Inspired by the countryside. We are blessed here in the United Kingdom as we have many gorgeous landscapes around us.
Nature is the best medicine

The verdant hills beckon me
Come closer and experience peace
Let our natural beauty comfort you
Ignite the very best of feeling
Feeling a sense of belonging
Feeling a sense of calm
Feeling a sense of wonder
Feeling nature's balm
Your Soul will never regret it
Your body will feel renewed
For nature is the best medicine
For me and for you

Saffron threads ~ a mere pinch

Wordku: 5-7-5 words
All the stars start to shine
When you are around
When you fate away
Their shine goes away
When you fate away
My heart goes away
May your spirit be a
Tide calm of soft ideas,
not angry waves of grudge ...!
Doctor or Patient
The need is there
Being told by either
Is evident you care
In order to give
The thought
And or to Receive
Is Evident You Have Given
Another is with you
Caring
Sharing
Once was Distant
Never to forget the cause
But to embrace
The Healing Love
You Care
When love strikes
Love or the emotion of infatuation
is a disturbing feeling, making us
willing to risk humiliation
I have met and loved several women
In my life, but I have been in love once
That was when I was middle-aged
but quite unaware of my years
She spoke English wonderfully
Was it her voice I loved or herself?
The wife I had was English, too
but didn't like to live in Portugal, Liverpool
the place where she thrived
We got divorced, which I didn't mind
thought I had found the love I needed
In the woman who spoke wonderfully
The beginning was a lovely time
I even met her posh mother
The abar was where she drank heavily, but
I sat about rescuing her
To save someone who doesn't want
To be saved is a waste of time
Behind my back, she began an affair
With a Dutch person, why is that
Race tall and wear unrimmed glasses
For a while, I took up drinking, which
I'm not good at it; it makes me confused
I tried to unlove her, but she is still
in my heart as a sweet memory that
Once upon a time, I was young
Patterning in, bathe in silhouettes of panes,
Vicinate high and low, the yellow gold.
Scrupulating in curtains' gleaming gold,
Freeze the sun in infinitum on floor.
Cold, not so cold, stir the winds - The soul.
Breathe in, my eyes the winds of Oxford.
My life
If you love me set me free
Set me free from your judgment
Set me free from your illusion
Set me free from gossip
Set me free from crucification
Set me free from hatred
Set me free from attack
Set me free from captivity
Yes set me free let me be free
From your fingers pointing
Set me free from intimidation
Cos truly in this world
I got nothing to lose
I got nothing to lose
But I have a life to live
My life
My life
I have a life to live
So as you and everyone
So let’s make it interesting
I just want to live yes just to live
Hoping to enjoy a planet made for my kind
I intend never to offend no soul
But I can’t be perfect in an imperfect system
Were we mostly chase what can be lost at any given moment
Most of our lifestyle are programmed
Designed and controlled
Am not an exception of a victim
in this said life cycle
So pardon my imperfections where you feel your opinion is
suppose to be the story of
My life
You can only change
what is
with what isn’t
Where you Christen
this moment
by choice
You can only bless
tomorrow
through memory
Where you choose
to be free
— and rejoice

They came saw and conquered
and plundered other nations heritage as trophies
voices of dissent drowned.
The elite saw themselves as the educated elite
wrote learned books about statues they had purloined
also told of what significance it had.
For the people robbed of their symbols.
The pilferers became ennobled.
Sometimes theft pays.
Most of the stolen culture ended up
in a museum, so the people could wonder
and be proud, although some had an afterthought.
Now that we live an enlightened time
the British Museum is no longer proud of their
possessions keep sending some cultural icons back
to the countries, they were taken from.
Family Here and Above
I finally arrived and no more believing Linda's Lies
Sorry mom, your always right
A year coming soon since you left
Some days harder and the emptiness in my heart
God bless Angie and I thru our pain
Daily we talk about ya'll and stay sane
Our birthdays were hard without you three
Stay close by as we need ya'll always
We missing ya'll deeply
She wore a caramel covering;
Her heart beats as a little one;
A jovial girl, lovingly cared for;
A mother's joy, a father's girl
Be that portion subject to trauma;
Yet still be a Holy Daughter;
A Daughter of a Holy God;
She is formidable:
She is a righteousness of a almighty God:
Selected Carmel Sister;
She wore a caramel covering which is her skin

Another "I Do," Another Pledge**
I found myself confronting mortality in the guise of the viper on the day my heart was irrevocably broken. Deep within, I understand that he liberated you, much like the Meadowlark’s song.
Once again, I utter "I do" and make another pledge. The deceitful viper adorned himself in the same black suit. He donned the colors associated with malevolence during this second endeavor, for it is indicated that "strait is the gate and narrow is the way."
His countenance radiates as he feigns a smile, resembling a contrived pose for the camera. I observed the specter of death in his expression, reminiscent of Pinocchio’s nose.
The well-wishers murmured, "No discernment; what a disgrace, what a waste! A lamentable image of a man." The pastor solemnly proclaimed, "Amen."
I perceived death upon the visage of the haunted individual. The fissures in the antiquated brick wall emitted a haunting melody: "You stand before the altar as yet another fool."
Is this a wedding or a funeral—an evening fraught with foreboding? The middle-aged groom reflects a decline in love and kindness. Love, indeed, is blind.
