To paint a picture, to find what's sought
To touch a stranger in prolific thought

Freedoms flight.. unreserved, to reach new hieghts with simple words
To spark a fire, to reach beyond, to sing together a whispered song

Unreserved Love

In the world of love
No one is sorry for anyone
Only who doesn't know how to value
When I give this love to you
There's no reservation
I have no request at all
Wish you could treat the same
Wish you could always be true.

Premium MemberI Wonder

I wonder.

I wonder what will happen when
all the English dictionaries are burnt
and Shakespeare is abolished
as FAR RIGHT and Racist,
and when the Beatles are
vilified for 'She Loves You'
when it should have
been 'they them love you'.
When the battle of Britain
Begs an unreserved apology.
When the British inventions
Are cast aside as imperial luck
When Europe forgets as the Russians
Have, who saved them in WW2
When people are imprisoned for
Love of these islands and free
Speech is abolished and punished
But this horror won’t happen tomorrow
No, not tomorrow, or the day after
But don’t feel reassured or complacent
Because they arrived months ago
And we all must be ready to pay.

Premium MemberWork in progress

Glimpses of truth revealed from time to time,
whilst useful, does not signal soul’s ascent,
having neither etched in heart God’s love chime,
nor granted bliss our unreserved consent,
onslaught of lust, unable to prevent.
Flickering awareness, a half measure,
for there are attachments we still treasure
and so at best it’s still work in progress,
as we become nonchalant to pleasure,
God’s light making ingress as we undress.

The Art Of Dancing In The Ice Rink

Ice dancing is enchanting
Wonderful and incredible
It requires total dedication
To achieve perfect harmony
There are many exhausting
Rehearsals and tiring executions
On the acting itself on ice rink
They are like birds flying free
A beautiful art representation
Often synchronised with rhythmic
Motion of emotions and grace dancing
In accompanying soulful music theme
The audience see the whole impact
And every round about ordeal of action
Is not exempted in the scrutiny of the jury
The winner is crown the darling of the moment
And the most spectacular in all captured lens
But the glory of them all is one that does
The totality of those actors in the rink
Whose dedication and aspiration is unmatched
The expertise in their craft with love unreserved.

THE BEAUTY OF KENYA

There is this universal respect
For Kenya, before it becomes a colony
A land where rich and poor alike
Knew no divide, only unity.

You see
This is the beauty of Kenya:
Diverse in their ways of life
Yet bound by unreserved love and kindness.

Like threads woven into a vibrant fabric
Each Kenyan heart is connected to another
A powerful force driving them forward
Creating a tapestry of unity and strength.

Eyes of God

Maybe if I close my eyes long enough
this will all just disappear.
I’ll wake up to the eyes of God and
his voice whispering in my ear.
A dream,
this life, can be so cold and cruel.
A dose of awareness here and there
isn’t quite enough to soothe.
Far away I wander
through valleys of the mind,
to ease my curious wonderings,
to slowly pass the time.
But with this steady rhythm
of the beating of a heart,
I tenderly press my ear to it and
silently fall apart.
How does one so effortlessly
calm my unreserved soul?
Your hands are weaving, through my heart,
webs of solid gold.
Beads of sweat drip down my cheek
and glisten in the sun,
as I bask in the glory of your cool embrace
and enjoy being no one.
And then I look up
into the eyes of my hero,
the soul that my soul once knew.
But I am jerked awake as I fall through
a veil of forgotten past truth.
And here I am again,
stirring in my bed.
Who is this familiar stranger
wrapped inside my head?

The Circuits First Connected

At birth our brains are wired
For some ways that we will be,
Including certain aspects of
Our personality.

Will we be shy or unreserved?
Risk-averse or bold?
Quick to act or cautious?
Independent or controlled?

Will changes be exciting
Or will we like things the same?
Will we admit when we are wrong
Or find someone to blame?

Of course, our family plays a part
As well as how we’re raised
And we may make adjustments
When we’re chastised or we’re praised.

But the circuits first connected
Form the base, to some extent,
Of the way we interact and how
Our lifetime will be spent.

And Coveted Sings

Love is the freest
 most precious of things

To give without cost
and coveted sings

Love to be spoken
and heard unreserved

To harness the wind
—and fly like a bird

Premium MemberSilent Thunder

Silent thunder borne of bliss ignition
The currents within, joyfully caper
Open secret of stillness in motion
Divine aligned, we need no translator

Sound of one hand clapping, dark void conquers
Our consciousness, joyous in cessation
Pure of heart, behold the play in wonder
Silent thunder borne of bliss ignition

It all begins with the divine union
Head and heart merge with unreserved candour
Manifesting in heart, an explosion
The currents within, joyfully caper

One with oneness, we are thus singular
Devoid of all sense of separation
Questions cease, as we become the answer
Open secret of stillness in motion

Upon mind body vaporisation
Narrow desires fade, as also all fear
With voice of conscience, in resonation
Divine aligned, we need no translator

Ego is but a mere caricature
Our true self enabled for co-creation
Whilst throbbing in unending bliss rapture
Cognise in our vibrant meditation
Silent thunder

Trust What You Feel

How easy do you trust
Does it depend on your
Past
For me it’s no issue
With females or males
I have no time
For petty details
I’ve never had a reason to doubt
If you give me one
I move on without
Without you I will moved
Forward
All thoughts of you will be ignored
How do trust when you’ve been deceived
I can’t answer that, but I am sure
There is grief
When you think you are that
Persons world
Blind sighted, and sent in a whirl
To find you are not, is enough to
Loose the plot, it would be heart wrenching
To say the least
Only time past will give
You peace
To trust again with another
You must not hold back
Your future will suffer
Let your past be your past
Move into the future
With a clear open heart
If you have been hurt
Do not let them win
They don’t deserve more
You gave within
Find that special someone
That you fully deserve
Start your next adventure

Day Camp

My grandkids are lucky; they’re going to camp.
To them, it’s the summertime norm.
The owners have naturally had to revamp
So to Covid rules they can conform.

Each camp group’s a “pod” with ten kids who’ve been sent
And they keep to themselves all day long.
No joining with others for any event,
Not a swim or a ball game or song.

The counselors are masked, social distance observed
And for every day since camp’s begun,
My grands come home psyched, with their joy unreserved
And describe all their hours of fun.

Not all children have access to places like this
And I feel for the ones who lose out,
But I’m happy my grandkids do not have to miss
What the summertime should be about.

Premium MemberIcarus Falling

Deprived life in the mundane dungeon bleak,
tries to find an escape route beyond the dark,
crafty mind constructs the wings of freedom.
The flight through the lower layers of self-belief
crashes in dire dejection on the sea of sorrow.
Untamed surge of swirling wind called ambition
drives the unanchored ascent to soar and scale
the great heights at the delusive edge of success
in the realm of the unreal where transient rapture
crumbles and falls like dust.

There’s no escape from the clutch of misery,
even if the dreams on wings soar in high sky,
for in the draconian domain of the blazing sun
the dreams will burn in the stoked fire of hubris.
If the unreserved arrogance unheeds the idiom :
‘don’t fly too close to the sun’,
you'll scorch the wings of wax melting in tears,
feel the burnt remains of Icarus, you think you're,
falling like ash within hollow you.

Thirst Verse Outburst

First verse outburst you’ve never known worse
Be clever and disperse I’ve a nerve out to hurt
Unreserved calling on reserves
Ready to hurl at the deserved
Serve them nervous
This a hell bound service

Leave em burnt under torches to scorch the flesh
satanic torture I'm revamped now and feeling fresh
Redeeming my breath
crush to heavy breathing
but you best be believing
the breathing aint leaving

I’m an in control tantrum
Out to taunt
and If I die first
I’ll have a thirst
to haunt
men and women
perverse to hearse
in onslaught

I’m the devil dawning
this the Devils morning
noon and night
Out to level sort and
put things right
Pray to the Holy Ghost at the lights closing
straight from hell I come for the few I’ve chosen
