We throw our hearts away
in the full fury of anger,
of greed,
of grief,
in the full surrender
to the resplendant glory of the highest God,
in Ajuna's thousand suns,
in deepest sleep
in drunkeness,
with strong drugs,
all from which a heart may return.
We throw our hearts away
by not caring anymore
which is the worst,
for when the heart returns,
it finds no receptical
and departs leaving behind only a whisper of dust.
For the heart never dies.
Immortal it forever seeks
a will to live
a will that lives
through the worst that life imposes.
It clings to whoever or whatever
will endure its failings.
Silenus may have been right.
He lived, if for nothing else,
to throw at life his spite
of being thrown into it.
for life was not a blessing,
only a curse. which is something,
I suppose, to get us through the worst of it
where praises and hymns fail.
So curse life to the end,
if for nothing else,
as a witness who testifies
that the heart deserves better.

A poetic reply to a piece created by Nobel Prize winner and Mexican poet /writer, Octavio Paz:
There is not
A single soul among the trees
And I
Don't know where I've gone.
"I step—"into the quiet rising from trees,
my fingers are tracing the cold, resistant bark.
"The path— waits, thin as~a breath before speaking"
Birds' flight testifies~our souls prowl woods.
"The wind—" fails to read~the omen of fate,
A frightful form frays from a furred finger.
"The gap—" between roots is all that we are;
a wraith, fumbling for skin~outruns my frantic stride.
"I follow—" until its echo threads my footsteps,
and I am found, rooted to~disappear...
She’s a manzanita preacher:
This fire testifies in tongue –
multifaceted, love reigns among creative works
proving its worth and wonders midst woes of whys
evidenced by divine love whose source is God
my heart can attest with bliss
as faith testifies
without iota of doubt
love divine prevails
acquitting lamentable condemning emotions
midst freedom of blest sharing and caring bliss
indeed, God's love* imputes no guilt midst clemency's worth
*1 John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

You ruled the world with iron and lies.
Five hundred years of noise,
five hundred years of pain.
You called your conquest civilization,
your theft, discovery,
your cruelty, progress.
You built kingdoms upon stolen bones,
cathedrals upon blood and grief.
You crowned yourselves gods,
and forced the world to kneel.
But what goes up must come down.
Even gods fall.
The scripture you gave by force
now testifies against you —
“God cannot be mocked.”
You shall reap what you sow.
The harvest of sorrow draws near.
Your towers of deceit will tremble.
Your gold will turn to dust.
Your children will hunger.
Your nations will divide.
And those you once enslaved
will feed you crumbs,
as the wheel turns full.
The color you worshipped
will become a mark of shame.
Your arrogance will echo
as laughter across the Earth.
And when the new world asks,
“Why has Europe fallen?”
the prophets will answer —
They harvested what they planted.
For shining so bright, you burn out and die;
for soaring too close to the sun, you fall
to the hard earth below and crash: “Too high,”
judge the gods; so, as lesson to us all,
you're chastened for your lofty, prideful flight.
Like Icarus, I test life's great divide
between deity and men: visionary sight,
God-giv'n, and penetrating—eagle-eyed!
What seems like pride is for history to laud:
so, as Jesus the man was, so am I.
Only a God humbles another god;
that's destiny no man can e'er defy.
Though the world crucifies, God testifies
with fulsome laughter that I, His child, rise!
We meet as strangers,
eyes brushing past like wind on stone.
Your name, a sound I barely hold;
mine, a word already fading.
We nod, we pass,
two islands adrift,
separated by the waters we cannot see.
But beneath the surface,
where the roots of being entwine,
I hear your mother’s laughter,
your father’s sigh.
The echo of ancestors hums in your blood—
their stories written in the dark rivers
of your veins.
And mine hum with the same rhythm.
What lives in you is not yours alone.
The old songs of earth,
the murmur of forgotten prayers,
the collective pulse of life—
they rise and fall in us,
woven into the fabric we did not weave
but wear all the same.
Here, the silence speaks.
We are not alone.
The distance dissolves,
and the sacred thread of living substance
binds us.
Your breath touches mine,
and I know—
we belong to a wholeness
too vast to name.
In the meeting of depths,
God moves unseen,
pulling us toward one another
and into Himself.
What seemed ordinary
becomes holy ground,
a communion of lives
woven into eternity.
"The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children."—Romans 8:16
Everywhere I look I see her face
Everyone I meet I see her face
We only met just one time
To find her I cannot decline
A stranger is controlling me
I need to find her you see
I am not a loved up stalker
I am not a raving reporter
But if I don't find this girl
She would change my world
Noone knows where she is
Noone knows where she lives
She witnessed my crime
Wrong place wrong time
She talked to the police
Pointed me out you see
I need to stop her talks
Before she testifies in court
A sorce gave me an Address
A chance to end this mess
Is it best to watch this house
Or act within the hours
I need a plan you see
So noone else sees me
Something don't seem right
A Police set up in my sight
The Address was a hoax
But I promise you folks
I will find this witness
Before I get in deeper mess
Being African! To be an African!
Echoes pride, a resounding cry
to an identity of a unique heritage—
a footprints of an unparalleled cultural identity.
Being African! To be African!
testifies an unwavering faith
an assertion more than just being black
or being a branch in an African tree.
Being African! To be African!
is that sense of belonging
a struggle to assert autonomy
a connection to a unique tradition.
Being African! To be African!
Is more than just being black!
My GOD is the self-existent “I AM*”
asserting “I am the Alpha and Omega
the beginning and the end.”
To me, He said:
“I am the Almighty God; walk before me.”
My GOD declares “I am the way, the truth, and the life”
emphasizing “I am the resurrection”
Who grants secured salvation
as well as deliverance from iniquity's penalty.
My GOD testifies,
“I am the light”
and He keeps on illumining
guiding, directing me with His truth.
My GOD provides continually
since He announced,
“I am the bread of life”
supplying and sustaining me.
My GOD surely is my everything
for without HIM, I am nothing indeed
as His presence reverberates to me:
"I am the good shepherd."
*Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM...
John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

Velvety earthmover, pink spades for paws,
mining for wriggles and nibbles.
You dig, delve and shovel,
breaststroke, through the soil,
a subterranean swimmer,
seeking a trapped sunlight
in the dimly packed dirt.
Myopic mole, surface,
peep out,
to blink at the moonlight,
rest upon your little hillock of labor,
a mound
that testifies to your busy soul.
Push your naked twitchy snout,
up into the wide-open,
whiskers alive to the rarified taste,
of a less muddy slice of life.
It was said “ good things never last"
Last Last we lost her untimely
It was said “gone too soon"
Soon enough you will live again
Again nothing less of the lessons you've thought will forever live
It was said “painful exit"
Exiting this world was indeed painful
Painful is less of an adverb to qualify the verb ‘pain
It was said “Rest in peace"
Peace that weigh your way to eternal glory
Glory that elude the painful exit
Several testifiers testifies of fervent love
Love exemplified like Tabitha
Tabitha deed never dies hence you shall for ever live Omada.
Always Speak The Truth
Never tell a lie, speak the truth
Don't feel shy, speak the truth
Truth is grace, with shining face
Reflects one's glory, fills personality space
Truth is love, truth seed sow
Truth is gold, glitters and glow
Success in truth lies, which touches the skies
In testimony when spoken, it gives surprise
Truth verifies and dignifies, truth testifies and horrifies
Truth magnifies and glorifies, truth surmise and beautifies
Truth is power, odors of flower
Truth is dignity, each minute each hour
Never tell a lie, speak the truth
Don't feel shy, speak the truth
The night submitted to me as it celebrated my weakness,
selflessly we shared sorrow,
poisonous tears flowed from the pupil of my eye,
I curse my reflection in the glass of the balcony door,
my weakness I strengthen with pain,
the laughter from the apartment next door
admonishes and suffocates,
it testifies to the solitude among four eerily walls
grieve with me,
there is nothing left of me,
only a sinful soul along with tired body,
and the skin destroyed by the corrosive rains.
the voices of the underworld are calling my name,
they echo the letters in the order they were born,
words of prayer laced with your name slide down my lips,
they crawled inside me and created an internal storm,
on my body are written the names
of all the victims of my internal wars,
how many times have you killed me
and brought me back to life,
immortality became my mortal sin.
I picture when you're sleeping
A softness to your face
That testifies you're somewhere
Outside of time and space
I'd just lay beside you
Not making any sound
I'd watch your peaceful slumber
With no one else around
I'd whisper notes of sweetness
Place kisses on your cheek
You wouldn't even feel them
But each of them would speak
I'd stroke your hair so gently
Affections for you toward
All my thoughts confirming
How much you are adored
