I Am

I am the smile that melts from your lips when you see something you will you hadn't the squeak and squeal of your shoes on tile flooring after it rains the smell of toast burning in a cold kitchen that normally smells of citrus the sparkle in a child's eye when a dog pounces and rolls all over them the light of the moon on a dark dirt road guiding you home I am gone
