It is now been over a decade
Since the time we first met
Memories that never fade
Finding her hard to forget
Though if l had of stayed
Within that same mind set
The price for love l payed
When my sanity under fret
What felt like a sharade
But looking for an outlet
Memories of her overplayed
With love ,loss ,anger, regret
Old write 2020 part 1 of two
Once upon a time..
There was a girl in disguise
She used to look in the mirror to wonder why she looked the way she did
She notice that no one payed attention the fact that she was a witness to a serious crime
She cried In bed almost every single night
I MEAN EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!
and tried to hide the pain she was feeling inside
Maybe that girl was me
Maybe just one day , someday she wanted to feel free
maybe I got tired of others judging me based off personality
even me ,
I carried doubts so heavily
but I found a quiet strength inside of me
and started becoming the person I was meant to be
Broken shattered pieces is what the enemy wanted me to be
But I rised up , head up and start to walk into victory
That lost girl will forever be gone
Because now as I stand Iam that seed
You will forever remember me
Once upon a time
Iam set free
Stronger than yesterday
Now I can see
My past didn't define me only made me a queen I was born to be ..
People need to know, that freedom isn’t free,
there are those who gave their life, for you and me.
Many come back wounded, they’ll never be the same,
if we don’t stand up to help them, we should sit in shame.
The things they had to go through, the things they now, must endure,
freedom isn’t free, this we see for sure.
If we’d put ourselves in their place, try and walk a mile or two,
we’d listen to our hearts, when the truth comes shining through.
They paid that price, their life for our freedom, you see,
many come back forever disabled, cause freedom isn’t free.
Be a grateful supporter, it’s our time to pay the cost,
as we live our lives, theirs they have lost.
They shouldn’t need for anything, they payed the price you see,
isn’t it our time to pay the price for them, cause freedom isn’t free.
Blitheness bears itself boldly by day,
Surmounting the summit of separative sufferance.
Ridges and ranges below bow in adoring array,
Where homage is payed to the uprising utterance.
Blitheness bears itself blandly by night,
Mollifying the wounds of the worried and the wronged.
Rills and rivulets ripple rosy in sight,
Where brutality is isolated and humanity thronged.
The Woman Who Could Talk Very Well to Cats
Years ago in a settling centre
cameras and people would flock
to marvel at The Woman
Who Could Talk Very Well. She they’d never mock.
Not talk very well to humans, only talk very well to cats in cat language not from around here.
Cats from Spain.
Cats from Japan born in any year.
Cats from Finland.
Cats from any country held dear.
She’d translate their dreams,
and their reasons for coming,
and the contributions they’d
make to the community upcoming.
But quickly the centre upset The Woman
Who Could Talk Very Well to Cats.
If they wanted to keep her there they should’ve payed
her a wage instead of paying her with stupid hats.

Miracle Man
He appears at my door
with a story that sounds real.
But the intent of his visit
is to beg, borrow, or steal.
He’ll visit for an hour
trying to build up his nerve.
To ask me for a loan,
like I’m the federal reserve.
He always asks to borrow
but he’s never payed back.
I’m told he spends it on weed
and sometimes smack.
It’s even been suggested
that due to advanced age.
He always paid me back
and my brain didn’t engage.
Now, I won’t loan him money
or give him any more work,
I’ve taught him how to treat me,
which makes me the jerk.
The Miles I have walked
To the people to whom I have talked
Brought myself along
I am sorry for the times I did wrong
Beautiful sights
Long lonely nights
Still I get by
Some days I still cry
Some days I see so much
At times I fell out of touch
I can only see so far into tomorrow
Seeking to live through my sorrow
To better days ahead that I may find
Come so far seeking peace of mind
Trying not to be left behind
Some days it feels so right
To sleep so peacefully throughout the night
Wonder if I have payed my way
With the pain from yesterday
Sun shines so bright
feels so right
To walk with my head held high
Up in the sky
Dreams I see
The person I seek to be
Is within my reach
Brought together by my life , and the lessons it had to teach
Was a small town girl,
With big city views.
Gained a reputation,
On the front page news.
Met a rich young man,
While serving hors d'oeuvres.
She noticed his smile,
He admired her curves.
She was born dirt-poor,
He topped the A-list.
They slipped out back,
For a moonlight tryst.
A heavy kiss first,
Then the garments dropped.
No sooner began,
When the flashbulbs popped.
Blinded by the lights,
And caught unaware.
An eager press core,
Took shots of the pair.
Little did she know,
This senator's son.
Running for position,
Like his father had done.
Crowned a tabloid queen,
In the blink of an eye.
Made her friends all laugh,
And her parents cry.
Everybody in town,
Wants to know her name.
Now they chase her down,
As she hides in shame.
With no repercussions,
For the senator's son.
Daddy payed through the nose,
For the office he won.
A sad twist of fate,
Nobody would choose.
That poor little girl,
Got the D.C. Blues.
First, build a big castle,
sculpting turrets like pros.
Mounding, turning, and working that dirt
with hands deft and facile,
dampening with the hose,
squished through fingers, a warm oozing squirt.
Together, thus, they played,
delighting, questing went
to faraway lands, magical mud,
imagining they payed
with rocks for gold they spent,
buying and selling fresh dragon’s blood.

A 'Blood Quill' of two stanzas, 6a:6b:9c:6a:6b:9c and 6d:6e:9f:6d:6e:9f
Crossing a street is not as simple as seen
Ask from the one, through what all hardships he has been
The speeding cars, the wild vehicles
The horns firing, amid which you can't hear your own shout.
The first step tells that you've decided
That you'll take short but a strenuous way
That you're determined to face any situation
And that you've payed no heed to the ZEBRA CROSSING
In the halfway of your hike, you stand alone
Eyeing on your target and not what you've done before
Supposedly phone rings, and it's an important call you've to pick
Meanwhile, a rushing car is approaching to kick
Instantly you jump hither and thither to save your life
But keep heading towards the end line
The last initiation left, the rest walk done
Still chances are present that vehicles finish you up
Need to be concentrated to end your run successfully
Else you'll find yourself again at the start.
Woke up this morning.
Woke out of sleep.
Woke on the radio.
Woke on TV.
Read about fascists.
Read about greed.
Read about people starving.
Read with my eyes, free thoughts in my mind indeed.
Oh, that’s so woke of me!
Woke made a sandwich.
Woke had a cup of tea.
Woke fed the birds.
Woke sent money to charities.
Woke helped an old lady.
Woke gave a tenner to a homeless stranger in need.
Woke wore a face mask when woke went shopping.
Woke heard the tories lying, lying, lying.
Woke went home to a house woke bought and payed for with hard earned money.
Woke made a meal with his woke family.
Woke relaxed with some commonwealth games on TV.
Woke went to bed where woke dreamed of of the end of the fascists ruling me.
No one heard no one listened
Now you're gone and everyone is trippin
You were so young no one payed attention
A fly on the wall a part of our life.
Our voice don't matter it hurts me to know you're gone.
No sees us no one feels our pain they look past us wishing we'd go away.
Another statistic one more dead soul. It's not your fault that that the world just didn't know
Our hearts weep now that you're gone we always saw you for the blessing that you are
You were left alone to die as in life when you needed it most no one by your side
We tried and we tried to be a family you wanted we're left to feel alone now today we cry
You're in a better place we'll miss you always please check in on us. We miss you we Need you you'll live forever in our hearts always
Rest well lost one
You'd think by now companies would have seen the light
And stopped trading in Russia and doing what is right
But many big companies are still there, raking it in
Indirectly funding that war mongerer Vladimar Putin.
See the list of companies above and remember a name
How the hell do they sleep at night, have they no shame ?
Their profits are being payed with Ukrainian blood
Bodies of innocent people lying dead, in snow and mud.
Russians are cowards, man to man they won't fight
And fire missiles indiscriminately at everything in sight
A sign of sheer desperation by an evil Russian despot
But Ukraine is fighting back with everything they've got.
Written 10th March 2022
It’s time for me to set God’s people free
In order for the lord to be praised
Thanking God he raised, me to do his work
So happy for the church
That he set me to do things his way
That’s why I have to pay
Tithing and offering and communion
That’s what God wants me to do son
I hope and pray for all the sinners
Cause God made us winners
In Jesus name he payed his life on the cross
And for him I’m not at a loss
I am now found so let God’s people be crowned
Let them be a vessel to fight back towards the tyranny
With the Holy Spirit who resides in me
Set his people free
I ask you to give me strength, cause without you we’re not on the same wavelength
For thine is the kingdom and the glory go on to you father
For that my heart became softer
I asked you into my heart and for that your love will never part
So in Jesus name I pray, this is where I stay
Amen
For this short time,
We had found our lives,
Because the council had tried to compromise.
The payed for our B ‘n’ B,
In the centre of Bournemouth,
Right by the sea,
The days began to deteriorate,
Just like my moms weight.
As did her money, her energy and her hope,
These responsibilities became too much to cope.
On the 26th of the month,
2 ladies came over to say,
That they were going to take us away.
The tears on her cheeks,
As the car drove away.
“Just for a few weeks”
Is what my mom used to say.
