Premium MemberThe Ticking Man

Like a time bomb ready to explode
What be a man except what is washed away
Like a wave beats the ocean sands
Change of time can change whole man
Soul in search of itself what does it see
Despair of a journey that makes his strength
Or the demise of life he finds his grave

It is of the heart beats our breath
Spiritual being like all species with purpose
What is beauty that love does not exist
What is a man if not themselves thrive to be
Is one not dead in their depths darkness appears
Battle of good vs evil which you choose
Lost in misty fog, what light be your inspiration

Belief to his existence finds trouble trails
But he gives not up his strive to breathe
Reaching in, ticking man; just a second of a gasp
Awakening, sea of stars filled with dreams
Light on the waters beneath moonlight beam
Heavens open door shinning light from within
Ti cerco, watching behind dark eyes sleeping
Jesus keep me near the cross my cries
I'm just a man whose time is ticking away

Ticking Like a Bomb

You won’t find me when you’re looking,
But you will know when I am gone,
Every single second feels like a year,
My hearts ticking like a bomb.

One day you will remember me,
Like a good old fashion song,
You never forgot the words to,
My hearts ticking like a bomb.

You take your time to notice,
You hear the sound of the alarms,
But you reached inside and pull the pin.

There is no moving on.

Premium Member- Ticking Time -

    Time is reality
    A deck of cards
    with a joker
    Coincidences
    does make a difference

    Draw the ace
    don't be picky
    Steady steps
    mechanically driven

    Time, a macabre prank
    sinks deep
The night train maintains its route

Premium MemberThe Ticking of Time

Love turns time of Spring,

Flowers to bloom and feminine rhyme on the ground.
Tree blossoms providing pollen to call on
Butterflies and hummingbirds flit around
So profound sweet nectar and the bees to crawl upon
      the ticking of time.

Love turns time of the World,

Clouds rain beating in echoing sound of its master.
Blossoming trees providing shade that's never forgotten
To touch her fire within hearth flames, beating faster,
Begotten seeds by universal earth and heaven,
      the ticking of time.

Love turns time existence,

Sun shining a world of healing sweet warm love.
A faint feeling that exists like a lightning rod.
True love from up above from our Divine God
Spiced with rhythm and rhyme, of life love and affection,
      the ticking of time.

Premium MemberIf Time

If time stops for a tick,
The waves hold breath offshore,
My life boat lost in sea,
Finds fate in destiny,
Time ticking, echoes, me.

If time stops for a tick,
My heart shares love above,
The Romance in you & me,
Eternal bond, love's rule,
Time ticking, souls joined, we.

If time stops for a tick,
I'll stand like a mountain,
Avalanches come and go,
Trees stand tall, hardy, so,
Time ticking, spirit shows.

If time stops for a tick,
I reflect on my past,
The failures in my life,
Might turn into success,
Time ticking, same old life.

Ticking

The clock ticks on the wall, a constant reminder
Of the time slipping by, a relentless chider
Through the city streets I rush, seeking an escape
From the ceaseless routine, the endless retape

Each day seems the same, a monotonous blur
As I search for a path, a way to demur
But every turn I take, every street I roam
Leads me back to where I started, a place called home

The city lights flicker, a colorful array
As I wander the streets, searching for a new way
Every loophole I find, every crack in the wall
Leads me to the same destination, trapped in this fall

But still I keep searching, for a way to break free
From this cycle of madness, this unceasing spree
For though the city may bind me, it can't break my will
To find the light in the darkness, to climb the highest hill

Premium MemberHow's Your Old Ticker Ticking

How's your dear old ticker ticking
When's the last time you had it checked
If it's been a while then get right to it
Better safe than sorry by heck

Us old guys need to keep on top of it
Procrastination can be a deadly thing
Knew a man who's now six feet under
Thought life was just one happy fling

We're all here for just a short while
So be happy and smile as you proceed
Make sure you live your life to the fullest
As the years fly by at full speed

How's your dear old ticker ticking
Don't dare say 'I'm feeling pretty well'
You may be feeling fine one day
Then wham... it's the final bell!

Premium MemberThe Ticking Clock

All the hours in a day,
And the minutes in an hour.
The ticking of a clock,
Has perpetual power.

The many roads that you walk,
And the hills that you climb.
Life's fragile hour glass,
Holds precious sands of time.

From the moment that you rise,
Till at last you fall asleep.
Once the day is dead and gone,
It's a day you'll never keep.

For each second that passes,
Like a train on the track.
At the final destination,
You can't ever journey back.

So enjoy every little minute,
Of every single day.
Before that ticking clock,
Sweeps your sands of time away.

Premium MemberThe Ticking Clock

Mr. Gee’s ears perked up at the sound of the ticking time clock.
He held it for another second, another foot step, another block.
Was it a bomb? Would he be blown to smithereens in a bit?
Throw it! A bystander yelled. Toss it in the river! Get rid of it!

But Mr. Gee was the quintessential risk taker. Not ready to unload it.
Someone he trusted had given it to him to take care of, and he would.
An upstander yelled “Save yourself, Mr. Gee!” He was having a fit.
The rabbit held on to it, listening, hoping it was safe, for as long as he could.

BOOM!

Premium MemberTicking Time

a mystical flying marauder
soared in from space
ten thousand years of time
throughout my two hours
fathom out the lake, icicle has risen
an utter lack of pulse and recess of air
we were both hence unmoving

I rant dawn and not despair
scattering pearls to steer in combers
walking yesteryear to retrieve origins
as global traces through inner spaces
in pulse to vanish, back to beyond
with a period not pressing boldness
then unfolded undeniably further

Clock Keeps Ticking

Clock keeps ticking

It's the clock
The one that won't stop
The one that keep going
Counter clock wise
It tells you the time
The time you got left
To get things done
It can be a quarter to one
Or a quarter to four
What happens when an opportunity
Knocks at the door
You only have so much time to respond
And after you respond you're done

Clock keeps ticking
Clock keeps moving
There is limited time
To keep doing (repeat 1x)

Some people wait
Until it's to late
Then they have
So much at stake
Thought they had time
To get things right
Then boom ?? here comes life
Life is short
Life is precious
Life progresses
You only have a period of time
To not be left behind
What are you achieving
What are you leaving
Only time will tell
Wish we had known you well
Don't be in shock
When the clock stops

Clock keeps ticking
Clock keeps moving
There is limited time
To keep doing (repeat 1x)

Time keeps ticking
Time keep tocking
Keep the faith
With you there's no stopping
(Repeat 1x)

Clock keeps ticking
Clock keeps moving
There is limited time
To keep doing (repeat 1x)

Ticking Time Bomb

Ticking time bomb

The hidden is sudden
About to blow up
Waiting for the right time

What do we do
Do we just sit and look
Can't we see the hand writing
How best could it writing look
So we could realize
The hidden symbols

What do we see today
Does it make the time
Closer
Or does it still makes us a fool
Cos the hidden has it clock

It time is ticking same like the
Ticking time bomb

Broken Nights

Night - silence
morning- shattered
consuming time- relentless- battered
shadows lurked as if to mock
and in the silence a ticking clock
endless
birds sing in a new beginning
dawn chorus- insomnia winning
let this day be filled with joy
as back to bed- to sleep
my ploy.
