Arrivederci winter

Now it is finally the time
To say
Arrivederci winter
It was indeed a long Winter
I was already getting sick
Of the winter
That never seem to ended
Now finally my Father brough the spring today
And I am very happy about that
Also my Father brought back
Home the birds that I was missing
For a long time now
At night time I live the windows
Open so it can cool my house
Because I have no air conditioning
In my house
And I been living in my house
For a long time now
Also I love the area I live in
The birds wake me up
With their song first thing in the morning
I am already used to that

Dolce Far Niente

"Buonjiorno carina, hello sweetheart" 
he says with a smile and a stroke of goatee 
Her acqua di Gio is fantasy art,      
un dolce far niente that lingered in scent; 

"La Spiaggia, the beach?"  
he points on to it with a grin and two roving eyes. 
Her manners are suave she just smiles then moves on 
"Ti Prego, I Beg You " 
he says as he follows the trail of her sensuos bod,  
lost in the luxury of un dolce far niente;
"Arrivederci amore mio, goodbye my love"
she whispers to the air that clings to her sultry dress.
 
Scattered showers of desire run through his veins,  
she's Italian this vixen and only she, holds the reins.

Farewell

Farewell, Adios, Arrivederci. 
Please whatever you do. "TAKE THE WORDS PERSONALLY". . I don't want you, Nor do I need you.. Your someone from my past who had his chance.. Now all you can do is kiss my ass.. Just kiss it but don't you touch.. Smile and wave goodbye cus your outta luck..

Veniamo
Vaghiamo
E andiamo
È tutto quello che sappiamo.

Sulla terra veniamo
Vaghiamo, navighiamo
E partiamo senza niente
Niente soldi, niente bitcoin e niente anello.

Diciamo buongiorno
Chiacchieriamo, ridiamo e cantiamo
E scappiamo via senza niente
Sensa fratelli, gettoni, ed nessum legame.

Thoughts On a Seeing-Eye God

Sayonara, Arrivederci, Shalom, Aloha, they all mean the same thing, Right?
or 
Not?
It depends....
And whether you're experiencing "Jamais vu"
Or "Deja vu"- you will of course, have
a different reaction.
Emotions run the gamut--
that seems to be the attraction,
but underneath the skin, the veins 
it's in your blood,
your DNA,
there's an imperceptible something,
 absolutely something there
-ReaL-
you can't replicate it in a laboratory,
But it informs You: Who you really 
Are.

Black Princess

Black Princess of the night chin strapped to her violin 
she plays the notes from her memorable heart of blue 
while the moon in her sorrow spills light upon the Quin,  
she plays on, a Stradivarius interlude of thin soulful Adieu; 
Arrivederci  (goodbye)
Donna (woman)
Ingannato  (deceived) 
even the stars weep  under her spell as her raven changelings 
scatter like black ashes to the wind 
Five seasons of partings five degrees of loss, still no light
bursts forth from a soot sky of ebon black 
lamentations and moans
heaven groans 
from the weight of  her sorrow comes the eye of the storm 
as she plays her last note of deep unrest .

Epitaph

Farewell, au revoir, arrivederci, auf wiedersehen
to the world that never cared to know my name
To the cerulean seas I've never seen
in which I never swam and searched for shells
and perfect round pearls reflecting rainbows
in the summer sunshine
To the mountains I never got to marvel at
and eagerly ascend to their summits
To the city of my dearest dreams
where I never had the chance to dance
in its palaces and parks
among the flowers and the fountains
To my prince who never found me
to stir my soul from slumber with a kiss
so that I could see colors and know the bliss
of everlasting love sincere and true

French Fries

They are without a doubt
my favorite potato delicacy
French fries
Just the aroma makes me swoon
in sheer ecstasy ... bang   zoom
As a youngster, I could eat them everyday
if it were left up to me
French fries
Sliced in circles or sticks,
tossed in the deep fry ... hmmm,
has me licking my lips
Scientists try to tell me
that their nutritional value is low
But what does an egghead know
Anybody who disses the fries,
they must be slow
Or gotten concussed in the head
by an errant elbow
The bottom line is this:
give me the French fries,
and you can have the rest of the menu
Kwaheri, arrivederci
and a fond adieu
Call me king of the potato heads,
now what shall I call you?

Goodbye
Such a lonely, sad word
Sometime there is no recovery
No recourse
Just the inevitable 

We say it so casually
Then turn away
Expecting the other to be
But eventually,  they are simply gone

Final as the death of beginnings
Aspirations killed before realization
Unfriendly glares to smiling hellos
Damned before they start

I find little good in its sentiment
It is the termination of
What was; of what is;
What could be..if only

For there are better ways to part
Expressing good wishes--Love
Expectations of joys to come
Lingering with a heart smile

Hasta la vista--Until I see you
Auf wiedersehen-Until we meet
Arrivederci-See you soon
Farvel-Farewell

There are so many other options
So many ways to leave.
Finality arrives on its own.
Such a lonely, sad word--
                                         Goodbye



(So many other languages have beautiful sentiments behind their parting phrases, why do we use one that is so final?)

Don'T Look Back Track

You played your pipe for me to dance,
as puppet master, worked the strings,
but today my heart will pirouette;
I am giving back the gold nose ring.

Last night I saw just how it is
Between yourself and naive me;
you are the wolf, I am the lamb
always destroyed  in repartee.

You think I cannot live alone
without your condescending reign;
you won't hear Arrivederci play,
I won't come back to Rome again.

This love train has left the station;
It is speeding down "don't look back track."
Goodbye to disappointing love; 
I'm moving on to be exact.

Arrivederci False Friend

You never liked me, although I am not certain why...

Heaven only knows the multitude of attempts that I made to ride those fierce
tidal waves along with you, but just as I smiled, you so very, very subtly...ever so
subtly...

drove your tiny fist into my heart, shoving me into a black sea of fury as I was left 
choking on salt water, gasping for air...

drowning in your indifference

as my pen divulged the enchantment of what I thought could be forever.

The abrasive sand cleansed me of your evil, removing delusions of possibility, 
igniting notions of your scripted words  Oh, the essence of your pseudo self to 
which others are not yet privy!

Artificial.
         Faithless.
                Feighned.
                         Evasive.
                                Equivocal.

For what type of individual could elude a sincere spirit?  One who is judgmentally
devoid of credibility...whose mirror...

deceives.

I shut the door, and bolted it, when I discovered the 

Brutus in you.

Turn Off Your Youthlight

Turn off your youthlight
and say farewell to the child
embrace the gist of it
WE ARE NO LONGER FUN AND WILD
Face the fact 
accept the fear
Examine thy cracks
between the front and the rear
Fun is no more
OLD AGE is now in store
put down that COOL AID
take pleasure in the tea
Watch the PRICE IS RIGHT
