Premium Member Van Gogh on that starry starry night

When Vincent stumbled home that night through a drizzle of rain ~
what was going on inside that teeming, torturous brain?
Did he blaspheme heaven with every profanity and curse?
Or did he gaze in awe at the stars of his exploding universe,
and try to make of their blue and yellow light a poultice for his pain?

The Underdog

The underdog wasn’t expected to last this long
The status quo, the elite were sharing,
Didn’t return as expected
World order in the balance, at tipping point
All those who were fed, are now struggling to eat
The world banked on democracies defeat.
Ukraine is still standing
Punch drunk but aware
The aggressor and expected victor being
Mutilated on the field and still the disbelievers
Spout venom in his defence, hoping he’ll
Recover and order will return.
But that’s long gone. The plan was three days
Until the end. They waited until conspicuous
And then had to act. Delayed delivery while
words dripped blood down the wall.
Fortunately, principled countries are literate.

When it’s over; the delaying guilty
Will pretend, it’s the right result.
Of which it is for the underdog.

Behind the scenes, in the corridors of
Power, they’ll rue their mistakes and
Costs will be counted.
Forever gone the good times; never be the same.

But when victory comes even the doubters and
Losers will shout, Slava Ukraine!

Sadness over taking me
Bubbling pit of overwhelming grief
I am tired of living in these yesterday’s
Drowning in all this pain
The “Why am I here and they are gone?”When I was the one told “you won’t be here for long.”
The disaster of it plays over in my head.
Guilt ridden soul that’s will never be fed
What have I done to deserve such a fate?
I have fallen out of gods good grace
These days kinda disappear into the next
Numbing the pain is what I do best
Because I can’t lift this burden off my chest
I am exhaustion and broken
Barely a soul
 definition of a zombie
Who lacks self-control
  A Silent suicide
That nobody sees
Because all they are seeing
Is the junkie I came to be

Female Genital Mutilation

Cruelty is the first name,
Diabolism is the surname,
Forced me to lose my strength as a woman,
As tears drops from my eyes, joy filled wicked heart,
They whispered to me,
"it's a custom, and you need to get yourself in",
Detestable should it be called,
Rather they put on a coat to serve that carnal god,
Destroying the virtue of womanhood,
Deep behind the mind, they snub the result,
Merciless is that native mood,
Pertained with arrogance and autocracy,
The mind of the society is crooked,
No one is ready to abide to civilized chronicle,
I'm no more stitched to what is of God's will,
Talking about sex,
Call me a wood, since I'm preyed by dirt,
No man get satisfied by me,
...rather chastise of my best,
Though,it wasn't my choice,
Disgrace and shame is now signed,
A mother without love,
Wife without empathy,
Psychologically,I can't stay as creepy,
Emotionally,frustration grabs my nerves,
Millions spent,no solution,
"What should I do?",I question myself,
It seems I'm raptured into Hades,
If I should mess myself in a nightmare,
Admission won't be granted for a ******** to get there,
I'm steadfast not for men.

G Mutilation

Creator holy, created unholy?
N’est- ce pas?
Can never be
Leave mother nature undisturbed
We need her to the core.

Genital Mutilation

They made death a saint
With their sword and powder
As they butchered her silly;
Her sweet bean was their bile.

Rudely they moved their razor
To the natural point she ever prided
And slashed it like carrot
Her cone they laid on another tatters;
Massaging their pride with her sinless blood.

Then they brought out their ageless gourd
And poured out their satanic powder
Upon her bleeding scar -
Like spice on their bar-be-cue.

Though loudly she cried,
The mean were not samarithan.

Mutilation

Credo of nature’s mutilation;
           Height ot man’s desperation:
                            Nature’s blood flows -
                                   Man’s repeated blows:
                                        Niger’s delta crude pollution.

We'Ll Call This Relationship Self Mutilation

Were so bi-polar it makes it hard to co-exist
the way it feels when we kiss, your hard to resist
until you get pissed and decide to raise your fist
but i dont flinch, im too used to this ****
ill say "go ahead hit me again,
gimme a reason to swim
in a sea full of vicodin
all i need is an excuse, to cut myself open
to grab some cash, buy, crush,& smoke this dope"and
youll say "girl stop trippin, u cant even be mad
its your fault for loving something that hurts you so bad"
in the midst of our love theres and abundance of doubt
when you make me cry you tell me not to pout
and when i ask do you even care how i feel you say thats not what this is about
but when your really feeling guilty youll buy an ounce and smoke me out
and when i black out, your the only one who can fill in the gaps
i can quit any drug but your the only thing that makes me relapse
and as i lay in the middle of this floor in heavy sedation
i cant help but to think this relationship is self mutilation...

Artistic Mutilation

An artist am i
Human flesh my canvas
Blades my brushes
Mesmorising red lacerations my monochromatic palette
Soul demolishing agony my inspiration
Anguished creativity my flesh eating demon

Until painless perfection

Horrific scars my magnificent masterpiece
Annihilating criticism my only praise from this dispassionate world
Initiating the relapse of brutal expression again

Self Mutilation

I'm gonna draw a picture
A picture with a twist
I'll draw it with a razor blade
I'll draw it on my wrist

As I draw this picture
A fountain will appear
And as that fountain flows
My troubles disappear

Self Mutilation

The dagger of your words cut across my skin
Like a knife.
Swift as an eagle
The pain sears through my body…
I lust for it
A cooling sensation engulfs me
Wrapping me in temporary bliss.
The scars afterward or not a hindrance,
Simply decoration.
Tears fall
Slowly I drift down from my cloud
Of wonderful pain.
Now I feel nothing
But numbness
And utterly alone.
Still I hear your voice
That refuses to be shaken…
Pick up the pieces of yourself.
