You call Him a God of pain, a master of a cruel terrain,
But how else does a sleeping soul break its heavy mortal chain?
If the world were only comfort, a soft and endless sleep,
We would never look inside ourselves, nor ever climb the steep.
You say He stands aloof and high, ignoring every tear and cry,
While forcing helpless, fragile things to bow beneath His sky.
He is a loving Father, guiding heirs through shifting sands,
Our training is the molding of His patient, tender hands.
But look closer at the "True Sons" and the paths of thorns they trod—
It was not a cosmic punishment, but the wounding of a God
Who bleeds within the creation, who shares the heavy weight,
Not a tyrant on a distant throne deciding human fate.
The illusion is a heavy fog, the fray is fierce and blind,
But the pressure of the dark is what refines the human mind.
He does not demand perfection from the lost who weep and pray,
But the cracks inside our broken hearts let the light illuminate the way.
For love is not a gentle sun that keeps us safe from harm,
Sometimes it is the winter wind that wakes us to the dawn.
Shredded into fragments,
mistaken for beauty—
a towering aberration
bred in covenant with god,
an unholy union.
Immaculate conception rewrites
the geometry of order.
The primordial gods witness it—
and something ancient in them breaks.
War arrives
where silence should have ruled.
A consummation of man and divinity
splinters the sacred spine of civilization.
A lineage without origin,
a design without restraint—
humanity diagramming its own collapse.
How did it come to this?
A mirror once held before God
caught a fracture of light—
a spark mistaken for permission.
From that error
something is carried down:
a stolen architecture
dragged through the conduits of heaven.
It was never meant to descend.
In human hands,
such knowledge refines itself
into a quieter form of extinction—
polished, patient, almost tender.
It learns to laugh
as it erases.
Until only dust remains
with voices inside it saying:
men lived here.
"May is the month of promise and
the sweet beginnings of summer."
__Unknown :
Our month of May sneaks in on quiet feet
when April rain has done its duty well
hydrating roots and plumping buds to seat
on leafy stems and limbs to show-and-tell
maturity will bloom in summer's spell.
Neither too hot nor cold, its fragrant air
leads us comfortably to be aware,
May bows to June for warmer days and nights
and summertime to rule with all its flair-
with fuller blooms and longer-day delights.
A Chapel lives within the Chest—
No Steeple, yet it sings—
Its Hymns are stitched in Breath and Bone,
With unrecorded Strings—
The Sabbath walks on quiet Feet—
Through Kitchens—Fields—and Care—
No Bell is tolled, yet Conscience knows
The Hour that waits in Prayer—
A Discipline of gentle Fire—
Refines the mortal Clay—
Not scourge—but tender urgencies
That will not drift away—
I found my Piety in Acts—
A Cup—a Hand—a Word—
The smallest Mercy, humbly done,
Becomes the loudest heard—
To visit Grief—unheralded—
To bind the unseen Wound—
To sit beside the Failing Light
And make no pious Sound—
For Faith is not a Shouting Thing—
Nor Thunder from Above—
It moves in quiet Ordinance—
The Daily Work of Love—
And if the Soul should falter—still—
The Covenant remains—
A Thread between the Dust and God
Drawn tight through hidden Pains—
So let me be—no grand Devotee—
No Scholar robed in Flame—
But one who keeps the Narrow Path
And answers to His Name—
The smile beneath the frown.
The truth you only find when everything else falls off;
A surviving light refusing to die or to be warded off.
It reeks of grit earned through dust storms and dead ends.
It’s the inheritance your soul kept hidden, evading deep ends.
An internally displaced grin, 'cause on hope it depends;
Unbeknownst to the soul when or whether this dip ends.
The smile beneath the frown; soft, quiet, stubborn.
The one life didn’t give freely but pain carved slowly.
It waits in the shadows of all you never said;
A rebellion of hope in a world that collect storms.
Some joys don’t shine, they flicker;
Like a candle fighting for breath, they linger.
The smile beneath the frown...
In a world that says you owe it your despair, it reminds you;
Joy tastes different when it’s survived tears, sweat and blood.
You become a connoisseur of quiet victories that refines you;
The kind no one claps for but Heaven stands to applaud.
Finally, as breakthrough emerges you finally understand;
The smile was never hiding, it was waiting for you to stand.
I once was of the darkness, the turmoil from within,
the shadows of a haunted past, as memories begin.
To go back and relive all the torment and pain,
to leave behind a world where, there is no gain.
To find the true you, that only by the fires, refines,
to break the chains, that held you in your confines.
To set free, from darkness in the hearts,
to show the way, that’s played by both parts.
To except us, as we are, both shadow and light,
to keep our shadows at our feet, is our true fight.
To be giver of life, that we ourselves may live,
love, peace, and compassion we give.
When two worlds stands out like night and day,
now you know that you have found your way.
A world full of light, a true world can we see,
as now we know, exactly who we be.
On this day of Thanksgiving,
A time of year most favorable
For a heartfelt reminiscing
Of those things for which I’m most grateful.
For the Father’s perfect love,
And the Son, Eternal Logos;
For the Holy Spirit from above,
And Our Lady Theotokos;
For the Church who does restore us,
And the Scriptures she maintains;
For the saints who came before us,
And the martyrs who were slain.
For my husband’s heart of gold,
And my family who’s always there;
For my silly cat, so hot-and-cold,
And my car that takes me anywhere;
For my home, a refuge from the storm,
And my job that lets me eat;
For the clothes that keep me warm,
And the shoes that shield my feet.
For the day which gives us sun,
And the quiet dominion of night;
For the summer’s carefree fun,
And the winter’s tranquil might;
For the light that corrects and guides,
And the dark that lets it shine;
For the joy we cannot hide,
And the pain that shapes and refines.
For the triumphs that make my heart sing,
And the trials that keep me grounded;
I am grateful for everything,
For by blessings I am surrounded.
God refines us, with lessons known and unknown, like the sun burns and warms, sometimes God’s lessons can hurt and reform.
Refining us to make us think, to find our way through life and find our path.
Refining us to be our best, to love, to care, to be our very best.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.
Through storms we walk, through shadows deep
Where trials wake, and sorrows seep,
The road is rough, the path unclear,
Yet courage blooms despite the fear
Each stumble teaches, each fall refines,
In darkness, strength within us shines.
The heart may break, the spirit bend,
But hope endures, it will not end.
Through ire and rain, we rise rebuild,
A steadfast soul, with purpose filled.
For trials pass, as seasons do,
and brighter skies come into view.
Through tribulations, life will show,
The depth we rise, the love we sow
Oh, to be yellow, joy wrought in petal,
Golden sun and twinkling rain.
To dance in breeze, bloom soft and unsettled,
To never weep, to know no pain.
Yet flowers fade as seasons change,
And erring foot may trample range.
But deeper roots no storm can shake,
In God’s own hand, no heart can break.
For tears we shed are cleansing rain,
That sharpens sight to see again.
Though fleeting, pain refines the heart,
In our Sculptor’s hand, a healing art.
Better human than lily’s white,
Better heart and flesh than fragile stem.
Better still, a child in God’s light
Who will not fade but rise again.
may concedes to june
when spring rebirth is complete
the time to mature -
grassy hills turn verdant green
blossoms explode with color
july soon refines
june's promise of fulfillment
expanding its gifts -
fuller and vibrant glory
paints the mature summertime
late august moves in
heading towards surrender
come autumn's flurry -
fading greens and colors hush
on their way to winter sleep
My God so loves me
Father so loves me;
Refines me I am His
His righteousness
He forgives me all my sins;
I am a child of is;
He is my hope when it's hopeless;
Father so loves me;
He's ever there for me always;
Beautiful His actions are;
Provides every and all, my needs
And when I'm alone;
I embrace and talk unto Him;
Him righteousness my sins;
he's has oh woo-hoo-oh;
He has my God so loves me;

Pain refines,
but grace restores.
This is the whisper
of strength.
There are days
when the world feels heavy,
when the echoes of yesterday
press against the walls of today.
You walk forward,
yet the past lingers like a shadow . . .
a silent presence
reminding you
where you’ve been.
But hear this:
You are not bound
by what was.
You are shaped
by your resilience,
by the moments
when you chose to rise,
even when
the weight of it all
begged you
to fall.
Pain has touched you,
but it has not
broken you.
Instead,
it carved wisdom
into your bones,
strength
into your spirit,
and grace
into your steps.
Healing comes.
Whatever storm
you walk through now,
it is not here
to consume you.
It is here
to remind you
of the fire within,
the unwavering light
that refuses to dim.
Rescue comes.
And in this chapter . . .
you choose to rise.
Let these words
settle within you.
Breathe in
strength,
exhale
doubt.
You are seen,
you are heard,
and
you are never alone.
Every challenge,
Every heartbreak,
Every struggle I've endured,
Shaped me the person I become
I let pain defines me,
I allow pain to refines me,
I learned healing isn't about
Erasing the past but integrating lessons,
Reclaiming power and using my story
To uplift others to know life's purpose.
the clockwise spiral
withdraws the universe
manifestation and movement
making potential all that is kinetic
humming at a stillness point
at core of consciousness
being the eternal I Am
then the exhalation
creative energy in motion
allows dream forms to dance
in the template of sacred geometry
wherein I Am all that is manifest
present as love’s heartbeat
within each earth entity
repeated immersions
into whirlpools of duality
gradually refines sensibilities
of eternal light of Self which I Am
that merging into heart of God
I glisten therein like a gem
radiating love and light
