Clericalism

Little is known when ignorance apparent
yet those that use it as a weapon arrant,
when implanting seeds of hate
with paradoxical bait,
surly to most of us oh so transparent.

Took a lot of thought to write, and it shows. Excellent Limerick, from a tough choice of quote. Well done, and congratulations, Harry. Regards, Viv

We see that strive to see. We love that strive to love and cherish. We endure because life says we must but life cares not how much it pains us to endure the commands made by the blinded, the foolish and the lost. Great write, super 7 from me. A7
