Cassie, a green faced witch could not find the right kind of man
I think I’ll make an elixir and create him, she would deadpan
She actually did it, wearing her fanciest ruffled dress
It had not been ironed, so was a bit of a mess

Her purple hat had rosettes of green, fuchsia, and teal

They say I'm a witch, but when I told them I have a spell to make them write poetry, they shout "Free the witch!"

But when I say I'm a writer, they want to hurt me. As soon as I mention my spell to make words touch hearts, they say "Free the writer!"

They journeyed long the way to love not straight as science rule;
To scale high peaks that merged into the wispy mountain dew;
Over green hills, past forest trees - gale winds would shake and bend;

I let your eyes to visualise a garden on a loom;

A figure of a handsome man is settled on a chair;
And by his side a beauty pure strokes

It's not so easy being a witch

Whew ~ I'm all tuckered out
from doing my day-to-day spellcasting business,
conjuring this and conjuring that,
bewitching this and bewitching that,
I hate to say it but I'm not
the young enchantress I used to be.

It's time for a break and have some brew ~

Sunny Side

Always walk on the sunny side of the street
where the grass is always greener
