Speak aloud, Speak up , so your voice can be heard in the crowd. Maybe it will be... information about PTSD! Or OCD, it's not just about how clean the kitchen may be! And then there is dual diagnosis, mental disorder and an alcohol or drug problem, did you know this? Eating disorders too, the information could reach out to so many of you! Abuse, being kind! It's crucial and if you're not it affects our mind! To 'Shoosh No More' is the key! Speaking out about things helps others and sets you FREE.
