At the heart of this art there’s a tartness that fits like a harness/
Put those pieces and bits together to finesse and furnish/
I’m breathing in the flesh here I go out of my mind in a flash/
I’m teeming to tout and sprout my divined intertwined lines/
It’s seeming I rhyme like a purified water spout your

Maintain Vigil

Soul learning goes on,
until ego’s shorn,
desires negated
and fears sedated.

Since we're now alive,
it means desires thrive,
suppressed but not dead,
still by our heart fed.

Let's not self-appraise
pastures where fears graze
within our body,
filled with thoughts shoddy.

Make mindful our eye,
lest later we sigh,
on life's gift wasted,
bliss never tasted.

When rollerblading I threw out my back. 
A sidewalk bump sent me off the track. 
On the way home I had felt out of whack.

Its raw deep and seeded, an explanation doesn't really justify the details
I knew i was stronger than most when i consoled my own heart
As i silently watched you give away everything that i ever deserved
