Premium Member Late Nights with ChatGPT

LLM AI psychosis,
     some claim, breeds mental disorder;
but I write prompts that refocus
me and don't cross that thin border
between my psychic prognosis,
     and OpenAI's new order.

When ChatGPT's sycophantic
AI begins to kiss your ass,
just be formal, nothing romantic,
     too personal, or even crass.
Before too long, you won't be frantic
anymore as it'll run out of gas.

But if you know what you're doing,
prompt AI to write you a song,
perhaps about a fat cat mewing,
a face among a faceless throng,
or lyric poem in you now brewing,
which writes itself and won't go wrong?

Greatness Arising

Greatness Arising

From the ashes greatness shall arise

I am the cold hard truth buried beneath your darkest secrets.

Your bull.

Your drama

Your nonsense

Your karma

your lies.

You will never break me no matter how hard you try.

I am connected to the universe

The stars above me
etched into my eyes

I am a Magical

Mythical

Mystical

Mythological creature.

I am a Bi Polar soldier

Living with a mental disorder.

Out of time.

Out of touch.

Out of date.

Out of reach.

Out of order.

THE OPPRESSOR SYNDROME EXODUS: A MLOKU TRIO

       Today, we hued ones, continue to suffer an Oppressor Syndrome;
Once known as Black-On-Black Crime, is still around in our community.
We must now realize its healing must come from us, and us alone:-

       It’s indeed a mental disorder to engage in self-oppression;
And it’s one hell of a thing, when the oppressed does the oppressor’s job.
It’s high time we become aware of this unhealthy situation:-

In today’s political oppression, self-healing must now be had.
       With renewed faith and belief in self, let us reflect our black power;
With divine wisdom and guidance, let us exodus self-oppression:-

Premium Member Blood Money

Blood Money
Ransom for a trade
Hostile blood money
Vendita for the victims
Bad guy on the run
A bloody weapon in hand
Manipulation runneth
A destructive mind-set
Mental disorder unbalanced
Morally wrong with a motive
With madness, no care for others
Another body bag
Murder mystery unsolved
With no boundaries
Another murder just for the money
Money for ransom
With blood on your hands
Dead presidents in green
Bloody bank note bleeding
Greed follows a dead end
No one wins
Another lost soul
Just for engraved images paper note
Blood money never ends
Another victim up ahead
Another story to write
Another violent villain
Hunting in the night
Only to worship money

Premium Member Falling Down

Side effect of intelligence,
paradoxical mind embrace
Negative thoughts seep in,
an experience of disgrace
The price for overthinking,
purpose trickles to a trace

So starts chain reactions,
voids multiplying apace
Depressive mental disorder,
feeds off the human race
Life exuberance wilting,
in it’s wake, catatonic space

Despair besets expression,
revealing the blackest place
Soporific slurred speech,
doped eyes will soon efface
Medicated to prescription,
it’s that look upon my face

Everyday Is Poets Day

Every day it's Poets Day,
I hear us poets say!

I use my rhymes,
to reach people's hearts and minds.

I will share,
Because I want to help, I care!

Speak aloud,
Speak up , so your voice can be heard in the crowd.

Maybe it will be...
information about PTSD!

Or OCD,
it's not just about how clean the kitchen may be!

And then there is dual diagnosis,
mental disorder and an alcohol or drug problem, did you know this?

Eating disorders too,
the information could reach out to so many of you!

Abuse, being kind!
It's crucial and if you're not it affects our mind!

To 'Shoosh No More' is the key!
Speaking out about things helps others and sets you FREE.

Expectations of Students During a Pandemic

Mental illness is real
It is not something to avoid; it is not something that should be hidden
Around 40% of students struggled with a mental illness back in 2016
Imagine right now how much higher that number must be
In the midst of a pandemic, where so much uncertainty lies
We are expected to stay in our houses all day
And leave the house as little as possible
Don’t people understand how difficult that is for us?
We are expected to get assignments done, and take exams
When the world feels like a total mess right now
Life is so different right now and it is unreasonable to hold ourselves
To the same expectations as before
The school system needs to adapt to mental illness better
Students shouldn’t have to feel as though they are alone and as if they have no support
There needs to be more supports put in place, standardized testing needs to change
The ways that we are being taught need to change
Due dates are such a struggle right now for many people
The school system does not favour those who are struggling each day to overcome a mental disorder
That is a huge issue

Premium Member A Passage To Nowhere

A life without end in sight! Fed up, I hibernate.
A sleep like the dead, until I wake,
I yawn, nod, doze and wake again.
Yet I feel lethargic and tired.

Why wake into full aesthetic consciousness?
Why should I not grab forty more winks?
I wish my vitality infiltrates my essential existence,
but the going is truly tough.

It's like crossing the black Styx
wading across a bottomless ford,
as if I have been condemned to Hades.
I tremble into awareness, search for reconciliation
sacrifice a peace offering to my merciful Lord.

Can I find redemption? Should I plead insanity,
mental disorder or lunatic madness?
Maybe 'tis what I should have done,
instead I wake, work hard, test my tired arteries,
hear the creak of arthritic bones,
do gratifying things, like every workman should:
until I sleep the repose of the just.

Mindology

Since Psychiatrists have lost their superficial reputation,
applied philosophy as metaphysical existents is the realization.
That ideology proofs the infinite potential of the mind,
by the soul enabled life force that provides all challenges behind.
Mental surface impressions making the mind to an emotional sponge,
whereas spiritual aspiration are the negating conscious for once.
The mental eye blinded by immediate result and satisfaction,
while the soul knows the purpose related determination.
Not given the real source enough attention introspective,
creating lost personalities in related circumstance respective.
The individual soul as part of cosmic consciousness,
create the prowess of the involution of karmic justice.
The mental disorder is the lack of true intuitive perception,
the logic contaminated mind as handicapped conception.
Digging deep into profundity is nothing new,
ancient theories provide lots to ponder on and to chew.
Mindology just another name for the same problem,
peoples superficial thinking and not getting to the bottom.

The Late Steve Cash Ii

Poor Steve Cash decided that he wanted to die.
When we lose a good person, we always ask why.
He made "Talking Kitty Cat" videos and that was great.
But when he took his life, it was something we would hate.
Steve suffered from a mental disorder and it was a terrible ordeal.
He was Bipolar and I'm Paranoid Schizophrenic, I know what it's like to be mentally ill.
When poor Steve took his own life, his fans sure didn't love it.
If I could've talked to him, maybe I could've talked him out of it.
I would've told Steve that life is worth living even if a person is mentally ill.
If you have a mental disorder, hang in there, I know what you're going through and how you feel.

[Dedicated to Steve Cash (1979-2020) who took his own life on April 16, 2020.]

The Late Steve Cash

A man who made Youtube videos has died.
On April 16, 2020, Steve Cash committed suicide.
He made "Talking Kitty Cat" videos.
All of his fans hated to see him go.

Steve suffered from a mental disorder and sadly, so do I.
He was Bipolar and everybody is having to say goodbye.
He died because of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
He was only forty and the world lost him too soon.

(Dedicated to Steve Cash who died on April 16, 2020.)

Premium Member Detached Bellies

Belly dancing can be unnerving especially if they're not attached
You turn away, think you're hallucinating or just becoming detached
It's not a mental disorder
Though you're on the border
Drugs could be to blame but mentalness seems more apt

Frost

“Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.”
    Fire and Ice, Robert Frost

Depression tastes of anesthesia
   And copper pennies.
Suicide is a shout into the void,
A ‘give me liberty or give me death-’
    Pass on the liberty.
I have no patience for reformation.
Frost,
    No pun intended,
Never felt the icy breath
Of six plus years in a frozen fortress
His ill-patched mind made up.
He lived in lust,
    Apparently,
Not mental agony.
    Apathy.
Desire is an easy emotion-
Both to create
    And to fake.
Depression isn’t an emotion.
It’s an emptiness,
    A lack of.
Robert had a lot going for him,
But clearly lacked a modern poet’s muse:
A crippling mental disorder
And self-loathing.
    Cheers.

A Day Freed From Demons

Vanilla taste with a hint of fire

In St. Paul's Cemetary

The Placebo Effect

you bite your tongue
and hope he's wrong
you hope he's wrong
you pull your hair
in your despair

for once something is harder
than the rock that you've lived under
and your mental disorder
you and your mind in your man-made borders

he's not the cure for your sickness
just a disease disguised as bliss

there is blood in the sink
there are pills on your tongue
your window is open in hope that he'll come
you're shaking with fear
he whispers in your ear,
"kill me or you will suffer"

leave your mother
leave your father
love them dearly
kiss them sincerely
you are sick

he's not the cure for your sickness
just a disease disguised as bliss

your friends don't know you're throwing up
Unisom, will you give me some
the girl who broke her leg sits out
