Pew Phew
There was a bishop whose sermons were boring
Seven hours long made members begin snoring.
The bishop took offense
But he had no defense.
Busted bladders had warped all the flooring....

A swirl of amaretto
Revolves in my coffee -
Like a galaxy -
Shimmering and slow.

Dawn is utterly quiet;
Moon beams - thin and long -
Cleave to the flooring
Each protracted moment....

Winter Knight Minichu
Through my chest, Winter slips
Her chill as a coat of arms;
Honed breathlessness—

The whitest of white; milky touch—
She has a warming heart's warning,
As the frost dribbles out of Her clutch.

Pass dark's storming
Snow angels by morning
Heavy ice flooring

Through my chest, Winter slips—
She has a warming heart's warning,
Heavy ice flooring....

I Am
I am
the smile that melts from your lips when you see something you will you hadn't
the squeak and squeal of your shoes on tile flooring after it rains
the smell of toast burning in a cold kitchen that normally smells of citrus
the sparkle in a child's eye when a dog pounces and rolls all over them
the light of the moon on a dark dirt road guiding you home
I am gone...

Two Tom Cats.
Two tom cats..
One white,one black.

The white one is may be deaf
But hisses and pisses

to mark his territory.
He enters the black cat's flat

and attacks without warning.
Fur flying ,cats growling,

wet stuff on the flooring.
The remains are scars the

claws and teeth tore.
We chide , separate them

and suggest de sexing....
waterspraying's effective....

Premium Member The Haunting
Abandoned houses are meant for exploring, I am way too curious to walk on by; and don't mind the creaking, slopping old flooring, but while inspecting this house it seemed to sigh. I could hear rain pouring and the wind roaring, and from somewhere deep pigeons began to fly; then I saw her float all wispy down the stairs, and I ran so fast I knocked over old chairs.

Inoculation
Into the dark, twisting and turning, burning blood a plague's wording
words
mean
nothing

Protection against disease and yearning, a mystery in the mourning
She saw it so much
it
means
nothing

Down the rabbit hole, six feet under a learning, their history in the morning
So waken the dead
it
means
everything

Everything full circle, never been so boring, a realization so flooring
You
are
inoculated...

Balance Beam
There it is
Hard steel
Lined in felt
Walk the line
Toe to heel
Cards dealt
...hmm

Movement limited
Agility required
Success after failure
Repetition inspired
...hmpf

Music added
Flowing vibration
Fear dissipated
Leaping without hesitation
...triUMPH

Flooring preferred
Elevation elation
Not required
No name
No fame
Heart fired

F Word Floor
If you have ever redesigned before,
You have redone your floor.

It could be carpet, wood or tile,
Really whatever is your style.

Outback, you can refashion the deck,
It really looks like a wreck.

Call me at my store
And I will meet you at the door.

My samples I will bring,
We can have it installed by Spring.

Guarantee, they never looked so good.
I can do it at my house, I think I should....

2 B Loved Hate Myself In the Morning Doing the Walk of Shame
2 Be,

Is not be loved

In state of bare undressed

Neither is a cuddle

Nor soiled underwear opon bedroom flooring

After sexual contact after the fact

If all that's left is circumspect

Just luke warm hot release subsidies ever so quickly

Needed to be mopped up

Following by the walk of shame

Then what's the point

Of going through all that will

In the end

Will only make 1 hate oneself...

Dance
Dance puts off a powerful feeling,
A feeling of floating, a feeling of gleaming,

Nothing matters when you are on that floor,
Nothing less and nothing more,

The people around you now mean nothing,
As you glide across that flooring,

The wood gives you splinters and you don’t care,
The wood somehow feels as soft as air,

You feel a sense of deliberation,
You somehow would not care,
If the audience was the whole population,...

Premium Member Wet Dream
I once dreamt that I still were awake
Had to pee, my legs started to shake
My wife, she turned in our bed
Then wet, she woke up and said
"I dreamt that I fell into a lake"

By accident, I peed while snoring
Holy crap, my wife, she was roaring
She kicked me out of the bed
Peed-off at me...she had said
"Tonight you're sleeping on the flooring"

On the Blazing Grounds of the World
On the blazing grounds of this world,
Violence is making a feast of Peace,
Gunmen, Bombers, Forces now build
Future of globe over ruined edifice.

On the blazing grounds of this world,
Mighty people now dance on flooring
Of destruction, in red lights of blood,
Where Blades of Tyranny is glaring.

On the blazing grounds of this world,
Hounds of hatred, hypocrisy, hostility
Hunts the Innocent in burning mould
And flares of Fire surround Humanity....

The Lobby
A lobby's meant to represent
The building it is fronting,
To welcome all who enter
From the elements it's blunting.

It may be fancy, to impress
Or functional and boring
But either way, it greets us
From its ceilings to its flooring.

And whether an apartment, office,
Inn or a hotel,
The lobby sends a message
Not too easy to dispel.

It lets us know if we fit in
Or if we don't belong
And nothing can convince us
That our feelings might be wrong....

Droplets
I felt a bead of sunlight
As it fell upon my crown
And chased away the frigid night
That blanketed this town.

The sun first came in droplets
And soon roused the sleeping trees,
Which shook away the night’s regrets
And all of its unease.

In time it started pouring
And drenched the waking grounds,
Covering the earthly flooring
With pitter patter sounds;

Sounds that formed a symphony
That danced across the town
For all the world to hear and see
The sunlight coming down....

Premium Member Prayers of Ancient Oak
ancient oak got on his knees
the best he could considering he is older
and his roots are creaking, and his knees no longer bend
he needed guidance, and he knew where to go.
God heard and answered ancient oak’s plea.
a few months later ancient oak was put into a house.
making lovely banisters, poles, window ledges
thank you! Ancient oak said to God.
he had always wanted to be appreciated.
“look at this beautiful oak flooring!” the new homeowners said.
his prayers had been answered....
