I like listening to myself
I like to follow my intuations
I like unplanned, surprise date
I like not to go over
I like doing silly things sometimes
I like being weak and strong
I like to be just me
I like to say thanks
I like to thank myself, too.
Anxiety and shame riddled my youth and I just wanted to belong
The desire to excel and conform was beyond measure
The painful difficulties of youth are rarely validated
Being told to follow your hero but blaze your trail
Follow the shadow but color inside the lines
Neverendingly seeking the rightly wise
I finally woke up one day and realized
When you exhaust help in others
Turn from them and the world
Sometimes it is best to revert
And seek wisdom from who?
Thyself.
Know Thyself in all your ways
to Stoke the Ember of the Sacred Flame,
and let Hope Shine and Guide "The Way"
as the Spirit is Filled by the Fiery Ray,
and Trust, You Must, For Narrow is the Gate
to find the Key, One must find the Sage
through the Veils and Mists of Night, Seek Within
Where the Keeper of The Light Has Always Been,
and Pass the Lanterns held by Seven Saints
Until You Find the Road to Everlasting Grace,
Walk Forth, Be Bold, And Always Know Thyself
Unto The Sun, Unto Thy Last Breath
Know Thyself

Mirrors are truthful
the image portrayed is you,
oft times a stranger.
Who am I, mind asks,
whilst vibrant heart basks
in tingle of bliss,
graced by Mother’s kiss.
Resting thought flow crutch,
learning by love’s touch,
we become God’s light,
that throbs with delight.
When heart’s pure like snow,
we then get to know,
who in truth we are,
shining like a star.
Everything is clear,
when God’s light draws near,
which we may invoke,
on donning love’s yoke.
To cast a spell upon thyself
and lend a helping hand to those in need
erasing all narcissistic ways of life
and wiping out all selfish greed
to live within this Universe
as a child of God that does all good
scratching out misconduct's brew
as every human oft should do
to breathe the peace of old Feng Shui
and to exhale right down
building temples of Holy Grace
for the entire human race
Give me the roots
I'll build the tree
Give me the weather
I'll shoot out the branches and leaves
Give me the buds
I'll make bloom there the petals
Give me the south breeze
I'll spread the fragrance
Give me the whole canvas
I'll nurture for you the garden
O darling give me thyself too close
I'll offer that as Eden garden
Where you and I will be an eternal being of love
So alike that none can live the garden's above

Reflect on this proverb, oh worthy hermit
'A chain is only as strong as its weakest link'
So let us look deep within the core of our being
To discern the cause why time and again we sink
Bemused by myriad illusions our mind is hypnotised
Flitting about unsatiated between objects of desire
But fleeting moments of joy are followed by pain
Elusive seems eternal bliss for which we aspire
The root cause of suffering then is ignorance
For we flounder about knowing not who we are
In bondage to feral instinct, we discern not the truth
From God’s domain of love and light, we’ve drifted afar
With this recognition, once we shift into tranquil silence
The chinks in our armour are automatically repaired
Divine aligned, love drenched soul stands erect
Mind, body and soul finally with God paired

Come to me O dear child and come to learn
It’s life, sharp time-based for every human
O you have to learn thyself to shirk mourn
None helps you to be always in good sane
Always be helpful and control yourself
Positive sense makes you a cheerful mind
Love is the great lesson of life to help
Avoiding hatred makes your great and kind
Revenge is not useful for the conscience
Forgiveness makes you delightful truly
Forget the past but learn it by heart sense
Be spry in present to grasp life fully
O sweet my child, I must go forever
Yet death is not awful for God lover

Read
Read and
Read thyself
To read the world
Without reading self
None can read all
It’s the law
To know
Self

Mock me I dare you,
Read me and I'll scare you,
But only with the truth,
It's not I but you that hold the truth,
Oh I know you well,
But you know you better,
I know every word,
But you know every letter,
And so that thought begins to merge as you dwell upon regret,
A memory of debt rather than assets,
You know its true,
So why the sweat?
You know you,
I won the bet!
Our fellow brother
has a jaundiced eye.
It’s best to smother
our foolish heart’s sigh.
Noblesse oblige’s passé.
Why’d we trauma bond
with rabid dogs stray?
Just smile and abscond.

Doctors say an apple a day keeps them away,
But it’s the banana that keeps disease at bay.
So enjoy the fruits you shall so often bear,
‘Cause there won’t always be plenty of food to share.
I’ve been given a gift
The ultimate gift
Correction
One of the ultimate gifts
A way to undo
A way to redo
A way to rewrite
A way to reject spite
A way to free myself
From suffocation
Mediocrity
Unfulfillment
Disillusionment
Fear
And it was simple
Far simpler than imagined
I found who was to blame
Who was the tormentor
But it was the same reflection
As the protector
It was always me
Me as my worst enemy
Me as my best friend
So the choice was made
The choice to undo the damage
To love
First and foremost
Myself
A word that is commonly used
What does it mean
Is it bubble bath
And spa
A picnic
Or a dance
It is neither
And all
An acceptance
Of fall
Like changing leaves
That become part of our life
Self love
Is about accepting
One’s life
Nothing is certain about self love
Everything is evolving
Yet you love the change
The changing you
The churning and mincing
To create love in you
Soon you will understand self love
Was never about a performance
It is a song in your heart
That led you to dance
