Weirdo and Wurhoissher

"French Horn Overtones"
"They are watching me now
They watch all of us
I distorted my voice so
They don't know it's me
They said it came from
B$$$$$$tro but we knew
It didn't.
Code word is Cing of the Forest "
"Bassoon is ah wait tis time we starts
the Thing-ah Jig, you'll know the words
To the following." Said the interrupting
Loud speaker. I have your kazo, I will be
In contact.
Yeah all right than the guy answered
As he walked away.
For real man why she so weird said
Strangs, I don't know but she some kinda
Phatt dough!
Don't change that one I like it
Like that, you heard what I said
See I love that one, I like this one too.
It rare when you like something and
Others like it too.
Maybe you don't know nothing bout that
Cause folk geek you out,
I ain't bragging, but sometimes that's what
It's about!"

I woke up and everyone was purple
Except me, of course
I wanna be purple
I hope it’s okay that I’m still a pinkskin
I hope that I’m not that different than you
But maybe it’s okay to be different
To be a stranger in an estrangedland
Walking hand in hand with my lover
Who happens to be purple, of course

The Lone Weirdo

I can’t love her mind
yet admire the way she shoves it at people
like a battering ram;
always the victim with a golden hatchet.

She thinks I’m a misguided monster –
aren’t we all?

He wants to cancel me
his mother buys nacho chips
by the cart-load
so he never has to leave the basement
he loves like his personal space-pod.

The family, church going man
thinks I’m a weirdo,
and I am his pastor!

"Why don’t you love America?"
I do.

"Why don’t you love what America does?"
Love don’t work that way,
what we allow America to do, that's on us.

"Why don’t you love my lone-again
walk through this strange world?"

I’m with you buddy, but
then again,
you are a lone weirdness
just like the rest of us.

Less

Less

I dressed to impress
But I felt less
You see I attracted
The senseless
Who thought I
 was
Worthless
My wardrobe was endless
But they were
merciless
So
regardless
I threw it all away.
Including their
opinions

And became priceless
Cloth-less
Naked

Weirdo
Oddball
Crazy
I hear the words and I remember
When I used to use these adjectives
On myself

Now if I do this, it is with affection
Because I finally have grown into my purpose.
Understanding my talents has meant this .....
these words have lost their negative connotations.
I am an artist, artists can be weird, odd, and crazy.
I am a poet and a cartoonist. These terms legitimize my works.

Weirdo
Oddball
Crazy
Words that used to make me cry
Make me smile.
Because I like myself now
Learning my talents has changed everything.

You'Re a Weirdo

You are so very weird
Your weirdness shines true
There are so very few,
Who are weirder than you.

You see, weirdness is relative
Weirdness is wacky
But the right kind of weirdness
Makes true weirdos happy

If you were not weird
Well that would be weird
Weirder than the fact
That weirdness is feared

The Inner Weirdo

Took a book on the bus today Descartes Meditations on First Philosophy
Tommorow the cat in the hat
The Day after the Bible
Then 100 things to do with an egg
Sit with each book opened at one page
never turning the whole Journey
Because it makes me smile
The inner weirdo
A girl walks by a bustop singing to herself
on-lookers draw their eyes but i just smile
If jesus walked on water would he run on fire
If everybody was on a plane at the same time you would need 38 million planes
And not one of us has ever been in an empty room
Welcome to the land of the weirdo
Please be welcome

Declared an outcast,
shunned by society -
but she's the same
as you and me,
but You can't see her pain
hidden behind her coy smile.
You can't wipe away those tears,
invisible to your shallow eyes.

In fear she stares at the pavement,
but she can see you stare.
She can hear your giggles.
She can feel your judgement.
Her crime?

Only that she is different.

Freak is not her name,
but you shout it, roaring like a lion.
To you she looks peculiar and
you wonder why she behaves strange.
Her monotone words are a result of your
ignorant mind that has lead to her
indulging in esoteric tendencies.

She may seem socially awkward,
but she means no harm.
She just wants to belong -
for one soul to understand.

There is no eye contact,
because living can hurt.
Misplaced in an oblivious world,
the skies may look bright to you and me,
but all she recognises is the darkness.

The soul is deep like an ocean,
but most only see the surface.
Only a few dare to venture to the bottom -
where most drown.
Only the strong reemerge.

Wit
Now sits
With fine bits

Jest
Works fest
In strange quest

Pun
Now runs
With sure fun

Craze
Frees daze
In this maze

Treat
Tastes sweet
On these streets

Wild
This child
Not that mild

Waste
Poor taste
In brisk haste

Bland
Thinks trend
In lost friend

Spice
Speaks vice
Not so nice

Thief
In brief
Steals old grief

Shake
Loose stake
Make or break

He’s a natural actor of mental shortening,
reasoning is covered in shame when viewing the mirror.
Insanity, his behaviour’s ancestor
with imagination more abhorred to logic.

In his world,
every accurate procedure seems to be an annoying error,
a corridor is placed at the roof top of every building,
film casts are censored in a movie’s end;
Italian made blazers are worn and tightly tucked in
and a nation borrows armory from its own enemy of war.
The posterior side of his thoughts is the anterior side of foolishness,
he may bring amusement,
but his doings are capable of springing up human disasters

My wifey poo Cathie thinks I'm a weido poet
But the feedback I receive sure doesn't show it
They want much more
Of my limericks galore
Can't live without youse guys and she knows it

Weirdo

Forever embraced by the darkness
My life a terrible sight -to me narcissism
In my ever-pending thoughts unconscious
Liberally minded
Visually impaired to my future
Evergrowing desire to please
The feelings, my thoughts I write
Yet bound in chains with no release
The words I speak
My future dark so bleek
Different in my way of expression
In my way of looking
Struggling to befriend I am achieving
A goal I see none can see
The things I do none to share
Unperturbed, anti-social, a "weirdo"
The term you call to me because of being my true self

Weirdo

Doctor Squiddoo married a widow DooDoo
Booked a room in Perry of Huido Voodoo
                                         In the honeymoon night
                                       The moon was shining bright
And a fat black cat licked the ass of Squiddoo
