Premium Member our spoiled boys

our boys have the run of the house
an enormous dog run
their own screened in porch
and a play yard fit for ponies
appropriate since they are pony-sized-dogs
they are also air-conditioned-spoiled
the only way to get them to the yard is to go myself
I am here now, sitting in the sun
the boys are hiding under lawn furniture
seeking shade, wishing for air conditioning

Premium Member our spoiled pony dogs

dogs have their own porch
these pony dogs are spoiled
we like them this way

Premium Member Spoiled Pets

Just like kids, kitty’s and bunnies, can be spoiled by
a constant onslaught of attention. Ooh, kiss kiss,
rub rub, hand feed and lots of toys. Oh boy!

But leave those buster browns alone for too long,
with pom-pom or twisty tails between legs,
where their only encounter with two legs

are the strangers, that feel like intruders and thieves.
No wonder they hide. Whiskers frown, almost
teardrops hit the ground, and fear feeds the sweet beasts.

You return to mayhem, anger, cold shoulders. Your pets,
now need, a shrink, a ghostbuster, the police! You thought
they would survive while you lived it up at the beach.

Furparents, you should have trusted friends and family
with them from time to time. Now the furbabies are
sheepish, gun-shy. Each creek of the door, like fingernails.

Now, you may never leave because you feel ashamed,
lame, not the same. Oh yes, those cottontail eyes
will tell you lies, and the suspicious cat will squint.

Premium Member Spoiled-Rotten Cat Instructs Visitors

Don’t you dare try to sit in my spot!
I’ll decide if you pet me or not.
I’m the star here, you’ll see.
   They all cater to me.
They just like you; they LOVE me a lot.

Premium Member my spoiled dogs

Our dogs have a pen twelve times bigger than a shed
They romp, jump, and frolic until their faces are red
But this is only if their mama is inside with them
If I am out, they wait forlornly, at the gate of this pen

Premium Member spoiled forty year old men

Stevie is no aberration
Many spoiled forty-year-old men
Now live in mama’s basement
Playing video games all night
Sleeping all day while mama does their laundry
And makes their meals

Premium Member Portrait of a Young Princess

Weeping for no one, the great
near-sister sobs, "Go Queen and find
all the pink jewels." Soon they are
found, examined and named:
Little Pink Fish, Aurora of Evening and
Forest Fire Sky. They are gathered
and brought to the princess. Her
beauty is her face; she is only five.

She often goes from great to ungrateful.
Then, being sorry she will inquire,
"And will a palace be up and built?"
while wiping tears from eyes of
tanzanite.

Funny/Bawdy Limerick

Spoiled Milk

The milk man and Sue like to shag.
"The milkman sure digs me," she'd brag.
Well the milk man delivered!
And Sue sure got the shivers!
But the milk on the porch went bad.

So, that night, when Sue's husband came back,
She knew he'd surely notice the lack.
"No milk with my tea?
Oh how can this be?",
Teased the milkman, her husband in fact!

Premium Member Athena Spoiled Persians Fun

Athenians were losing to the Persians led by Xerxes one.
but Athena came along, and spoiled that militant’s fun.
she helped the Greeks defeat them, and they ran away.
goddess of wisdom, justice, and war simply does not play.

she enhanced the wisdom, skill and courage of every soldier.
her practical knowledge and fairness is unselfish and pure.
born from Zeus’s head, with her owl power animal at her side.
enthuses Athenians who built Parthenon with her statue inside.

Premium Member Spoiled

Though her flesh was soft as moonlight,
He found her soul a bleak midnight.

Her sapphire eyes, banana sky,
But she spoiled things like a fruit fly.

He’s out of time, needs a bypass -
Her body, shaped like an hourglass.

Premium Member You Were Spoiled

I wanted a big canvas, great-grandma told me.
I am looking at her big picture book with her.
She has shown me lots of kids she thinks were here “back in the day”.
I was spoiled, she told me.
I was not happy with a small canvas.
They let me paint in my good clothes too.
I could not imagine wearing this ruffled lacy dress.
It could not have been comfortable to paint in.
You were spoiled I tell her.
She smiles, glad about it.
It is a connection, one of the few we have had.

Premium Member A Spoiled Akita

An akita is so spoiled and cocky
That he'll have only fine sushi and sake
But by tempting the fates
He's been shipped to the States
Stuck with pizza and beer in Milwaukee

Premium Member Spoiled In the Darkness

Wipe the planet
Twilight
Clean off my heart
Sweep

I am without
Resolve
Standing in shades
On my former
Nightmares

You follow me
As an instant
Of bright
Yet even as
Lightning strikes
Since I'm disengaged
Spoiled
Into the various hands
Of darkness.
