Fredrick - September 12, 1979
He was coming.
He was coming fast.
He was coming to pay us a visit.
A brooding, lethal monster 30 miles out.
He was coming straight at us
and nothing or no one could stop him

Our house was on the...

The Art of Loving You
Monet

Come with me, let us rekindle love –
walk with me over bridges aglow
while rivers magically glisten below.
If you hold my hand,
perhaps, we might spy a magpie
perched from a snowy sky and as night
stirs, then...

Will You . . .?
Hark there kind sir, what brings you here?
A message for my lady, from Sir Lyle Gere
He penned these lines, for her gentle ear
Would you have this delivered, pray kind sir

The Flamenco
Emotional tension fills the air...
 Lights and laughter everywhere

A fiesta audience waits eagerly for a night of passion.

The dance of Spain and a sensual dancer
 The Andalusian Gypsy dancer

One little sidestep off the beaten track,
Is a colorful garden of dazzling shades,
With blood red geraniums of scintillating hue
Interspersed by those of white and baby pink,
Where beauty sings mysteriously,
Reigning in every theme, a...

Camille
She was out there
out there in the dark
A brooding monster
deciding where to attack
Her fuel and her ammo:
Waters, warm Gulf waters

She attacked...
Howling, shrieking winds
Thirty feet of churning sea
A thirty foot tidal wave
A thirty foot Tsunami
swallowing the...

On a Texas Hold'em site
Cautious to exchange info

Wanted a few hours of fun
Play cards, laughter and flirting
Profiles had lives of their own

Elderly Jack and Lucille
At night young Zac and Camille

I nestled her… dear January child
My arms her manger on a night beguiled.
Those pink fingers twitching to feel new dawn
As long hours of labor seemed quite undone,
When babe mildly chuckled, I wept with mirth
For heaven’s...

Taken By Coronavirus

Red air and lost duel

You glow of your mountain shack
Your mother replenishing with petals a sac
Melting perfumes of roses and lavender

Akin to sailing a yacht -
money speaks on the screen.

sundry-sized clubs in hands.
Would receive jug, jacket, cup.
Victorious, he’d...

Gods of Winds
Not a god, rather a goddess
brooding in the dark, 30 miles out
a lethal, murderous monster
deciding where to attack
and oh yes, did she attack
howling in fury, venting her rage
she attacked...
Wind gauges futile and flattened
She came to...
