when an impenetrable shield ~ is struck by an unbreakable sword
in the collision not one atom is lost ~ and stalemate gets restored
far better to have a standoff truce ~ than fight an unwinnable war

Old pallid lady seen here,
frail from cold,
snow-slicked roads,
sluggish old woman,
a young guy,
stopped, whispered,
I'll lend a safe fist,
life is an unwinnable battle?
guide the trembling feet,
and was proud of his strength and greet.

wars we like
Do we like wars as long as it is at our doorstep
the Russians fought in Afghanistan and lost hands down
the USA took over this unwinnable war so far it has lasted
Twelve years with no end in sight.
The USA lost the Vietnam war, but Hollywood came
to the rescue made movies of brave soldiers whose every
bullets hit a target, yet they fled from the rooftop in Hanoi
it was a sickening sight.
In the meantime, the French are fighting a war against the rebellious
in central Africa to defend and give the presidency
to those who are most corrupt in the name of oil and precious
stones and metal.
The French keep their war entirely; it is not headline news.
Now, the battle is coming home its fought in our streets
there are no heroes here and no movie to make for now.

When things start to fall.
That's when you'll see the true meaning of your own story.
Complications only make you feel more and more ashamed and sorry.
The only option you have is to keep standing tall.
Nothing hurts more when things start to fall.
Life is lame--dull, and you feel like you're living in an unwinnable game.
Trust an ability you will not know.
Unheard to all.
When things start to fall.
You'll go crazy with shame.
For you cannot contain the pain.
The mistakes of your past will haunt you each day and burn your inner trust.
Yet hope lies in a different status quo.
When things start to fall.
And your life is all about scream.
Illusions.
Like you're living in a gruesome dream.
Like your life is a sitcom or a show.
Just don't listen to your friends about changes no--or else you'll regret when things start to fall.

To exploit our folks in a capitalist machine,
To encourage the rich and the poor.
To make the majority always bow down to the few,
To fight the unwinnable war.
We live in an antagonist inequitable state,
A state that encourages lasting torment.
Where the few at the top expect the rest of the crowd,
To give them their money, like a rent.
Selling trickle down policy, they believe their own lie,
That the wealthy will pay for the broke.
Not realising that’s see through and never has worked,
That their cash isn’t meant for us folk.
If the rich want to stay rich and not have a war,
They’ll need to make healthy, safe and free.
For all of the citizens, in every small and big town,
They’ll need to make a state that’s fed and happy.

I’m a racist shopping trolley,
I’m proud and happy and clean.
I don’t like hanging around with trolleys rescued from the river,
Beaten up all rusty, and mouldy, and green.
I’m proud I look after my wheels,
Never crashing into shelves in the store.
I can’t stand those horrible trolleys that let themselves go,
Making folks fight an unwinnable war.
I’m a racist shopping trolley,
I’ve a bright red handle and red baby seat.
I can’t stand those blue handled trolleys, they look so different to me,
They can’t even try to look red, I know, I’m better, I am elite.

The darkness creeping in,
Surrounded by the light
Not knowing where to begin
Tired of this unwinnable fight.
The darkness all around me,
Just trying to get by
Not knowing what to be
If only I could grow wings and fly.
The darkness does not fade,
It does not go away
Light cannot be made
For here there is not day.
The darkness is deep,
Has become part of life
I refuse to let myself weep
For I’d rather fill with strife.

Science Puzzle
Impossible to cure a wound of not supported by
Puzzle to me was when declared a science fail
I turned back in the history of early age
Then blinked eyes certainly has been enhancement
Numbers of those who joined the majority
After my birth landed in the earth’s soil
No tension collecting all such effects given by mates
There is not because a play of mathematical haste
Consumption laid people in the realm of dread
Villages and towns were evacuated by plagues
Matter of these days overwhelming phases of Flu
It is not science puzzle created by unwinnable death
Focus towards black matter’s existence in hand
A case of far reach of human brain’s test
As much nearness towards invention of
Only will be science puzzle to unravel faith.

Every time I look in her eyes
I wonder who holds her when she cries
You would never guess what’s behind that mask
You wouldn’t have the respect to ask
She never lets it falter and fall
She keeps on going despite the horror in it all
Losing herself because no one else cares
Almost too late to stop the razor blade tears
Sick of always feeling hopeless
Done with constantly being useless
Finished with fighting unwinnable wars
Covered in blood from the final holes she bores
Wondering if they’ll be too late
Counting on no one saving her fate
She cries alone in the dark night
Bloody and broken from every days fright
Getting weaker and weaker inside
Pleading for this pain to one day subside
With tears spilling from agony filled eyes
Trying not to scream while she cries
Pleading with a deaf god by day
Hoping before morning she’ll be death’s prey

My soul and spirit was far too busy caught within my life,
That created such anguish with unnecessary strife.
Time, is an unwinnable fight,
It always grows wings and takes flight.
It does not wait or care for us,
Is time something that you can trust?
Time will soon become the past,
Time flies lighting fast.
Today as I contemplate the past,
I wish it hadn’t gone so fast,
And just maybe today my memories of yesterday would’ve last.
The future seems to be so near,
Every single day the past is becoming more unclear.
Clinging to my dreams that are new,
I keep searching for more that is true.
In this dream I keep running fast but still in place;
But I’m going nowhere in this race.
Lost time is never found again.

An infinite spiral downward... a bottomless cavern,
Thinking I'm pulling myself up and out....
When in reality I'm pulling more rope down off an endless spool,
I'm forever encased in this tomb,
A tomb, I myself have chosen...
The world is alive and breathing above me,
While vile and repugnance rains down upon the...
More I pull, the further I descend,
My strength resembles that of a child...
Intellect has become stagnant...
Hopelessness engulfing who I've chosen to be,
An unwinnable war, waged in the belly of the beast...
How far must I fall before my pain will cease?
It has been said," He will not give you more than you can bear".
But in some cases...cases that are extremely rare...
You will find us assembled here...
Down here, waiting....
Waiting for the time, to unleash all that you fear!
Until then... look through your closed eyes into mine...
Look past my blackest eyes, what do you see...?
A warning for the... you won't like what you'll find!

He sees her beautiful, happy, yet some what sad
And it makes his heart ache
A feeling no one could fake
She sees him unique, lovely, and wise
Getting lost in his bright blue eyes
And her soul cries
There fighting day and night
The unwinnable fight
Between the heart and head
And words unsaid
There love is forbidden
So they keep it hidden
She wants to be happy for once in her life
To never have a strife
He’s looked for a girl like her in every place
He doesn’t want just another pretty face
So they give in
and let true love begin
And for once
happily ever after doesn’t seem so far away
With the sun shining down on that perfect day

Pathways twisting and turning down long winding roads,
burdens happy and light, and then dark heavy loads
Wild winter winds chill but leave smooth untouched snows,
weird dreams raising up hopes, then spread cold fears and woes
When your bed seems a ship cast adrift in the night,
worries seize you that lifes an unwinnable fight
Winsome music of home fills eyes shining with tears,
wet silvery fish leaving sad as they cheer
We should never forget we don’t travel alone,
that our flight path is one many others have flown
Hear the signs they have posted in verse and in song,
without fear, we can follow and will not go wrong.
Weary path that seemed endless, now journey well done,
when the gold at your goal, was your own special one

To a dripping ceiling in a monsoon rain
To a three sided coin, an unwinnable game
To a moth with no wings eating red super coats
To a pen long exploded, in splashes, it wrote
To four open daisies, compelled to a smile
To the moment you found me and saved me awhile
To stitching the soul back to legs of my shadow
To diving a neck crack in waters too shallow
To a minute with ego who thinks it's an hour
To a shoot in the arm filled with superman power
To a broken down car with no gumption to live
To a second the world just becomes what it is
To morning when no one has opened their eyes
To babies who silently practice their cries
To books glued together to never be read
To living enormous before you are dead
To a cup full of coffee with curing caffeine
To a person who sees you and knows what you mean
To a riddle which staunchly will not crack a grin
To a mirror which shows you the shape you are in
To wishes in mercury under your brow
To what we were then and what we are now
To that little red moth who left only the buttons
To the silence of sorrow until it is nothing.
