I am from nowhere
And everywhere
My home is with the open road
And the setting sun
On the horizon of the Pacific
I lie awake at night
Thinking of the loves
And opportunities for intimacy
I have missed
organ
organ grinder
get out of here orange, you do not fit!
Oregon
ornate
ornery
stop it orangutan or I’ll give you something to cry about
ordinary
orthodox
or what?
Put up your dukes
Does God mourn
for every ant
that was crushed
before it was able to carry its own weight?
I apologize
For all the dandelion necks
I have snapped
The solitude of nightfall
Is more bearable
Than companionship in the light
When I saw her
I became aware
Of the Earth's gravity
And my mass tethering my body
To this rock in space
I wash my face twice a day
Once vigorously
As if I am exercising demons
Residing in my pores
And once gently
In circular, sweeping movements
Like I am washing away the crust of tears
That have come to settle on my cheeks
Sudden notions bloom,
Unfurling in silent minds,
Worlds in a moment.

Where are all those random thoughts that are filling my head
Should I get myself up or should I just stay in bed
What tasks do I need to get done today
Do I have the energy or desire to do them anyway
So much work to be done, wash the car, cut the grass
Not to mention making breakfast and taking out the trash
Time to get dressed and take the dog out for a walk
Thinking of what to wear, if I could only find the right socks
If there are so many thoughts floating around your head wondering what you can do
Try and separate them so maybe some of your dreams can come true
Your thoughts are a constant companion there, just especially there for you
Make sure the ones that make your life better that you act on them and always follow through
little high with drinks
the mind spins with delusions
sees many visions
two headed shadows
from two adjacent lamp posts
lose destinations
three deer on the trail
show their grace and elegance
quickly disappear
migratory geese
settle over fields in night
eagles are asleep
my visions are bit clear now
its time to move on for now

Clutching golden rings
The divorcees sign the end
Of a bad divorce
The stranger arrives
Grasping the death sentences
The locals refuse
Troops converge with drums
Signaling to the vultures
That prey has arrived
I have wondered about mundane things
Would they have become spectacular,
Noteworthy, perchance, balls of strings
If given purpose, a splendid piacular?
Not everything is special and/or pristine.
Actually, most things are commonplace
Not everything is a finely-tuned machine
Like the works behind the watch’s face.
So much of life, I think, is run-of-the-mill
Which accounts for same ‘ol, same ‘ol.
I am inclined to believe boredom relates
To an impetus to achieve a desired goal
It’s not good to leave life to the fates.

Let my words flow hoping it finds you
But that is like saying 5 equals two times three
Impossible right, that's how I always feel
When I think of the probability of you and me
Have you ever felt relaxed on seeing an orphaned baby dog getting a home?
Have you ever smiled on seeing a poor child eating chocolates for the first time?
Oh, why just a smile? Have you ever dropped a tear after reading the news of a successful surgery of an unknown child?
Have you ever shed a happy tear for a man who has just got his first sight?
Have you ever blessed the volunteers?
Have you ever praised the people who have donated a little amount to the charity?
If you have done any of these things before, it means you have attained bliss and so you are blessed. Not everyone feels the same like you.
not just acts of warmth
sometimes its thoughts of kindness~
that bring you the bliss
