contented dog
stretches and yawns
no room for me
If I was any more relaxed, I would be melting
others are scrambling today
there are graduations all over the state
I am sitting in the shade with my two dogs
there is a bee overhead, she appears to be black
probably because I am staring into the sun
I keep seeing her fat shadow
In the distance I hear a twittering robin
If I felt like struggling, I could hear a truck or car
the guy next door just dropped something big
It must have been substantial, sounded like a two by four
This is the country
Our houses are three football fields apart
there is a whistle type whoop
another songbird
answering chirp
these fowl may be plotting my death
but I am too relaxed to care
Relaxed
Long walk
The path is straight
The breeze is warm and gentle
I amble along, no deadlines
To meet.
Assimilates with fireworks in the sable blue sky, the luminous daffodil orb emitted from the statue’s torch - twin towers intact. Demi-towers stand tall as the celebrant colors sizzle and whiz, like exploding stars, overhead. The city “that never sleeps,” a memory candle framed over my mantle, hemming in New York Harbor with its endless billowing sails. Red, orange, yellow, snow-white, cerulean passion at its happiest peak. The Lady stands relaxed, welcoming, even the two ‘copters. No one’s unhinged, fearing for ash, no human wears a pair of wings. If only time stood still as a piece of art.
New York was so relaxed Lady Liberty was slumbering with snores.
There was a garbage strike, and the taxis were sauntering with oars.
No one was excited, hot dog men were yawning in their wheat buns.
It was a lazy August day, and Central Park had many quiet nuns.
Atlantic ocean was taking a sabbatical, the pizza palors were napping.
The dogs and cats were dead asleep, no animals were crapping.
Tourists were taking naps on almost every kind of stoop.
Pigeons were deep in meditation in every single coop.
Health supplement rages nowadays
It's said to improve health
And so maybe for a better health
And so maybe for a longer life span
And so maybe for a more relaxed life
A pharmacist may introduce
A variety of health supplement
But we feel suspicious
Because we're spiritually unsafe
Maybe we need a religion
Maybe we need some leisure
Maybe we need some friends
Maybe we need our family
Maybe we need love and affection
Maybe we need a dream
Health supplement alone
Won't accomplish what we need
Spiritually
Unless we fall sick
Health supplement alone
Won't accomplish what we need
Spiritually
Maybe the bible
A supplement from heaven
Will do
day breaks
house wakes
bright dawn
last yawn
hot brew
on cue
dew dries
time flies
shade trees
light breeze
relaxed
muse taxed
pen’s still
thoughts nil
nap calls
pad falls
snoozer
loser
muse fled
deadhead

Somber; Mist outside.
It falls with quiet beauty.
Unforeseen Comfort.
I sit in my armchair relaxed
let my mind wander

She relaxed into the hourglass of her mind
Safely hidden from those who would hate her
Not for what she had done
Or for who she was
But simply for her ethnicity
Or her skin color
Or her blonde hair
Or because she belonged to that family….
She relaxed into her imaginary world
Safely squired away into herself,
Enjoying peace of mind
Silence of heart
Bliss of doing only what she wanted
Unencumbered by friends
Who would want something
Want to take her time
Stealing her energy
Stealing her power
She relaxed into her soul
Enjoying her freedom
Freedom to spend her days
Doing what she wanted
Exactly when she wanted to do it
Without being bogged down by those
Who would try to take her happiness away
Through selfish pursuits of their own.
Yes, we spoke till midnight
shared heartfelt thought.
Your glance watched with delight;
there's no rethought.
Realize you aright,
I feel your thought.
Your gesture speaks feelings
I realize.
Your look, I know meaning
I'm not surprised.
No, I'm not concealing
felt mesmerized.
Even when you're silent, I constantly
get your communication instantly.

Today will have joy
Today will have stress
I will be Calm And Relaxed
Today with less TV
Today with more walking
I will be Calm And Relaxed
Today without negative politics
Today without news
I will be Calm And Relaxed
Today without comfort food
Today with the Word
I will be Calm And Relaxed
Today without yelling
Today with patience for others
I will be Calm And Relaxed
Bad drivers on the road
Can pass me by
I will be Calm And Relaxed
Quality time with family
Quality time with close friends
I will be Calm And Relaxed
My attitude is so important
To achieve the joys in my life
That is why I will be Calm And Relaxed
Just writing this
Has helped me be
Calm and Relaxed
TV has captured me fully today.
I am not struggling.
Sophie dog is loving it.
Peapod snuggled in our dual Lazy Boy heaven.
Bag of salty chips and tissues at arm’s reach.
I give Sophie gentle pats
Wondering if she notices
Her snores are loud
Lulling me toward nap-like feelings.
We will move to the couch next
To stretch out more fully
Until bed time.
Perfect winter day where school was cancelled.
Sometime I feel so depressed
And sometime situations is too bad
I loss my smile and eyes full with tears
I just close my eyes and sit so quite
At that time need some shoulders
Try to remember memories in my mind
After some silence I brought smile
After a while feel so kind
Relaxed and comfortable .....
On A Relaxed Recline On A Spring’s Soft-Sunny Day
=====================================
This cool country and this calm forenoon,
Singing birds and murmuring stream—
Far from that noise and dust of the concrete city.
This recline in half sun and half shade,
By the blooming willows, in the grassy yard of my lonely wooden cottage,
Is princely and priceless...
'As I recall the scene-- those weak, naked,
Indian laborers on a blazing summer’s day
In the heat of brick kiln.'
Reading an American poet, and imagining his horse ride
By some dark woods on a snowy day.
With a bowl of plane water,
And a view of a very high elevated, pillar less, blue-like roof,
And heavy woods’ walling all around the town.
And adding spice into the fantasies-fun
With the musical memories of my love-days.
