The old concoction, over a century ago since it was first brewed. It transformed a man into a blood-thirsty wolf-beast. Killed those that it hunted, and haunted by killers, like that of Bruce Willis. The melee ritual continued bestilled, assisted by the moneyless workers who buried his victims in overnight cemeteries. Before the turn of the century, he has begotten an heir sharing the sinister trait. The continuity worsened as a few bitten, also carried the wolf trait. One affected Daddy Dearest and the calamity befelled his family. An overly protective mother shields her crying daughter. The daughter asks her, "What's wrong with daddy?" She tells her that her daddy is infected because he was bitten by a wild beast. So for a long while they are living in fear of constant exterior attacks by Daddy the Wolfman. In the final carnage they both died. She willed her daughter's care with a family member. He hears her laughing heartedly downstairs. He stops mid-flight and sees the girl twirling and being spun around in the air. He smiles with a tear of joy.

Premium MemberShelliyah and the Wolfman

Shelliyah had heard of the Wolfman.
She had no idea he had been stalking her
Or that he had dreams of her from another lifetime

They met in their dreams at first
A growl, a whisper, a glance, a touch, a giggle
Riveting intensity was their dream state lovemaking

His blatant virility astonished and enticed her
To be more of herself; their union a breathless ecstasy
Lavender silk, scintillating touches,

She felt sexy, cherished, revered
He felt validated
by her appreciative howls

Woke up with a funny taste in my mouth.
Drank all my mouth wash, think I ate a mouse.

Burned out my razor just shaving my face.
It seems that I'm shedding all over the place.

I'm allergic to silver, the Wolf's Bane's in bloom,
And I hate it whenever we have a full moon.

Can't keep a girlfriend, they don't understand,
No walks in the moon light while I hold their hand.

My dog doesn't like me, the cat ran away,
And others bemoan one single bad day.

Wolfman

Wolfman

It was snowing that night when he finally revealed
His true inner self and the feelings it yield
He loved the young woman, should he tell her soon
How he changed on the nights when there was a full moon

Down on four legs though he swore to be true
He drooled at the thought of what he would do
If she felt his presence, if she turned around
If she started to run would he run her down
Would her lips taste as sweet as when first they kissed
Would he save her for later, would she even be missed?

She looked up; she noticed a smell in the air
The smell of the wild and wet of dog hair
He listened; his hearing was better this way
And he thought to his self, every dog has his day

Wolfman

This curse has chased him for eternity,
He smashes his mirror so he cant see
He sits alone and howls at the distant moon,
Transformation is coming soon
Waiting on a naive morsel to pass his way,
He now must feed before break of day
He rues the day of his vile creation
Another damned soul in a souless nation.
He bites himself just to savor the blood in his teeth,
The monster rises somewhere from the dark beneath,
There is no doubt he must feed
Its not lust or greed
Just a hellhounds need
He wakes naked in a field blanched by
morning sun,
Surveying atrocities he has done
This full moons sacrifice lay next to him
Another carcass ravaged on a whim
Back in human form he wretches at his state,
Each passing day is a darker fate.
Running with the pack in the nights ebb and flow,
He prays for the silver bullet before he wakes up next to someone he knows.

Wolfman Meets His Mate-- Wolfman Contest ---

WOLFMAN MEETS HIS MATE

In the morning mist she saw him
Saw him prancing near the hill
When she saw his eyes so brazen
It gave her heart a thrill

She had seen his secret changing
From a wolf into a man
But it mattered not she figured--
Grab your loving while you can.

She had heard the local stories
Of the wolf that prowls the night
And the morning hours that change him
To a man that walks upright.

No fear breathed through her body
She opened up her arms
Into them he entered
To embrace her heady charms.

the wolf inside him speaks
telling him of his life so bleak
the wolf needs to come alive
to stay alive
or else end before his time
by one man-father time
awakened by the earth's growls
on all fours he sprowls
scavenging through wooded acres he roams
looking for something to comb
devoured by day's eluding sun
knowing deep within his heart
his choice of leaving civilization was smart

Wolfman

The wolves were hunting food
And sighted grazing sheep;
The pack encircled them,
Deciding which to keep.

As Wolfman joined the hunt,
The leader brought one down,
And killed it in a flash -
It died without a sound.

The leader took his share,
Then others had their fill,
And Wolfman tried raw meat,
Expecting to be ill.

His teeth, too, ripped at flesh,
His face besmeared with blood,
But then his neighbour fell
And died upon the mud.

The farmer fired again,
Another wolf fell dead,
Next time the farmer missed -
The wolves and Wolfman fled.

Body of Lies Wolfman the Middle

Living in the wild
walking circles trying to find
a place to lay his head
where the night would ease his mind.
Not of this world
lost in a silent dimension
Like an adolescent boy
beyond his comprehension.
He is superhero undergoing
transformations
Confused at his purpose in life
born with no invitation.
A hollowness inside growing
faster than the wind
Like cancer eating rapidly
No medicine can mend.
Silent so not to cause
any public fear.
Screaming inside
because he's so sincere.
Trapped in a body
nowhere left to run
Longing for a freedom
He isn't certain can be won.
Entering into a
territory of fear
Holding onto faith
That the next phase of life is near.
Peace overcomes him
as the night envelops his heart.
No idea where he is going
and not scared to soon embark.

Wolfman Sated

Sitting by his burned fire logs red embers glow and morph into visual stimulus.
Wolfman is sated on venison and has meat hung for jerky in his log home.
Wolfman is pleased with his skill in hunting and survival in the wilderness.
If his buddies could see him now....what they must think?!

As the wolves continued to hunt in their pack
There was nothing that they would lack
They found a man who would join the nightly hunt
Raiding the forests in their nightly jaunts
No, fear did they seem to display
Hunting at night and sleeping by day
As each early morning sun would rose
He would find himself in a crouched up pose
It felt like he was living some strange, strange dream
For his clothes were dirty and ripped at the seams

Wolfman

He had lain all night the grizzly bear was gone
The wolves had come out to see the kill done.
The alpha male sniffed at the man, just left by the bear
The smell from the man aroused a memory lying there.
Many years before the wolf had fallen over the edge of a cliff
His fall was broken by branches, and he was nearly frozen stiff.
He remembered the scent of a male, but human kind
As he so carefully lifted him and his wounds he did bind.
He was not sure why this human male
Would help out the wolf that was so ill and so frail.
The alpha male as his wounds healed quite slow,
Swore that the scent of this man he would always know.
As the man tried to train him in ways of men.
The wolf made a promise if they met again.
He would repay the kindness, and the good feeling,
From the man, one with nature, who now needed healing.
The grizzly had gone they had chased him away.
This man would now live, but he promised the wolf way.

When is it enough?
Or is it that someone is telling you you can't have it?
Lay your pride down on the ground.
Fur will only take you so far.
Make trash of those fangs.
Antelopes move north tonight.
No. I'm not coming.

Premium MemberWolfman Falls In Love

A car door opens
her long shapely leg steps first
this is love or lust

The heart beat flutters
he watches each moves she makes
deep within he sighs

Which move shall he make
I am so sorry Wolfman
this tail is taken

Her name is Molly
she does tricks for her master
rolls over and sits

Wolfman Falls In Love

Crisp night swirls leaves thru the air, the message's in the wind.
Something weird has happened today, the wolfman's in a spin.
He stopped by the vet who washed and detangled all his hair
Cut and snipped his ragged nails - not much, while he was there.
As he skated around the corner to pick up a new dog chain
He stopped by the groomer, who cleaned and polished his fangs.
Tonight he's meeting someone special what else could he think of-
Besides, the leaves had carried it, the Wolfman had fallen in love.

A ghost at the counter spooked, “You’ve been weird since noon”
Wolfman said nothing simply stared at time in the moon.
In a huff he said “On this special day I simply cannot be late-
Meeting someone at midnight- by the cemetery gate”.
Then he remembered he must stop- pick up fresh flowers-
A new resident's in the grave yard, only been there a few hours.
Eagerly he reached the cemetery, inhaled the smokey breeze-
Movements of the night –the swaying of the leafless trees.
The bats began serenading - with the owls from the sky right above
Again the leaves were right- the wolfman has fallen in love.
