A New Story To Tell

I gaze into the endless sky,
alive with clouds of blue and gray.
The wind calls, I have no reply.
There are no more words to say.

I've told my story, too many times.
It's echo ringing harshly in my ears.
No more discussion about the crimes,
that have brought sadness and tears.

I need to find that familiar voice
that once spoke of

TIME TO WRITE A NEW STORY


Intolerance pervades our times' core hard
Blood is shed free, civilizations clash
Heart splinters into disposable shard
In the grip of stress relationships crash.

Let times change the form before its decline
War-tank becomes piano, gun forms flute
Mercenary turns into violin
They play the symphony of brotherhood.

Let times change face lest it burns in fire
Scorn turns

Gave a little time to the dream
