Predominant Poems | Examples

Prince Charming

Fallen angel.
Great manipulator.
Narcissistic psychopath.
Predominant pretense.
Merely existing.
Demon.
You have dishonest eyes.
And a sinister grin.
I didn't want to see this side of you.
Even When I saw the glass as half empty, you'd pour it out.
The walls went up to infinity.
Believe what you want, you said.
Your dark eyes.
Your grappling hands.
Your explosive anger.
Your word baiting.
Your mind s.
Your love bombing.
Enough with the grooming.
Enough with the coercing.
Enough with the twisting.
Enough with the manipulating.
Enough with the stories.
Enough with the fraud.
You could never make me drink.
I saw right through.
Eyes are windows to the soul after all.
When push became shove, I went on my own.
If you don't have integrity, what do you have?
Beyond everything, stay true to yourself.
The abyss.
The black hole.
The after dark.
The soulless.
The silver lining.
The light at the end of the tunnel.

Premium Member Our World II

In this chaotic , crazy world in which we live
everyone is often subjected to unpleasant feeling.
Unfortunately , we live in the new world order,
in which the machine is the predominant
factor , which defines every activity
of our life.
Sooner than later, human will be utterly
enslaved by the machine.
It is tremendously tough times for those
creators that belong to minority
because of the stereotypes which prevail
in our society.
So, on thing is clear to me, everyone
who is a creator of Art
should be only subjugated to God...

Premium Member Greece and Ethiopia

Greece and Ethiopia have had unwavering and unbroken
bonds of friendship since ancient times.
Greece is the land of freedom and democracy, also one of the pillars
of worldwide civilization in all sectors
{philosophy, poetry , art etc.}
The great ancient Greek poet HOMER is frequently refereed to Ethiopia
in his masterpiece ILIAD.
Even the name Ethiopia comes from an ancient Greek word
{Aithiops} which means a sun-burnt face.
The source of the blue NILE is in Ethiopia, the only country
in Africa which was never colonized by western powers, with
its own ancient language:{Amharic} and history.
The predominant religion of Ethiopia is Christianity which was propagated
by Apostol Mathias. God Bless Greece and Ethiopia!!

Premium Member Unrequited love I

                 Human never bears down on
                                 elusive, explicit goals.
                         We all always bear with
                               transient sufferings.
                       Human is always sanguine
                           about breaking the golden
                                     chains.
                       Aimless thoughts neve bow
                         to a predominant rapture.
We all always put up with
                            unbridled fury successfully.
Bitter ,hot tears of the heedless
                      world streaking my heart ,and
make a stab to the soul.

                     A windy, raging fortune greets
                          gray dawn.
                      The harsh, prevailing
                      wind engulf the unerring
                                     daybreak.

MADE FOR LOVE

Created to love and be loved
Where love in it's purest is sacrificial above all things
Love seeks not its own interest but the interest of the other

But a deviation from the original design is the state of our state and the state of our mind
Everyone mindfully minding their business but business isn't possible without buyers and the sellers.
Men and women are now lovers of themselves
As self is now the predominant denominator in every form of relationship that we seek.
But this wasn't the plan

For God so loved the world that those in the world may love
But when we love we love with expectations and sometimes expectations hurt.

We hurt and make hurt
We mare, destroy, pull-down till everyone down feels hurt.
But this wasn't the plan

In love with the world he gave son and the sun to light the world for the good and the bad
For love isn't complete without
Patience, truthfulness and kindness

And when love hurts, it forgives
For love was the original design
We were made to love and be loved.
For this was our original design

Premium Member Bobby Fischer

Late, controversial American chess grandmaster, Bobby Fischer
Became an anti-semite, fugitive, hermit; career fell into a fissure

Legendary enigma with predominant wins as a chess wunderkind,
But his greatest battle was with his discombobulated mind.

Premium Member Exegesis Rhapsody

A rainbow looms outside the window
however, she lingers quietly
for the slight strips to portray twilight
as her predominant shrewdness
strive exegesis in the vault of heaven
and they retain the darkness
captivating promises flavor edible orbs
she is doused with succulence
soulful craving skin in hellish bliss
solely for squander
where there is crown motionless
is shattered by midnight rhapsody.

Premium Member Judas' Deadly Night

The wind blew constantly,
Judas felt cold, cold outside, cold inside.
He had betrayed his love.
Could he make atonement?
Show some self respect?
Will love find out
how deep his guilt was?
Must he despair?
He was truly lost.
He sat down against an olive tree
A rotten fruit fell.
His despair increased.

The Bible never mentioned what fruit Adam and Eve ate. Certainly it was not an apple. Biblical studies considered the olive trees as the most predominant in the Mediterranean. It could have been large and sweet. After the fall of Adam and Eve, the olives turned sour and shrank. So Jesus began his Passion in the garden of olives. All this is theoretical. One can believe what he wants.

Premium Member My Enticing Spirit

With your slight, your spirit shines splendidly.
Ought to never seal the pores on your skin.
They have a lot to do with your personality.
As I would bet it, you are as yet a dazzling sin.

In each case, I am fully mindful of my failure.
On the predominant side of your heart's corridor.
In any case, light can trudge through.
Each break was equipped with a drum blew.

I'm ready to perceive who you indeed are.
You are lovely in your present state.
Therefore, looking for refuge isn't bizarre.
My enticing heart was split by a scroll slate.

I embrace you, not your shortcoming.
In each view, you're as yet my bearing.

Premium Member Summer Heat

Summer hot and sultry,
I stood in my overcrowded greenhouse,
suffocating as if I were in a steam bath.
The summer orchids bloomed,
especially the cattleyas,
the indisputable queens.
They all exuded perfumes,
according to their hues.
Predominant the violet dictated
while the yellows stood subdued.

Fern plants stood still,
pleading for cool water,
little realizing that even I had need.

True Love

Love.
You do.
What is love?
Do you know it?
True love is Selfless.
It doesn't think of self.
It wants to serve the lover.
It desires lover's well-being.
It thinks only about lovers joy.
Lovers happiness is predominant.

Premium Member Sun and Moonlit Dreams

Mysterious and majestic mountains, mellow as gold,
At the sun soaked summits, sweeping clouds enfold,
Basking in brilliant beauty, beneath a boundless blue,
Welcoming willing wonder, while ages wandered by you.

Picturesque, predominant, and so pleasingly permanent,
Enormous, exotic, exhilarating, exalted time testament!
Inspiring imaginative, impassioned, illimitable dreams,
Like the lovely lazy ones, of moonlit lustrous gleams.

Life Is a Tour, a Bit Bitter, Mostly Sweet

The time comes and time passes by
Mostly dry leaves sometimes flowers
Your letters have grown fewer
Puppies I do like they are shy

Life in time are bubbles of days
Nights too, they're predominant
Football cricket movie office
Pursuits for some jasmine fragrant

A breeze came up that day while I
Was busy in looking for outstanding roses
Look there at the garden that was
That was a desert, the wind said

No, no, my superego said
Pointing at the cured depressed
I just held her hand in her blues
Lent my ear to sounds of her breasts

Now came the ripples on the shore
It's the expression of the truth
of life, murmurs of water said
A bird whistled, yes, it's the core

She came, put up a while, set out
What is life, just a joy trip
If you can leave a small garden
What more meaning you can call for

You come, put up a while, set out
Life is a tour, a bit bitter, mostly sweet

Cold Vibes

Art is a virtue
Still life too realistic
I see the cold insinuations
Yet it too builds a wall
With good intentions
I push the brush
And dip into lush hues
Painting to my hearts consent
Then words hush
I sit in solitude as well
And think
Critiques are in my head
It's LINE I define
I break it up
I continue to paint
Changing definition instead
I see space an element
It grabs me
I embrace my brush again
It overwhelms me
Painting hues
I see the virtue
It is my dream
Though it may seem
The artists hands
Predominant
The ideal
See the painting
Each stroke made it real
And the desire
It then became
Evident.
