Doctors Cooking Sick
Cooking sick in different tastes
All these doctors
Eating money is routinely happening

The one’s in veterinary
Eating their own patients
All what’s heartening!...

Seasoned Frustration
Manicured blown dry trimly edged attempt at normal urbanity
Routinely and greenly masking ennui insanity
As trees laugh together eyeing my new rake
I think about snow...

Judgment
Atheistic belief causes dire effects.
For God has innumerable judgments;
Keeping logs; marking names of people quietly;
Routinely serving those unbridled vengeance
without xanthate; Yahweh's zest....

how does it feel to kill like this?
deny the truth you read from experiencing any happiness?
how does it feel to deny life any of its own blessings
but rub happiness in my face at your pity party i want over?...

Hard-Headed Heart
The heart has this hard-headed habit
of hoping against the dimmest hope,
of hearing but not heeding
the head.

Though routinely it gets gravely hurt,
it is healed by time, enabled to cope,
unafraid once again to get
wounded!...

Soaring Symohony of Sight
I ache inside to find a word or phrase,

Some honest poet song,

To just begin to touch the heart,

Or mind or soul,

As God does so routinely,

With the soaring symphony of song,

That nature sings,

On every given day....

Me and You
And here we are
Boy ain't this fun
Can't remember better
Don't recall
Even on good nights
Fine!

Now That's Relativity
Astronomers behold celestial delights,
Endlessly finding glorious heavenly insights.
Joyfully keep learning more natural obscurities.
Previously quite routinely seen targets usually viewed with x-rays,
Yet zoomed in using Hubble Space Telescope, helps prove Einstein's Theory of Relativity!...

Rabbits

Resplendent ears and tails,
rodent-like; but unlike
rats or mice, they are loved.
Renowned for Easter, they're
rumored to lay eggs; while
rural hares, their cousins,
routinely grace menus.

That's Only You
My desires are hanging around my neck like a hanging basket at the door,
And knocking my head all the time as toe making rhythm on a dancing floor,
Early in the morning, jumps to branches as a singing little sparrow song,
Legs walk routinely forward and backward to gain target short or long,
nobody can assess me that's only you, awakening my sleeping spirit....

An Old Man Like Me
Who pays attention to an old man like me,
my hearing is gone and I barely can see.

So much wisdom I could give to thee,
who pays attention to an old man like me.

The breeze softly brushes across my face as I sit on the balcony,
I ask the nurse for a cup of tea.

She leads me back to my room so routinely,
who pays attention to an old man like me......

A Glorious Flag
The flag waves proud on the 4th of July
telling a story still in the making,
her cloth has been torn and tattered at times
but her spirit never fades,
our nation has broadened her stars
and fought to maintain her stripes,
we disagree with each other routinely
but will lock arms to sing her glory,
she is much more than a piece of cloth...
she is America - in all of its glory....

A observer of people in this Society I've notice routinely have conversations within themselves are etched crazy. Self Talk
Is it because it seems no one cares to listen? Or one is to preoccupied within themselves. Self Talk
Exhausted maybe? because of one's hidden agendas presumably? Self Talk

Premium Member Yogi and Boo-Boo
Yogi bear loved to rob tourists of their lunch, raiding picnic baskets for brunch. Always on the lookout for the park ranger, his antics grew even stranger. Boo-Boo routinely got caught with pilfered snacks, being Yogi's friend had drawbacks. Tagging along on the promise of a treat, he served the master of deceit. You Already Know
You look in the mirror already aware
He is back
You can feel him in the damage of you
He is here for you again
As if you are not broken enough
Get up while you can
Go back to confirm the routinely bad news
You will get through this
Again
Maybe
You wonder what he will bring this time
Maybe less
Maybe more
You fall just once
And your bones break like little toys
He is here to cause more pain
You already know...

"Duerme bien, Querido," she would often think as she would watch him lay asleep.
"Duerme bien, Querido," she would say to him in lieu of "Good Night" routinely.
"Duerme bien, Querido," she now says to him in lieu of "Rest In Peace."
"Duerme bien, Querido," she says on her knees at his grave where she often weeps.
"Duerme bien, Querido," or "Sleep Well Beloved" are the words she had engraved
on the headstone of "Su Amado's" or "Her Beloved's" grave....

The Wee Hours
the cigarette is finished
I can postpone no more
my wrestling with the night
pills referee my fight

tomorrow will be daylight
on fresh fallen snow
I will write
with a dead twig
on fresh fallen snow
then throw the twig
into the open back
of a departing garbage truck
that leaves tired tire tracks
on fresh fallen snow

the night’s fears
inconsequential tears
whispers from past years
weak fires routinely snuffed out
on fresh fallen snow...

Premium Member Keep It Zipped
Keep it Zipped By Tom 10-5-2019 Things told in confidence should be held tight lipped, Communicating it to one friend it routinely grows. But sometimes our lips just seem to come unzipped, it goes friend to friend until everyone knows. So if you have things you’re just dying to tell, Please don’t approach me with a thought to plant. Just so I don’t leave you with doubts to dispel, “I can keep a secret its those I tell it to who can’t.”

Premium Member Near Death
In the aftermath of giving birth I personally had a out of body experience.
Welcoming life into this world, Something went iffy. I could scarcely hear the sounds on the hospital’s speakers
code blue. Nurses and doctors routinely and expeditiously maneuvered to bring me back to existence.
I personally visualized a impression of a manlike image
embracing me, kissed me on my right cheek saying go back my child i’m not finished with you after three days slumbering I was reawakened....

Premium Member One-Way Ticket For a Gentleman
A Gentleman made his reservation in Heaven
Who had donated millions to Charity
Stood up to Bigotry and Oppression
  Fought for Justice unrelentingly

As fine a man as ever you'd meet
  No smidgen of impropriety --
Though behind closed doors
  He'd routinely mistreat
  The members of his family

The angelic tribunal examined his deeds
  And found them shockingly lacking
Thanks to an amicus brief that God chose to read
~ Wherein his wife and children sent him packing...
