Ex Absenti

Dripping with sin, I climb.
mine eyes burn, unblinking.
I have seen a thousand crimes.
each one a tooth in dark.
each one a hymn gone rancid.
the pit of absence breathes.
it feeds on nameless hours.
crawling endlessly, it seems.

I keep my hands in ash.
I keep my mouth in iron.
silence repeats my verdict.
no saints arrive, no banners.
only the bruise of memory.
only the stench of mercy.
my ribs learn stubborn cadence.
my pulse drags a rusted chain.

I rise by counting losses.
I rise by swallowing smoke.
the walls confess in wet tongues.
the dark writes laws on skin.
yet I make my way up.
step after step, unholy.
eyes burning, still I look.
and do not look away.

God your relentless

God your relentless

That struck a note
Hit me in my bones
Made my blood run cold
It hit like a fatal blow

I didn't like this feeling
am i being a clinger
Like a wet piece of hair
Stuck on your finger

Sour note
in my throat
Like a i should be a float
In the river of shame

Do not like that phrase
On this case
It wasn't intended with care
It was for dullard

I am going to walk away
And that is where I will stay
Out of your hair
In my rightful place

Woe to those who call evil good
    and good evil,
who put darkness for light
    and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
    and sweet for bitter.
                    ~Isaiah 5:20

Woe unto the one that twisted her heart
to love the vagabond with honeyed tongue,
whose poison turned a joy-filled day
into relentless night.

Curse the lips that gave cruel lies as truth,
words that shuttered starlight in the velvet night,
and caused the dawn to cry
with anguish in love’s ruins.

His every kiss did leave its scar in virgin flesh,
and every promise became a dirge within her soul,
a heart that once beat in rhapsody
now beats in heavy requiem.

Relentless

With relentless eyes, she looks up at the stormy sky,
watching the sad faces silently go by.
She holds a fire burning deep inside,
a quiet promise she won’t let die.

The wind may howl, the night may fall,
but she stands tall, refusing to crawl.
With burning passion and a once-silent mouth,
she gets up strong — there’s no turning south.

Premium Member Hope is Relentless

There is a persistent embrace,
a longing and a kissing,
a childlike giggling,
a free and predictable smile.

Life foresees every dawning,
foretastes every light ray,
foretells every essence,
forecasts every ambience.

Life proclaims every mountain top,
every sultry, tangled jungle,
every scorched and waterless desert,
every fathomless ocean floor.

Dreams are uncharted roadmaps,
virtual animated realities,
virtual luminous mysteries,
virtual unconscious answers.

When we are manhandled,
our humanity maligned,
our freedoms denied,
Hope must never leave us.
Hope is a relentless tomorrow.

When we flee the crackdown,
the masked, menacing Gestapo,
our imprisonment in foreign Gulags,
Hope must never leave us.
	Hope is a relentless tomorrow.

For there is always a daybreak,
ever another awakening,
ever a perennial blossoming,
a season of conception.
Hope must never leave us.
	Hope is a relentless tomorrow.

Premium Member Relentless Love

Whatever I may face in life,
Or hardship that I go through,
You should know there is nothing
That will change my love for you.

If there were a thousand times
You managed to break my heart,
There would be a thousand times
I'd pick up each broken part.

I'd use my love for you as a
Band-Aid to hold my heart together,
Wrapped up in this powerful love,
I know my heart will always weather.

The love I possess for you will
Show its relentless and true.
Throughout any adversity in life,
Know I will always love you.

Long Hours and a few Dying Flowers

Long hours tick by, slow and cold
As petals drop, and beauty grows old
A few dying flowers, once full of grace
Now wilted, faded, without a trace

Of vibrancy, of life, of color bright
Leaving only memories, a distant light
The hours drag on, a relentless pace
As beauty fades, and time takes its place

Yet in the wilting, there's a strange allure
A poignant beauty, a fleeting allure
A reminder that life is short and sweet
And every moment, we must seize and greet

So let us cherish the flowers, dying though they be
And honor the hours, long and slow as they may be
For in their fragile beauty, we find a truth profound
That life is precious, and every moment, a treasure to be found.

Rain Before Radiance

The skies weep tears of sorrow and pain,
On those who long to feel the warmth of sunshine's gain.
It's as if the heavens themselves conspire,
To test the hearts of those who most desire.

The rain falls hard, a relentless beat,
On souls who yearn for joy, but find only defeat.
Yet in the darkness, a spark remains,
A glimmer of hope, a light that still sustains.

For in the depths of sorrow, a strength is born,
A resilience that rises, like the morning dawn.
And though the rain may fall, and the winds may blow,
The sun will shine again, and the heart will glow.

So hold on tight, dear one, don't lose your way,
For the sun will shine brightest, after the rainiest day.

Relentless beast

Cancer, a relentless beast, shadows creep,
Day or night, it strikes, no sleep.
A force so dark, yet we rise above,
With fire in our hearts and boundless love.

The Relentless Saga Part 3: The Knife In The Dark

Betrayal cuts deepest when it wears a smile,
a friend turned foe, a shadow turned to blade.
You plotted with my enemies, unseen,
waiting for the moment to strike your blow,
believing trust once shattered could destroy.

But know that karma stands, a silent judge,
the friend who writes the ledger of our deeds.
Each wound you left became a spark in me,
a fire no treachery could ever douse.
I rise, defiant, forged from pain and steel,
a flame that lights the path, relentless, fierce.

The Relentless Saga Part 2: The Eternal Defiance

To my last breath, I will live and defy,
unyielding in resolve, my enemies,
know this: I will never, ever yield.
Each strike you planned has only sparked my blaze,
a light so fierce it sears the world itself.

I rise beyond defeat, unbroken, whole
my life not mine alone, but theirs I guard.
I breathe, I fight, I live, unyielding flame,
the proof that I will not be overcome.
A warrior bound by love and rage alike,
burning through shadows, claiming the dawn.

The Relentless Saga Part 1: The Relentless Flame

I am the flame that refuses to burn out,
a force unmatched, relentless in its rise.
I fight not just for me, but for my own
to be the father, man, and guide they need,
the unyielding pillar in storm and calm.

This battle is no marriage of convenience;
it is a contract written in sweat and blood,
a pact between duty and raw, searing will.
Every dawn I face, each burden I bear,
a testament that I will not surrender.

Premium Member I could not talk about it, so I wrote a poem

Hard work and success go together,
As a human being, we are recognized with awards and honors,
But there are many creatures in the world,
Those who work very hard, never recognized, but achieve their goals.

The ants, with their tiny bodies and mighty strength,
Toil tirelessly, hoping they will never lose,
They carry burdens, marching in a line,
Their unwavering spirit, a divine inspiration.

The bees, gather nectar, a task they willingly bear,
Their hard work is not in vain, those who try never lose,
They build their hive with precision and care,
Their unity and diligence, a lesson we can share.

And amidst the forest, the mighty beavers reside,
Building dams and homes with unwavering pride.
Their hard work and perseverance, a testament true,
That with determination, there's nothing we can't do.

Failure is a challenge, accept it,
See what is missing and improve it,
Unless you succeed, give up your peaceful sleep,
Don’t run away from the battlefield of struggle,
There is no glory without doing something,
Those who try never lose.

Premium Member Chaos

Our world seems to be filled with endless waves of chaos
Everywhere you turn it tends to be following us
Where can you go to avoid its relentless grip on everyday life
Trying to confront it just seems to add to our strife
We seem to be drawn to it as it is casting its spell on us
It seems that its main goal is just to create a lot of fuss
Our world has created this creature that we need to destroy
By working together we must develop a strategy that we can deploy
It will do everything in its power to make sure we continue to submit
Let. 's all slow down for a moment and take a deep breath, it, 's really time to eliminate it
Chaos now seems to be a very big part of our daily lives
Should we choose to accept this, or perhaps do something about it so it does not continue to thrive

It's rough
          and tumble,
life's frenetic
          race,
we stumble
          and struggle
to outrun
          a whirlwind,
leaving moments
          as specters
of the past,
          grasping
at shadows
          and chasing
fading dreams
          upriver
in time's
          relentless
stream.
