A long kiss goodnight,
Atop the damp grains of sand:

Ban When They Can
Ban When They Can

Get away with when they can,
Seems to be the role of a man;
Hair receded;
Still succeeded;
This bad habit should try to ban.

noise of thought having receded
base instincts too have been weeded
all that cascades within is bliss
we know now God is all there is
our mind and heart, to Him ceded...

Unfortunately
They thought would never end
but was counted breaths
sun receded
lost shadows

it was destined to fade
we know most remote

Last Ten Years
pushed to the cliff's edge
by demonic voices
one step shy
of tilting over
plunging to my demise
I receded
a thin hope
pulling me back
transforming my tears
into diamond words
shining in the darkness...

Rainbow Heart
Rainbows know no trickery.

They are but a reflection of
     God
     Himself
in a heaven-sized water droplet.

A promise made a millennium ago
as the floods receded after 40 days.

The purest logic sent from above....

Premium Member Early Morning Shadows
Early morning shadows like mists
Creep across the lower ridges
Settle down into the hollows
Like the pervasive poverty
Of the hill country.
By noon the mists have lifted
The shadows receded
But poverty remains.

Hair Turn Gray
To turn gray hair proceeded
While line of it had receded
Might have looked distinguished
Hair color was extinguished
More dye added when needed.

Would Go Back If Preapproved
Would you back?
If qualified
If pre approved
If an outstanding fate awaits?

What about now
Listen to friendly voices
A mirage by other means

Let me step outside
The sun is beating down
Space has erased
Distance has receded
Time has eclipsed

Just a dial tone....
Social karma bashing...

Swimming
The sight of the blue water
Shook me with great fear.
A small pool turned into an ocean
And I cried loudly in tension.?

The sight of the blue water
Was one I had to savor.
Fear and tension receded
While bravery and determination succeeded

The sight of blue water
Finally became much sweeter....

Thirst for love aflame in our heart
Erst stirrings of lust receded
Burst of bliss each moment does start
First things first, lower mind weeded

Residual attachments fade
Central funnel within aglow
Brutal clear truth; call spade a spade
Miracle dawns on hearts mellow

The Wisdom of Wine and Gin
My hair has receded and my belly grown fat
There’s hair growing in my ears and I don’t like that
My joints ache all the day and I have troubles with peeing
I’m tired all the time and have glasses for seeing
Gravity has taken over putting life in a downward spin
No wonder I enjoy drinking a little wine and gin...

As we put putted out
into the estuary, the
sounds of the city
receded, the tang of
sea filled my nostrils
and the water turned
from brown to aqua.
Danny put out the lines
but all was quiet so I
whittled a piece of spruce,
letting the shavings drift
in our wake, as I sucked
a hard yellow candy
waiting for my sockeye....

I Am Here
From the moment of my creation
I have adorned myself
   for your arrival
Ten thousand days I have
   walked out to meet you

Island have receded
Mountains have crumbled
Rivers have dried

Only my body has expanded
   beyond itself
To spread from Sunrise to Sunset
   covering the earth

Wherever you are now
You are with me...

Big waves

the waves came in, went out
when the rocking abated
her heartbeat came back to normal
soon,too, the glistening sun receded

seashells and seaweed came, and went ashore
but it was the big waves that came in, and went out
starting as a ripple and curling
at the end, crashing, that made her shout

The Day the Rhyme Died
I know I may be kidding myself,
many see it as absurd.
But just because they think that way...
does it kill the written word?
Should I not write in rhyme,
Because it's no longer formal?
When did expression through the art of words,
become so strict and normal?
If the melody has died,
and the ancient bards subside...
then I shall mourn the loss of beauty,
that has receded into the tide....

The bliss current gently purrs
Within the Sushumna erect
As of resonation chakras stir
A rapturous throb we detect

Presence has no preference
And ego urges having receded
Innocence dances in exuberance
Enjoying fruits long ago seeded

As magnetism within heightens
Pillar of love & light within aglow
All lifetron pulsations brighten
In spacial silence & stillness slow

Premium Member Essence of Divine Presence
Blissful tranquil calm descends upon us,
as boundaries slowly begin to blur.
Ego having receded, makes no fuss,
as we tune into vibrations upper,
where the mist of divine bliss does hover.
The shift within is not an attainment;
what it is, is a quiet contentment.
There resides no separate self within
beseeching any egoic attainment.
What remains, is throbbing bliss elation.

Birthday Lament
I'm mailed sweet birthday cards
full of warmest regards …
	but with vision so blurred
	I just can't read a word,
I long to be twenty again …

then wife bakes me that cake
so a wish I may make
though I don't have the breath
	to assure candles' death,
now forty sounds all right to me …

she next coos on my lap
and proposes we nap,
	but yearning's receded,
	in bed I'm impeded,
I'll settle for sixty, okay?...

Last night… When I closed my eyes I saw a long black hallway And a white door in the distance Illumined only by faint candlelight Which flickered desperately Against the oppressive darkness I walked alone towards the door But with each step it receded Its shape shifting into shadows My vision blurred by panic and tears I stood paralyzed by despair Until I vanished into my own night

Carte Blanche
To Israel Kamakawiwo, IZ

Tell him the sea has receded and the stars are jumping on its bare bed.
Tell him that history was a seagull hungering our names.
Tell him, if he is silent, if he isolates himself, God appeased the volcano,
 created for us this island.
Tell him that I wait for him under the almond tree, barefoot and still tousled,
with shimmering hoops. Hawaii, Izzy surfing clouds, playing ukulele....

Turn the Flame To Maximum
I boarded my hot air balloon
And set my sights on high,
I turned the flame to maximum
And headed for the sky.

Below, the land receded
As I joined the mighty blue,
The sky was my ocean,
Heavenwards I flew.

Earthbound things now disappeared
I embraced serenity,
As I sailed the atmosphere
Contentment called on me.

Alone, but not lonely,
Detached, but still aware.
Truly I'd found heaven,
As I drifted in the air....

Zombies Everywhere
i cherish the days the flames had receded
abominations, full of scorn, forever retreated,
their will to taste the flesh, all but depleted.
a relationship built on death, no longer needed.

for passion and yearning, i never once fought,
a struggle, an attempt, forever forgot,
the affection, my inner soul, blooms, all but has rot.
bamboozled and betrayed, what a tender plot.

A Skip In Time
Receded water exposing precious gems,
father and daughter walking through
this gold mine to get to the water's edge,
picking each gem with a perfect shape,
turning them in our hands to get the right feel,
then pulling back and letting them fly,
Skip, skip, skip... across the water they go,
laughter fills the air,
again and again...
skip, skip, skip, skip
look how far they go,
we compete, we laugh, we love...
precious gems and precious time....
