him no longer
The Greenlander and his plug are after him;
There's no escape--the event is rather grim;
He is doomed. Period. Good-bye, fishmonger!
Hurkle! Hurkle! Hurkle!
VI.
Donn's head is safe now. Why?
Because of my idea; Donn is a fish vendor
and has a friend who is a surgeon;
Therefore, I suggested "What about implanting
a fish's head on Hansen? Wouldn't it be nice?"
Donn okayed what I said & called his friend,
Mr. Sherry, the surgeon. Hansen accepted.
They made a deal. Besides the fish's head,
Donn has to teach Hansen Suomi, a
perfect language. And that's how this tale
ends. Hansen and Donn became friends
and ate partridges together.
My demeanor, the aftermaths of recklessness
A child once, a man to soon
The glory to my name gone, the grace faded
Change do I offer no opposition to
Derogatory remarks, have I afforded restraint
A new cry heard; my steps subtle.
Your age, can I speak not of
Every moment, filled with more youth than the first
Memories created; gems remembered
Your hand in mine, a single entity we formed
For each other, were our lives
The joy spent, a cost to you.
A meeting of hearts, the night inspired
The ecstasy unspoken, but felt
Our naivety the error, unconsidered
An unthought conception, implanting itself
Impulse driving our passion, forth
Creators we became; the end I found.
Your figure lost, its voluptuousness
Atrocious had you seemed, to my young mind
The tips of your caress on my palm, offered no connection
Conditions to my love, a reality
Together could we be, never again
The burden was yours, my eyes were free.
To witness I chose, an obligation it was
The lights so bright, intensity I felt
Your tears and screams, nourishing life
The mistake shadowed, by bare beauty
My hands were gifted with purity; my luggage fallen
Reconciliation was to late, but my hands knew no release.
My depart planned, my destination unmoved
His gentle touch, redirecting my path
The regrets unknown, my chin's resemblance I admire
Your forgiveness, I do not desire
Mutual feelings, the base of our relations
A conditional love, the root of an unconditional one.
Once a burden, now a source of joy
The end of had I decided, devoid of reconciliation
His subtle cries, owning my love.
The world has discovered it's coveted holy grail
To Jules Rimet we honour let the football feast set sail.
Countries unite and teams take flight to a designated host nation
Little kids feed off this passion they tune-in with eager motivation.
Anticipation even before any ball is kicked or flicked
Back pages with fake news has our minds playing tricks.
Will he start will he not toys yanked from the cot
What's more at least we are entertained somewhat.
It takes us away from the 9-5 the same old mundane
Propels us into a four year galaxy the game beautifully insane.
From the old to the young the whole world will celebrate
Sole-stomping satisfaction our diverse planet will vibrate.
There will be scandals, errors, misdemeanours all documented
There will amazing goals, tricks, bad refereeing decisions all commentated.
What a beautiful notion thought of by that man Mr. Rimet
Implanting the WC in our lives from 1930 to present day.
Little is known when ignorance apparent
yet those that use it as a weapon arrant,
when implanting seeds of hate
with paradoxical bait,
surly to most of us oh so transparent.

Filling the blank space of the heart hey my oxygen of love You braced the sand near the shore with an enriched almond in my life,
Oh my damsel !! Stupendously You are my love!!
Dipping in the soul of your's, relishing with the bunch of Jasmine, efflorescence is flushing on my way,

Oh my babes !! My lucid crystal,You shines forever!!
Heuristically resolved my problems filling with the stiff breeze unwrapping the emotions of love,
Oh my angel !! Happily You wrote the fairy-tale of my life!!
Near the samui bay, as like a relation between kit and boodle you spinned the petals of my life,
Oh my princess!! Drooping in your eyes I felt daunted!!
Implanting your waving leaves on my heart, melancholically removing the sad ness of my life,
Oh my lady !! zingels rangged in my refracting prism of soul!!
My starlit darkness is been flared up as if You are the brazen periwinkles balancing my world,
Oh my Pearl !! Lying in your shell of clam, Oysterically I Would love to clump throughout for all season!!
Adorably my dame-chick had gleefully connected me with every piece of my soul lusciously vibrating me,
Oh my doll !! Mirthfully You hit my heart a million times & blithely the spirit of yours made me solve the entire puzzle of life!!
Tattarrattat
…amazing how things change over time, from a simple knock at someone’s door, smoke signals, walking & serenading to the Pony Express, and now Cell Phones…what next, microchip implants?
Tattarrattat of sounds making universal calling to chitchat
Habitat denned of words hovering upon stagnate doormat
Dialling friends like Anna and Christine while vanity filing
Smiling Hannah throughout texts and hashtags reconciling
Taking selfies selfish as snapping shots peep after faking
Breaking stats texting thru speeding with fingers aching
Money making Facebook and Twitter toot sucking honey
Funny folks frolicking in wow of gibberish words chummy
Implanting microchiping radar loves of illusions enchanting
Ranting and deleveled amidst abysses of misunderstanding
Evaporating thoughts deified through fanatic futurists dating
Frustrating still mom and dad tired of escaping callwaiting.
...this may also be read backwards
1.Tattarrattat – the longest palindrome in the Oxford English Dictionary, coined by James Joyce in Ulysses for a knock on the door
2.denned – past tense of to den, meaning to live in a den
3.deleveled – past tense and past participle of "delevel", to demote or be demoted to a lower level.
4.deified – past tense of "to deify", meaning to consider as a god
...originally I was going to enter this in Joseph May's Palindrome contest...but at the last second, I noticed the theme was about the Seasons...dah!...hello Brian lol
A Palindrome is a word or phrase which reads the same backwards as forwards, such as level, or deed, or "never odd or even".

Danse Macabre
Twin Old Glorys jitterbug above the hoods as silent heralds; the motorcade
congas three-abreast along the Stemmons Freeway sleek in shiny chrome.
Long honks and short beeps unite in harmonious homage
to the office that cradles a nation in her oval skirts.
Dallas, late November blue sky framing puffy clouds, is a cabaret
bobbing in frenetic throb to the glam life-beat of its honored cortege.
As they swing onto Main, the image bounces off the dark glasses of the austere
men that line the parade route like lampposts, and beams to an adoring world.
With a blast and a life-tearing flash, a keen emerges from the
back of the shiny limousine that jumps through the light
implanting itself into the intimate memories of a generation.
The suits whirl about in impotent rage as the surge of flesh
undulates forward in grief, back in terror and commences a final march
while a distant freight train avers its dolor with a mournful whisper.
As night falls on a blood-soaked plaza the wind whips up and
the leafy trees on the grassy knoll sway a spectral dance.

For Nette Onclaud's Let's Dance contest
The countryside is on fire
The heat of the colours
Warms the soul
The crunch of the leaves
As though had been in an inferno
Bringing delight to everyone
The orange and red leaves
Paint the trees when its cold
To bring alive your memories
Only to fall like a dead puppet
When all the strings
Have been let go
Autumn is telling us Winter is nigh
Take the warmth of me
The autumn breath of fire
Implanting reminders of walks
amidst the tropical storm
of leaves, as they say goodbye
Penned 15 August 2013
It tore my heart apart a time or two
Chance after chance left me to lose
It never did get any better promises to a fool
But I chose to believe bruises were tatoos
Significance in sorry led me back to you
Came from a mortar shooting blanks for clues
I can't deny, I filled them in like a context fool
Never reading between lines ignoring truth
A run on sentence every jury would conclude
Insanity was my plea losing to a goon
Modern day Robinhood snatching souls for jewels
Implanting seeds sprouted using for tools
To continue his raft after coming too
Why do we continue, If it hurts so bad to
Simply because of choices now I have to
You dont have to be moved,
we are already in a revolution
A different kind, one where futures are decided on couches in front of the television.
One which undoes it all
Implanting the seeds that usurp
men and women; both old and young along with their hot blooded ideals.
I make a imaginery toast to a time when we raised fists in unison.
While I watch in much intrigue and an impending sense of horror,
a tide wiping the minds of the free of all that is red
With the sterility of modern celluloid fiction.
The profane fantasies consisting of comic book superheroes fighting crime.
Morphed, rudimentary ideas of justice.
Just another vulgar display of neo liberal superficiality.
Meanwhile my mind wanders far away
To the remote and torrid jungles of nowhere
My comrade mothers her child
who is to be weaned off of her bossom,
It Blissfully titters at the breathtaking landscape now under seige.
As she cuddles her child, her eyes peer into the vastness.
Her heroes are dead, but not her resilience.
As the sun sets
A hot wind like this
Does not belong in downtown Lansing
But here it is
Speed-boating down the Grand River grinning and wearing Ray-Bans
My wife and I
We hold down our pouncing bouncing patio table
At the Waterfront Bar and Grill
As if we were airborne soldiers just landed
But still attached and tangled
To our thumping jumping parachutes
Strings of lightbulbs clattering like teeth above us
Hung from under the Friday night tent
96 degrees even as the day sinks to evening.
The river converts to beer and shots of whiskey.
The catfish are buzzed and jump for joy.
The four member rock band is amped up
With the addition of a mandolin
And plays the entire second side in order
From Led Zeppelin III
But replacing at the end Hats Off (To Roy Harper)
With Hey Hey What Can I Do? as one big set.
Who does that?
We notice there are well-known bartenders
Playing hooky from working anymore
At the drab and deadly chain restaurants
Back in the townships.
We should all follow their lead
And go on strike right now from the boredom of life
Everyone everywhere
Just quit and sit along the Grand River in this sparkling city
But the lead guitarist
He drinks his beers as fast as the crowd
And the bass guitarist tilts her instrument
Vertical to her shoulder
A mother soothing her baby’s back
Swaying her hips in melodic circles
While the drummer and the piano player try to catch up
On beat
So we sing along
Implanting our hands in the dough of air.
Jimmy Page is here.
Sitting alone.
Dressed in black.
Sipping from a tall glass of orange juice.
It’s too hot for flies
So lightning bugs twinkle to the sticky bottoms
Of emptied beer pitchers
Flickering on the table tops
To the night’s finale of Whole Lotta Love
Mixed at the end with Baba O’Riley.
Who does that?
All night
A friendly man at the table next to me
A union bus driver
Who bragged he’d worked enough overtime all year
To take PTO for the entire summer
Flicks his hand against my shoulder
(The same shoulder that has Melanoma growing on it)
Every time the band strikes the first chords
To another rare Zep
With the same look of
Can you believe it?
Apparently, I must have the same look.
Its just one feeling, a simple normal emotion; ....Every one feels it, I think.....But I can’t help this chill from crawling up my spine.... Implanting poisonous fear deep within my mind.....It spreads viciously to every nerve telling me it’s won; you’ve won....... ..Your words strike fires in the recesses of my thoughts; ....Even the slightest spark from it scorches and burns images and memories into my skin like a scarlet carving still raw with every memory. ....Thoughts of you consume claiming hostile takeover;....So when I say your love burns, you better believe its true! ....I even gag at the simplest thought of you, ....Imagine what your words do. ...... ..I hate you! But I can’t seem to forget you, ....Your memories are my poison the dagger in my back,.... Your touch stings of acid burning my flesh upon contact. ....Your lies have always won you freedom,....But you’ve run out of lies to tell,.... I’ve written them down upon his big Black book;.... God knows each and every word, now tell me who’s got who?...... ..You’re my fear in 3D, the monster in my head.....Your love is despicable a forced injection in my veins..... Burning, stabbing deep with in, ....I yearn to beat it, to control it, but you wont let me.you’re the disgusting infection under my skin!....Your own personal weapon of just three mortifying words,....Words that twist and snake there way through all walls and barriers,....Words that stop at nothing, not even “NO”..... .... I fight to be rid of you; Denial is my strongest weapon,....But distance keeps me free! ....The pain just intensifies with each lie I tell to me;....Each night your near I’ll smile hidden deep in side my lies,.... You’ll never see me cry!...... ..You think you’ve won! You think I’m weak! ....Just because at each punch I turn the other cheek, ....One day I’ll beat the burn, I’ll put out your Poisonous flame!...... .. Each day I’ll tell my self the same sick lies:....“He doesn’t love you! It’s all a lie! Some day he’ll pay! Perhaps he’ll die”....So I’ll hide in the safety of my friends,....I’ll ignore you and your poison until I know I’ve beaten it! ....That way you’ll know you’re wrong,....I’m strong!
A HAZARDOUS VOYAGE
by
JOHN M. ARRIBAS
The ship is floundering, inept helmsman at the wheel
The captain is absent, intentionally fueling the ordeal
He roams the decks calling for patience and calm
His efforts not meant to extinguishing the qualm
Crew is restless, the lack of direction spells grief
Little or no confidence in the commander in chief
Crew members chaotic fragmented into groups
Defiance of law and order to which many stoop
Rhetoric divisive, demanding adherence to his will
Surely implanting the seeds for a future Bunker Hill
His only concern is preserving a fruitless legacy
Officers loyal to the ship quietly ponder mutiny
Time will prevail the captain soon to be replaced
The reins may go to a queen with a multiple face
The new course for the ship will remain the same
Corruption to flourish it’s the root of her game
There are few ports for this ship to find shelter
The current course a harbinger, an ugly specter
The reins may go to a crude fellow, a boasting man
His resume shows successful ventures proving he can
Commanding a ship is a totally different atmosphere
Diplomacy, skill, tact, required for all to adhere
The future is frightening with no time for remorse
We chose the right captain to alter the course
Time: the biggest landlord
At whose feet kings and queens bow
Cockiness and stubborn they can ill afford
When time wipes vanity and sagacity from their brow
In consonance with the mandate
Bestowed on time from on high
As no other candidate
Dares to ply
The trade in enthralling beauty
That leaves onlookers out of breath
The next moment, time being naughty
Crumples a hexing face implanting dearth
Of supple skin, agile gait
While time grows on a souse a protruding paunch
Signaling the haste
Time employs to launch
An assault on the juvenile
Appearance time lends to youth
Only to metamorphose a once sprightly body into a senile
Bundle of misshapen blob sometimes polite, sometimes uncouth
As time mounts a punishing foray
To age cells, weaken tissues, disorganize organs
Derange systems and diminish the ray
Hope plants as a hurdle to purloin guns
Time deploys in its onslaught
Against lifecycles
Although believers plot
To summon miracles
To plead with time
Begging time to slow down ravages
Inflicted on the lime
Souls scramble to sneak into garages
Where time assembles its tanks
Armoured vehicles, jeeps
To devastate life in all its flanks
Despite pusillanimous whips
Life gathers
In the face of superior savvy and guile
Time employs as it smothers
Life’s feeble riposte through its rank and file.
