Premium Member PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR ANSWERING OUR REQUESTS

October 18 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Mark 10-12

Key Verse – Mark 10:51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR ANSWERING OUR REQUESTS

Praise be to God for answering our requests:
Enabling us in our efficient toiling
Encouraging us toward earnest trust
Exhorting us for energetic thanksgiving
Empowering us along His enlightening truth
Exposing us to exemplify triumphant testimony

Mark 11:22 Praise be to the Lord for
charging us to have faith in Him:
Strongly standing upon His Scriptures
Sturdily serving along His standards
Steadfastly seeking His sufficiency
Sincerely showing His satisfaction
Serenely sharing His salvation

Mark 12:41-44 Praise be to the Saviour for
honouring our giving that is:
Cheerful by His generosity
Confident because of His grace
Compassionate through His greatness
Circumspect along His gearing guidance
Committed upon His gripping governance. Amen!

Premium Member Requests To Santa

Could you be my best friend? The penguin asked.
And my best friend? A snowman queried.
I can be all of your best friend, Santa replied.
The best answer of all in case your friends ask you.

Premium Member The Pen and the Paper

Did the pen write one's mind
The paper has no rights to interfere
Everyone has his own secrets
Dreams and requests
You have no rights to question
Unless you are deprived of
An equal and fair share on earth

Premium Member A Reserved Place In Your Heart

When money intervenes
There is little resistence
When man thinks of money
There is no place for others
Not even God
Whenever man thinks of God
There are too many requests
Money, power, happiness, longivity and many more
But man always
Forgets to reserve a place in the heart
For "Him", the almighty god.

The Same Love the Lord Requests

Is the same love we possess
Look out for one another
Be kind to each other
Love your neighbour
As does your Savior
Offers leadership
Through new friendships
Protection he does give
Through his life we do live
Never held a grudge
Replaced it with love
Protecting our hearts above it all
For God shall never allow us to fall

Premium Member Santa On Zoom

This year Santa's requests come by Zoom
And a flat-chested Miss full of gloom
She asked 'please do your best'
I'd love a double D breast
He obliged and she's now in full bloom..

Another asked for a new nose
'Cause the one I’ve got just grows and grows
Truly I am not fibbing
And I take so much ribbing
You should hear the din when it blows.

Santa soon became really depressed
He'd had so many awkward requests
He felt so fool of doom
He got rid of his Zoom
And concluded a letter is best.

Received Several Requests

Received Several Requests

Did receive several requests to write this:
Point may refuse or maybe might miss;
Am bad news bearer;
Trump is holy terror,
And daily own death he does often kiss.

Jim Horn

Any Final Requests

Behold! The reaping gantry.
Dusted lungs and coiling flame
Silver pity from his seduction
Serpent shedding no final gain,

A toll to pay your darkness
as she ponders memory lane
light seeping through the shadows
what once was will still remain,

Bleeding sight from all who know me
Shall not quench my unknown pain
As I am dancing with the devil
what once was shall still remain,

I Whisper farewell to last prayers
as the black wolf howls my final tune
from the bagpipes he lays his mystery
now I'm a roving quite like you.

My Lady Requests So Much

Shall I splash love into your gay heart
gift a golden treasure beneath your feet
setting my sail into your longing chart
my heart quickly pulsating to your beat

Shall I chain my mind to your sexy dream
clouds of hope wrapped deep into your quests
Tasting the sweetest drops from your steam
slavishly hold each of your love requests

Shall I now set my hopes onto your all
embracing your charms every night's feast
Set my heart to your every beck and call
worship your beauty as a loyal priest

Nay, my love I shall gift to you with strings
Requesting songs of your love that rings!

Robert J. Lindley 08-28-2014

note: All requests are granted.
I that trades love for love find a
treasure beyond all measure!

Blasphemous Facebook Repost Requests

Blasphemous Repost Requests

By Elton Camp

“If you love God, repost this is what I say.
If so, he will do you a favor right away.”

What possibly motivates this stupid request?
Inviting and urging you to put God to the test

As if on Facebook he trains his beaming eye
So that those who repost he is going to spy

“That person did the repost especially fast.
I’ll do him a favor before a minute can pass.”

“But I’ll take time from managing the universe
That unbeliever who didn’t to especially curse.”

At least to me, it absolutely does seem
Such repost requests actually blaspheme

Who authorized the poster to speak for God?
Doesn’t that appear to you to be quite odd?

Such repost requests I intensely abhor
And plan to continue simply to ignore

Those Obnoxious Facebook Game Requests

Those Obnoxious Facebook Game Requests

By Elton Camp

Anthony’s weiner I’d nearly as soon see
As your game request number thirty-three

You sent another as you’ve done before
And once again, I fully intend to ignore

Of all things the Facebookers post,
I despise game requests the most

They are just so disgustingly inane
From sending more, please refrain

Your idiot dog’s pic is better than that
Or even one showing your hairball cat

Perhaps this will help you to realize
How much game requests I despise

Hearts Requests

I CAME WITH OPEN HEART AND MIND
                        WITH PRAYER REQUESTS;
                             FOR HE KNOWS WHATS BEST
PLAINS I MAKE I LEAVE WITH YOU
YOU MAY CHANGE THEM AS YOU CHOOSE
LOVED ONES WHOM HAVE THE WAY
COME BACK I PRAY ,AN ANSWER MEANS SO MUCH
THOSE WHO NEED ,THOSE WHO FEAR
MAY HAVE YOUR PEACE WITH A HEALING TOUCH
                                                  TO BE COMPLETE USE ME
THAT I MIGHT DO WHATEVER I DO
                                                       WHEVER IGO
LOVE TO OTHERS ONLY TO SHOW ME THE WALK.

Please Critique My Write - Why I Refuse Such Requests

Please Critique My Write

By Elton Camp

There’s a request from which I intend to shrink
“I want you to tell me what you really think”
It may seem to ask your honest opinion to tell
But unless it’s praise they’ll be as mad as hell

Although I’ve gotten pulled into this trap before
That’s certainly not going to happen any more
Even if the write is dull, error-filled and trite
What they want to hear is your endless delight

Even the slightest criticism will drive them wild
It’s almost as if you had just slapped their child
And whether it’s a stranger or some friend,
Know that you’ll never hear from them again

But you must expect them to publicly criticize
And say you are presumptuous, mean and tell lies
But, to your advantage that actually may work
For you’ll never again have to deal with that jerk

Life's Requests 2

Life’s requests 2

Long in thought stare sadder eyes
When summers leaves wither and die,
Until the music from out our lost intent
Speak words of life’s request

Expressions hold impressions felt
Over the failing land, our motherland;
And like words spoke once of promises told
Sound our life’s request

See not the bright tomorrow fare
Until gone this wearied night,
And the moments held in times resolve
Are like those of life’s request

This, our time of sun shines breadth
Here in a place our thoughts are bound,
And the music from out our lost intent
Are like words of life’s request
