Relaxed Guitar

Plucked notes tremble on sunlit frets,

      
          hushing the clamor of the day.
 

My beloved and our children’s chords,
 
      
         triad merging in quiet symphony.


Even minor intervals taste sweeter,


        diminished dismay, augmented mirth.
